Big fan of this women-owned, POC, sister company! Flavor-packing sauces that are authentic to the cuisine. I love that I don't have to buy multiple bottles of sauces to recreate Asian dishes. I appreciate all the recipes on their website. I also don't subscribe to a lot of promotional emails but I feel like they keep the content fresh. I've gifted their sauces to friends in the past. Now also can be found in Whole Foods!

I've been following Omsom for a while now- their sauces are so fun and are quite easy to test out, especially that they're now being sold as individual packets at Whole Foods. I tried the BOGO Saucy Noodles kit and was very excited because they had a coconut lemongrass curry flavor. I'm a huge fan of Khao Soi, which this tasted very similar to. I've tried a bunch of similar products, like the Momofuku noodles, but those paled in comparison to these. So much saucier, so much more flavor, nice thick noodles. It is a bit pricier than some other similar options ($4.99 for one box) and it's really one serving. But hey, cheaper than eating out!

I tried two different ramen noodles that they offer, and I had varying opinions. I didn't love the black pepper garlic noodles. The sauce is really thick. The instructions say to add two tablespoons of hot water, but even then it was too thick to mix into my noodles. I think after everything, it was just heavier than I was hoping for instant noodles. The chili sesame noodles are delicious. I love the flavors, and the portions for both are fantastic, much larger than other instant noodle brands.

I tried a packet of the yuzu misoyaki sauce for a pad see ew dish from a meal delivery service and I loved it. The flavor and consistency of the sauce was great, and the portioned sauce pack was the perfect amount for two people.

I think these make a great gift pack for someone who does not know how to cook. I found some of their flavors a hit and miss. I think if you’re familiar with Asian ingredients and flavors, you won’t enjoy this as much. However, this is good for someone who isn’t a good cook (not derogatory)

taste: the soy garlic noodles had a strange, cheesy taste and the sauce had a thick chunky texture that looked pretty unappealing. the overall taste was okay, but wouldn't get again. branding: absolutely adorable and i love the punchy colors! the studio did a great job B) next time i'd try: the chili sesame or yuzu miso glaze noodles sound much better!

I purchased some of the individual sauce packets from Whole Foods for a backpacking trip. I mixed them into my Maruchan noodles and it took my camp dinner to not just the next level, but outer space. It was delicious. Some of the flavours are really quite spicy, so keep your personal spice tolerance in mind (I loved it). Yum!

Love their branding but flavors are really one dimensional. The larb and krapow are very acidic and off putting coming from a Thai person. The lemongrass is too sweet for my liking. The noodles have great texture but I can't stand any flavor packet that came with it. The flavor packet are supposed to be flavor bombs but they really lack flavor in my opinion.

Finally got a chance to try this brand at Whole Foods. I got one of the vegan sauces and tried it in one of my noodle recipes, fire. The sauce was amazing in the noodles, added a kick of flavor and everything needed to make it just perfect. I'm going to try out the noodles they recently came out with at Whole Foods. Will update with those soon :)

I had an intriguing experience with Omsom! I picked up the Soy Garlic and Coconut Lemongrass flavors from Whole Foods. It's true that this is a quick and convenient option with good ingredients compared to many instant noodles out there. However, I felt it could use a touch more flavor. Personally, I enhanced it by adding a perfectly cooked runny egg and some extra seasoning, which really elevated the taste. Despite that, I'm still curious to try the other flavors. Overall, it's a pretty good choice!

Omsom saves me from so many late-night fast food runs. I throw in veggies, protein, Omsom marinade of my choice and boom--dinner. So easy, so good.

Every single flavor is delicious, and I appreciate the recipe suggestions, since some of the flavors are new to me. Packaging looks incredible, too. I wish they would sell jars of the various flavors so I could just measure out a quantity for a recipe, the pouches feel a little wasteful and it can be hard to get all of the product out with some of the flavors.

Really tasty and easy meal makers.

I've tried 3 different flavors (Yuzu Misoyaki, Sisig, Lemongrass BBQ) and have been blown away by all of them. I really enjoyed using these as marinades or mixing it into something like a stirfry. These are a great place to start if you're looking for a way to add flavor to your cooking, mix things up, try out a lot of flavors you might not be used to, and there are so many ways you can use them. If you find yourself cooking, these are definitely worth the try

The sauce was very tasty and the noodles had a great texture. The coconut curry noodle sauce reminded me a lot of my favorite local restaurant's khao soi. However, the sauce was pretty thin and there wasn't really enough for all the noodles. If I had added any veg/tofu/etc, there would not have been enough sauce. Would definitely appreciate maybe 1.5 times more sauce to improve the sauce distribution. Overall good experience - will definitely try other flavors in the line to compare.

I tried their new noodle packets and they are DELICIOUS. Super simple to make and the sauce flavors were so yummy. Felt the price point was a little high, but would definitely purchase again on sale.

I got their Try em All Sauces set (before they got noodles). I love this brand: the site, the mission, the flavors! Omsom products make it so easy to make quick Asian dishes, and it’s pretty dang authentic too! Love the variety of cuisines they cover. Especially with Thai food, this simplifies my life on those lazy nights when I don’t wanna collect a whole bunch of ingredients, or cook a complicated dish, but get something tasty. I will have to try their noodles sometime!

I really enjoyed being able to put these packets to the test on whatever ingredients I I was most excited for the spicy bulgogi, but it didn’t quite bring me back to my childhood like I’d hoped. It’s actually been the other, less familiar flavours that I really enjoy on tofu or to liven up some vegetables. I haven’t tried their noodle products yet, but I am excited to given them a go.
