  • Really nice texture, but felt the scent was slightly off

  • I ordered the Silkie Rinse, and I am loving it! I have sensitive skin and wear makeup/waterproof SPF on the daily, so I need that deep pore cleansing factor. Typically other face washes will leave my skin tight and dry, and too "squeaky clean" (I know some people prefer that). But it glides on slick, and is slippery, smooth, and hydrating. I like that this doesn't strip my face of its natural oils and leaves it feeling hydrated and supple.

  • I was looking forward to trying a new chemical peel/exfoliating mask but I have to admit Kiramoon does not provide me with the masking experience I want. When I do a mask I want/need it to do a few things and unfortunately Kiramoon doesn't do any of them: - I want to SEE the mask on my face--that is part of the fun! Kiramoon is a transparent, thin mask so once it is applied to my face, all I can see is the slight sheen -I want the mask to DO something on my face--regardless whether or not it *literally* does anything to my face, at the very least I want it to change form in some way--dry hard, dry clear, change color, peel off, sting, etc. Once the Kiramoon mask is on my face, it basically disappears. I would be willing to overlook the lacking experience of the mask if I found that it did wonders for my skin--but unfortunately, after 3-5 uses I am not seeing results. At the full price point, it's a pass for me. But everyone's skin is different so your mileage may vary!

  • My wife's been using the Star Jelly Magic Resurfacing Facial and she's blown away. Incredible, deeply saturating and hydrating experience that is somehow unique amongst oils and creams. She absolutely loves it.

  • This product is really interesting to me, I have tried facial products before (spent $150 on a dermabrasion tool a couple years ago) but it was kind of hard to keep up the routine with 2 small kids. I definitely thought I noticed a difference in my skin after using the Kiramoon Star Jelly, and I'm going to keep testing it every week to see what kind of a difference regular use makes!

  • I tested the Moon Globes for skin- I'm super impressed! The packaging was super cute, the box they came in fits easily in the freezer to store the globes, and most importantly- they feel lovely on my skin! I like the cooling sensation and it feels refreshing yet calming.

  • As a millennial obsessed pink girlie, I knew I had to give Kiramoon a try! The bottle is exactly what pink dreams are made of. I think the name of “silkie rinse” is super accurate. My skin felt very soft and smooth after use. Don’t love the cap design but do like the squeeze bottle. The fragrance is subtle yet intensely fragrant- not sure if it’s rose / citrus but it can feel a bit strong for those used to unscented cleansers. I do like that the first ingredient is aloe barbadensis leaf juice. Would purchase again!

  • I'll caveat this by saying it's hard to review skincare after just a couple uses because I know it takes a while for your skin to fully react to a new product buuuut I'll give my first impressions. The packaging is SO smart first of all. The pump locking mechanism is genius, and I love the little stretchy band that easily keeps the brush attached. I do think in the future I'll use my hands rather than the brush-- the bristles are a bit scratchy which is a bit much since the mask is already a bit tingly. So far I've been really impressed with the exfoliating mask I got through Kiramoon's Thingdrop-- I immediately feel that my skin is smoother after using it (not a permanent change, but got to love a product that feels like it's working!). Will likely repurchase and explore other Kiramoon products! P. S. Tried the silkie cleanser and LOVE IT. Another innovative and delightful packaging win for kiramoon!

  • I’ve used the Star Jelly Magic Resurfacing Mask a couple of times since reviving it through ThingDrop. The experience of the mask is enjoyable and I feel like my skin is brighter and smoother after use, there’s a bit of light burning when first applied (package warns about this) and then it’s soothing and light for the 20mins or so that you wear it. My only gripe is the smell, it has a cakey vanilla smell that is not really in to. It’s not enough to make me dislike the product, but its not what I expect from skin care products

  • Enjoying the Star Jelly mask! It is much more gentle than my usual AHA/BHA mask, and definitely seems to be smoothing my skin out. I love that it comes with an applicator that can easily stay with the mask. The aesthetic of the brand is not my personal style, but I definitely will continue to use this twice a week!

  • Packaging is so cute and I have noticed lightening of dark spots when I have used it. This product is a very mild exfoliant in my opinion so may be a good option for people with sensitive skin.

