Reviews mention

  • Creamy, smooth mouthfeel milk
  • Elegant, eye-catching packaging
  • Distinct, pistachio-forward flavor
  • Foams well for iced lattes
  • Curdles in hot espresso drinks
  • Occasionally thin, watery texture
  • Vanilla flavor overly sweet
  • Subtle pistachio taste sometimes

Táche earns strong reviews for creamy, pistachio-forward pistachio milk that shines in matcha, iced coffee, smoothies, and cereal, with many praising its smooth texture, beautiful packaging, and lack of added oils—so yes, the brand is good and often works as advertised. However, reviews also flag inconsistent performance in hot espresso (curdling or flavor shift), occasional watery texture, overly sweet vanilla for some, and persistent complaints about price and limited store availability.

  • Toss oatly, because there's a new alt-milk in town. For any devoted alt-milk drinker; this one is for you. Táche is delectable, creamy, smooth, and caffeines best friend. At first glance the packaging will catch your eye, but there is more to Táche than the elegant packaging. Táche steams, froths, and foams better than any alternative milk I've tried; and considering that some call me an alt-milk connoisseur that's not a statement to take lightly. Not only does Táche look and taste delectable, but the brand give back a portion of their profits to The Lower East Side Girls Club. Additionally, Táche is rooted in sustainability + mission-driven initiatives. So go on, sign-up yourself for a subscription because if you have refined taste you'll be sipping and slamming cartons like it's nobody's business.

  • So many positive reviews for a milk that curdles worse than any other dairy alternative I’ve tried.

  • I dont know about this brand in particular, but I love pistachio milk and this is the brand I usually see in coffeeshops. The name is fun. The branding feels like typical DTC - nothing bad, nothing special either.

  • Love love love this pistachio milk. It is so delicious and the branding on the box is so fun! Huge fan. Also it is super easy to find at Target or the grocery store for example which is a huge plus as well

  • I LOVE a pistachio matcha, finally found Tache at a local health food store and I'm obsessed

  • I got to try some in my imperfect foods box. The price point is very high for a nut milk ($7). It does taste very good and has nice packaging. Doesn’t froth in a coffee.

  • There's a coffee shop next to my house that uses Tache's pistachio milk, and they make the absolute best lattes. I love that this milk has no harmful ingredients, and the taste is incredible.

  • Really really good! I had been wanting to try táche for years so I was excited to try their vanilla flavor through Thingdrop. The offering of 6 cartons was generous and with a summer trip coming up, I decided to share with some friends. Every single person who took a carton sent me a text the next day saying their lives had been changed 🤣. I like it best in a matcha or with cereal.

  • So delicious! Tried it a cafe in NYC in a matcha latte and immediately bought some on my next grocery haul. It's tasty and beautiful (pale pink in color).

I'd love more transparency on sourcing. Pistachios use less water than almonds which is great but the pesticides used on them are ☠️☠️☠️. Does Tache source from farms that are regen, use less pesticidies, etc?

  • Absolutely my favorite milk alternative on the market. I prefer to use it in baking and cooking. I know it is becoming a saturated market of different milk types, but genuinely, this is probably one of the best tasting out there. Pairs well with Matcha.

  • Only pistachio milk I’ve ever had, and it’s pretty good! More expensive than other nut brands and more caloric, but delicious!

  • Pleasantly surprised with this. I was surprised how much the pistachio flavor comes through. Perfect for my pistachio matcha - but I doubt I will use this everyday.

  • I love anything pistachio-flavored so I was interested to try the Tache brand. This is as "real pistachio" as you get - no artificial flavors nor colors. The pistachio flavor is subtle, yet more real than most other pistachio-flavored products. It adds a really nice complex flavor to any coffee, matcha tea, or other beverage.

  • It’s ok. Definitely a trendsetter doing something new. I appreciate that they don’t have any addictives.

  • I really love this pistachio milk. I was quite intrigued by this new alternative milk offering at a local coffee shop, so I got it in a cappuccino. Lo and behold, I had one of the best cappuccinos that I had ever tried. It was unbelievably creamy with a smoother and slightly sweeter taste than my usual oat milk cappuccino. I'm a fan.

  • I don't want to be addicted to Tache because a case is not so cheap but I am and I cannot go back and my toxic trait is that I have gotten my friends addicted too. You can really only buy these in a case as opposed to individually, which is great if you already love it and know you'll finish the case, but definitely might keep you from trying it if you're new. If you're curious... do it! You won't regret it. They also just recently launched on FreshDirect, which might make trying a single easier if you live in the NY area.

Unsweetened: great, not my favorite flavor for coffee but I imagine helpful and versatile if you are vegan and want to cook with an alt milk. Original: my favorite! Perfect for coffee. So spot on. Vanilla: I was so excited to try vanilla but was a little bummed that it wasn't more vanilla-y! It tastes just like original. Across all flavors, what's consistent is that the pistachio milk never breaks, separates in your coffee, curdles or gets icky. It's smooth, thick, and luscious without relying on fillers like canola oil to stabilize it. (This is my big gripe with oat milk, which is basically the blood sugar and caloric equivalent of eating a giant piece of wonder bread with your morning cappucino.)

  • I discovered this plant-based ilk at a friend's place to put in my coffee - I was very skeptical at first to mix pistachios with coffee but the result is amazing!!!! Highly recommended to try this pistachio milk! Good alternative to oat or almond milk if you want to try new flavors and milk texture

  • So interesting. one of the more unique nut milks out there in the market. It was okay on its own, but I think it was better with coffee/matcha. Adds a depth of creaminess and a unique nuttiness similar to macadamia nut milk, but on the saltier side?

So expensive- I get it, though. It's hard to milk pistachios >_< I do indulge myself when cafes offer Taché as an option though!
