Momofuku earns strong reviews for flavorful condiments and well-textured, air‑dried noodles, indicating the brand is good—especially its Chili Crunch, soy sauce, tamari, and seasoned salts—while critiques cite bland or overly salty noodle sauces, small portions, and occasional overpowering seasonings. Reviews also note standout packaging and easy meal upgrades, but some find the ramen underwhelming without add‑ins and certain sauces too oily or intense.

Have tried their chili oil and it’s one of my favorite chili oils to date. It’s a bit on the sweeter side and really great with fried rice. Have never purchased for myself though as the price is just a bit high to me and overall feels a bit snooty.
I love all of the noodle flavors and I’m so glad to see them sold in Target so I can buy them easier now. They are a great quick meal option and all the flavors are yummy. I also love that they don’t contain any animal products like many prepackaged noodles so they are great for vegans/vegetarians and those with seafood allergies.
First, I would like to thank my boyfriend for introducing me to this ramen. Did I consider it a massive turnoff when he said, “Let's have some store-bought ramen for dinner?” Yes. Was I wrong for thinking this? Also, yes. The taste is amazing, and unlike most store-bought ramen, you do not feel disgusting after eating. I don't know about you, but Top Ramen gives me a stomachache.
Momofuku is seriously addictive! Their products are so unique and packed with flavor, whether it’s their noodles, sauces, or the famous chili crunch. Everything they make has this perfect balance of savory, spicy, and umami that’s hard to beat. The ramen is always a go-to, but I also love using their seasoning and sauces to elevate home-cooked meals. It’s one of those brands that you can’t stop reaching for once you start. If you’re a fan of bold flavors and innovative ingredients, Momofuku is a must-have in your kitchen!
Their chili oil is all over tiktok but it’s average imo. Lacks depth and flavor. You can find a random one at 99 Ranch Market with garlic bits in it and it’ll be just as good but half the price. The salts are ok. I don’t like the container. You can easily make your own seasoning blend.
Their packaged noodles are probably the best on the market, but need some additional sauces and spices to jazz them up. The noodle texture is what makes them so great to me. The chili crisp has a lot of actual crunch to it which I find enjoyable. All of their sauces have been great and are worth the price point IMO. You can taste that they are of high quality and pack a lot of flavor.
Momofuku's noodle packs take instant meals to the next level. The 3-minute noodles are great on their own, but can be easily "elevated" by topping with a marinated egg or fresh scallions.
i like the chili crisp! I haven't tried any of the other sauces but would be willing to! I like the brand and think its worth a try but also there are some other really good options for chili crisp!
Chili crisp was bland and disappointing.

Tried their chili crisp and instant noodles and it wasn't worth all the hype in my opinion. The flavors and texture were just meh. The best noodle in term of flavor is probably tingly mala. I like to put thinly slice beef in mine with an extra splash of soy sauce or fish sauce.
Yeah -- hits! Their soy sauce is unreal, and the chili crisp oil is perfection.
I am not a chef and honestly not great at even cooking, but these really intrigued me and honestly I was using the tingly and savory on everything - the jars disappeared pretty fast. I also ordered the soy sauce and it was amazing!
I have had all three seasonings for the last couple of years and they have become a staple when it comes to cooking Asian food in my house. I've also tried their soy and scallion noodles and such an easy and more elevated version of anything else I've tried, just a bit out of my price range to buy again.
First off: I've only tested the chili crisp, so I'm definitely missing out on some other products that I'm sure are great-- the branding certainly does look good. The chili crisp is totally fine! It's good! It's pretty small. I don't think I'll buy it again, going back to Fly by Jing. If you're in a pinch, it will absolutely do! But it did not rock my world.

The Savory salt is amazing, I use it on almost everything! You only need a little pinch, so the jars last a long time. The Tingly salt is fun for popcorn.

Spicy seasoning could be spicier and more flavorful.
Momofuku products hold a special place for me, coming from New York where it feels like home. The savory offerings are exactly what you’d expect from such an iconic name—phenomenal. The noodles are perfectly textured, the spices are perfect in every dish, and the soups are comfort food at its finest. While they’ve nailed the savory essentials, the dessert side feels like it’s missing that same magic. That said, for anyone who loves bold and authentic savory flavors, Momofuku is absolutely worth it.
This review is exclusively for their ramen noodles. They are so, so, SO dang good. They’re obviously going to be the most expensive ramen noodles you can get, since literally all other brands are focused on convenience, but it’s the best ramen you’re going to have instant-wise. I love cutting fresh scallion into mine.
OMG best noodles and sauces you can make in 3 minutes at home. I actually get excited evenings when I realize there won't be time to prepare a family dinner and I can just have my noodles. Love that they aren't fried and have reasonable nutrition as well. Great portion, Value is good!

Just buy them. SO Good
I've tried a variety of the noodle packets, and they're really delicious for a quick meal.

They're bit more on the expensive side.
The chili crunch is a kitchen staple in my home.

Expect a mess around the jar.