  • I love this cleanser! It smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling so soft, moisturized, and fresh. I have super sensitive skin, and it makes everything calm and balanced. My favorite thing about it is that you can use it as a double cleanse, eliminating the need to buy two different cleansers... so it ends up saving me so much money. Plus there is a lot of product in one bottle, so it lasts a long time. Love Kiramoon, I've found my new cleanser!

  • OMG…Love, love, love the Silkie Rinse from Kiramoon!  One it smells like heaven in a bottle.  Two, it does such a good job of adding moisture and shine to my wavy/curly hair.  And three, it has so many good for you ingredients and doesn’t leave my hair oily or heavy feeling.  I also love how easy it is to apply, how a little goes such a long way and how it truly takes the snarls and build up out of my hair after each use.  Oh and did I mention the smell 😊  I feel like I should be on an exotic beach somewhere every time I use this stuff. Icing on the cake for being reasonably priced and affordable during a time when money is tight for everyone!

  • I’m pretty pleased with the silkie rinse. I have very dry skin so I enjoy that it doesn’t feel drying whatsoever. It does seem to cleanse pretty well, but if I am wearing makeup, I still need to double cleanse. I agree with other reviews that aside from sufficiently cleaning, it doesn’t seem to have other benefits to my skin. I disagree with the comments about the smell. I find it’s mild and pleasant. The resurfacing facial mask was fun to apply and maybe made my skin look a little nicer immediately after, but I didn’t notice long term improvement.

  • I really enjoyed using Kiramoon's silkie rinse cleanser! It's great for the winter time since it leaves my skin feeling hydrated instead of stripped after cleansing. I also really like the squeeze bottle design, as well as the overall aesthetic and that it's vegan and cruelty free. I can't speak to how it works on eye makeup since I use micellar water for that and never my cleansers. I know others mentioned it's affordable, but 28$ for 6oz is a bit pricey to me for a cleanser, however I know this isn't a drugstore brand. It also has a slight scent which may come from the raspberry leaf.

  • Tried the silkie rinse. Normally I don't find cleansers to make a huge difference either way, unless we're talking budget/drugstore brand which tend to leave my skin feeling stripped. I typically use an affordable ph-balanced cleanser, and the more expensive cleansers I've tried weren't any better to me (ex. Tatcha, Sunday Riley). I actually prefer the Kiramoon silkie rinse over my normal one - it does a good job removing makeup (although stubborn eye makeup tends to stay on for me, but I have that problem with actual makeup removers as well). The cleanser also leaves my skin feeling slightly more hydrated than usual. The packaging reminds me of something you'd see in a hair salon, which is fine, just different. Overall, I like it.

  • I ordered the Silkie Rinse as part of the ThingDrop and I was really happy to see that the company shipped to Hawaii. I really enjoyed the packaging, which reminded me of a hair dye bottle. I also really appreciated that the facewash was fragrance free, which was really great for my sensitive skin. I will say you must listen to the instructions and only do 1-2 small squirts of the product because any more than that will feel really thick on your skin and take longer to remove. It was great for makeup removal and left my skin feeling really soft. I gave it 4 stars because the small cap is hard to remove when your hands are wet, so shower facewashing isn't recommended (by me).

  • I received the Silkie Rinse as a Thingdrop. I love the branding, it's super cute, and I wanted to give Kiramoon a try since I'm a skincare junkie. To preface, I use a lot of high-end skincare so I may not be the target audience just by price point alone. I found the face wash itself too watery and too thin. It did not seem to do much for my skin. I used it for a little over a week to let it build, but ultimately benched it. The face wash didn't emulsify after I rubbed it between my palms for a good minute. It never got soapy, and it didn't feel like it was doing much than just water. I will say I do love the concept of the squeeze bottle for easy dispensing, but the plastic also felt a little thin. I think it's fair for the price point, but didn't do enough lift for me as a face wash to repurchase.

  • I looooved this face wash. It was gentle on my skin, left my face incredibly soft, and the smell was subtle and not overpowering. I also love the packaging and branding, as well as how the brand doesn’t test on animals. I’m so excited to try more of their products!
