Táche earns strong reviews for creamy, pistachio-forward pistachio milk that shines in matcha, iced coffee, smoothies, and cereal, with many praising its smooth texture, beautiful packaging, and lack of added oils—so yes, the brand is good and often works as advertised. However, reviews also flag inconsistent performance in hot espresso (curdling or flavor shift), occasional watery texture, overly sweet vanilla for some, and persistent complaints about price and limited store availability.
AI summary based on Thingtesting reviews
I had it both in a matcha latte and a shaken espresso and.... ew. For the record (the court can attest!), I LOVE PISTACHIOS (+ pistachio ice cream!) and this just wasn't it. The green is unappealing in coffee and it clumped in cold beverages. This is common with plant-based milks but it just looked nasty.
Feedback
I appreciate their initiative but their overall formula needs more R+D.
For an alternative milk, I was quite surprised with how good Tache was. I received the vanilla blend, and I found it light but tasty. I was actually able to finish a whole box without issue, which is rare for me when it comes to any non-dairy milk. However, regular milk is still something I enjoy quite often with spicy foods or with dessert, and I can't say Tache was able to dethrone regular milk for those spots. But if regular milk does not agree with you, I might recommend this brand. However, I would say wait for it to show up in a store, whenever that may be. Getting a pack of 6 of these is too big of a risk unless you already know you love pistachio milk.

Buying a six-pack is really not cheap. Perhaps offer smaller four packs or even let people get one of each flavor to try out!

I had been dying to try Tache because of their Instagram and my insatiable thirst for finding the best non-dairy milk. I loved the flavour and it was really creamy.

Would love to see a chocolate version!
So delicious. Im a huge pistachio fan and this definitely has a mild pistachio flavor which is really lovely, but may not appeal to those who don’t like that taste. I eat it with fresh berries and granola and it’s absolutely delicious. It does tend to split/curdle in hot coffee, particularly espresso, which is a bit annoying. Pre pouring the milk into the cup to warm up or steaming it did help with this issue but didn’t fully prevent it.
Yum yum yum! A new staple for me :)
Anytime a new plant-based milk comes to market, I'm always looking to test them. I really like the concept of pistachio based milk-alternative. I like the company and what they stand for. After trying this brand, I was not impressed. For me, the mouthfeel, texture, smoothness, and taste, and ability to be mixed into coffee/tea are important. While the smoothness and texture were fine, I didn't like the taste. As previous reviews here have suggested, the other flavors (not original) were a bit too sweet, and I agree with that as well. The price point, and the value I'm getting for the buck that I'm spending is not good. As a healthcare provider, I'm always looking for what I can recommend to my patients, and this is not it, especially from a value perspective.

Tastes a bit weird. Value (price point from a cost per ounce).

The biggest complain is how to get my teenagers to stop guzzling it down! Universally loved at this point... particularly good in coffee or over ice. Absolutely delicious and creamy with just a hint of that fabulous pistachio taste. Thanks!
Super creamy and delicious. Not overpowering flavor of the pistachio. Is extremely tasty on its own with some ice or with some iced coffee!! Genuinely has been my favorite nut milk to date. The branding is gorgeous as well.
I ordered this back in 2021 when there was only the original flavor. I appreciate the minimal ingredients and omission of oils. It's lighter in taste and texture than your typical oat milk, but it works really well in hot drinks. The cost is a bit higher than oat milk, but that's to be expected as Pistachios are not cheap...I do wish it was available in a store near me so I didn't have to buy 6 at a time, which is probably why I didn't repurchase.

Packaging is so pretty. Def feels luxe and fancy in my fridge. However, I just was not in love with the taste, especially the vanilla flavor. The vanilla flavor felt artificial and i had an after taste texture in my mouth. The regular pistachio was okay. I did not like to drink on its own, so i ended up using it in smoothies where the fruit masked the taste.

I got the Vanilla blend through a Thingdrop! I love the packaging and the mission. The taste itself is a nuttier & thicker almond milk; I would try their unflavored options next but the vanilla one was a little too sweet for my liking. My friends did like it! Great addition to coffee!

I love this milk and think this brand will go far. It is creamy and delicious and works well as a substitute across many recipes I've tried.

My only qualm is that it's not organic.
This is my first time trying pistachio milk and I like it so far. The milk is rich and creamy and I like using it for my matcha lattes.

I love anything pistachio, and had to try their pistachio milk when I first saw one in-store. Makes delicious, rich, nutty latte. It foams alright with my breville espresso machine. This also works great iced!
Good but not worth the price. With a whole universe of milk alternatives out there, the taste of Tache does not stand out enough to justify the high price point. I'm glad I tried it but likely won't repurchase in the future.

Really tasty! I even got my boyfriends coffee shop to start carrying Tache to use!

Honestly delicious and beautifully branded. Worth trying.
Rich and creamy and very delicious and nutty in a cappuccino
I've tried the vanilla and original flavors of pistachio milk, both were delicious. Easy packaging, and the ingredients feel better than a lot of other plant based milks.
I’m really impressed by the quality and taste of this product. I use it daily for matcha lattes. It is unfortunately expensive for a nut milk ($8) and often hard to source in grocery stores in NYC.

Buy direct from Tache for better prices (only downside is you need to buy in bulk).
