Atoria's variety of lavash breads are a staple in our house. From a wrap to a crust for pizza, the mini and standard sizes warm or crisp quickly, and are made with great ingredients for any dish. Highly recommend trying them as a pizza crust, crisping quickly in the oven, with any/all favorite toppings, for a thin crust delight!

OCHO Candy feels like upgraded versions of your favorite candies. Fewer ingredients that you read and know - without any artificial additives. If you love coconut, the organic dark chocolate coconut bar is incredible. Quality dark chocolate enrobed in thick, chewy, lightly sweetened coconut filling - like a better Almond Joy. My personal favorite, though, is the dark chocolate peanut butter variety. The same quality dark chocolate compliments the peanut butter filling perfectly.

When baking healthier treats, I tend to reach for sugar substitutes that are still all natural. Stevia and Monkfruit tend to be my go-to favorites. Lakanto's products are the best quality that I've found on the market, and its Monkfruit sugar substitute is perfect for baking or adding a hint of sweetness to oatmeal, coffee, or matcha drinks. It blends perfectly, with a texture and taste more similar to sugar than others I've found. There is no chemical-laden aftertaste nor grainy texture, which is why it's my favorite.

If you're looking for a better-for-you, protein-packed snack, IWON fits the bill. They are like Cheetos, but enhanced with pea protein for a more satiating snack. I love the many flavor varieties they come in, in from Honey Dijon to Caramelized Onion. Each flavor is a bit more unique than your typical snack. In addition, the original product line includes both Stix (extra crunchy) and Puffs (like Pirate's Booty). Now, they have popcorn to enhance another savory snack. Overall, highly recommend in lieu of chips or other salty snacks you reach for, especially if looking for a little protein boost.

After seeing LEMME all over social media, I was excited to try these oh-so aesthetic gummies. There are a LOT of varieties with big, promising claims, so I was interested to see what made these so special and premium. Upon further review, I noticed that the product lines had a lot of good ingredients, but in incredibly small dosages. I tried the LEMME Matcha, and there is so little matcha that any effect would have to be placebo. Unfortunately for me, I didn't feel anything. I love gummy supplements but was disappointed to see this be another "premium candy gummy" on the market, rather than delivering effective dosages of active ingredients promising to promote physical change.

Upon trying a free sample of INDO Cold Brew at Erewhon, we were excited for what we expected to be a higher-quality, Indonesian blend of cold brew coffee. What we found, however, was a strong, bitter canned cold brew with a concerning amount of caffeine. While our caffeine tolerances are low, we shy away from any drinks with anything above 200 mg. Never have we seen a coffee drink with 300+ mg of caffeine, much less one without a warning! We're relieved we saw the caffeine content prior to finishing the can. Overall, from a health standpoint, highly recommend against this product.

As avid chili oil fans, we were really excited to try a more premium version of our dumpling restaurant favorite. The colorful packaging is captivating and jumps off of the shelf. Unfortunately, the quality of this product paired to our less premium favorite. Upon opening the lid, the ratio of Sichuan Chili Crisp spices to oil seemed off. It was primarily oil, without enough spice/seasoning. Thus, we found ourselves digging to the very bottom for a better ratio, which eventually has left us with a jar of oil without seasoning. If Fly by Jing could improve the spice to oil ratio, this would be a winner. As it is now, and for the premium price, we will pass on future purchases.

Nubocha plant-based gelato is a new freezer favorite. From pistachio to vanilla (cashew-based) to a rich chocolate, each flavor is impossibly creamy and decadent, with just a few simple ingredients. While sold at a premium, these are quality pints.

Quest bars were once my go-to protein bar, given the delicious taste, variety of appetizing flavors, soft consistency, and high amount of protein without all of the added sugar of other bars. Unfortunately, after being acquired, Quest turned to a variety of fillers/additives that no longer make it the best option for a healthy, more "pure" protein source. For a similar taste and consistency, I prefer Aloha.

Allbirds are a comfortable everyday shoe that you can dress up for the office or dress down to run errands. They are durable, but not the most supportive tennis shoe on the market. Not made for moderate to intense physical activity, but good for your casual walks. Unfortunately, they fell out of fashion in more recent years, and their new product launches are just not fitting the "in style" bill.
