  • The Momofuku noodle offerings bring a spicy and fun change of pace to the easy dinner options. If you crave something tingly with a kick, all three flavors will be enjoyable. They are a bit pricey, but a nice addition to the pantry.

  • Not for the weak palette! If you don’t like spicy food I wouldn’t try these. I ordered a variety bundle so we could try all of the noodle flavors, plus the chili crunch, seasoning salt, and soy sauce. The soy sauce was great. I use the seasoning salt in a lot of meals over vegetables. But the chili crunch and all of the noodle flavors are just so spicy it’s almost difficult to eat. I think I was just surprised to see that every flavor is spicy; not a single mild option. We will use less of the sauce pack to help reduce the heat, but it then verges on no sauce and having to substitute for flavoring, so really we are just using the noodles. I also feel like a lot of them taste the same and are pretty salty. Maybe that’s just because they are all so spicy to me that it’s impossible to distinguish a difference? Sadly I will not be buying these again because they are so easy to make and much better quality than classic pre-packaged ramen from the store.

  • I have tried a few products from the brand but by far my favorite is the chili paste in truffle oil. Anybody can challenge me in a chili oil competition and that is my go to every single time. The truffle flavor just take that crunch to the next level. The others chili oils I can probably do without and find other comparable ones at a lower price point. I'll also add that I was not that impressed by the noodles and expected more from them coming from Momofuku but they were not terrible.

  • The soy and scallion noodles are a pantry staple for me. The preparation is quick and easy and I really enjoy the flavor. They definitely require some added protein or sides if you want to make it a whole meal, but I am a fan. The packaging isn't the best and sometimes sends my noodles flying but I have gotten better at opening it with time.

  • I bought the Tamari -- it's good, but definitely more as an "enhancer" not as a base to cook with. One it's too expensive, and second, it's just too rich. But it is nice!

Hey Teresa, thanks so much for this feedback! The Momofuku team loves our Tamari for its sharp, light flavor, and as a gluten free alternative for those that can't have Soy Sauce. Its flavor is suited more for salad dressings, sashimi or sushi. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us!

  • I kept seeing ads for the noodles on my social network pages so I went out and bought some. It comes in packages of 5. I was sort of disappointed when I realized it was kind of like Ramen noodles just a bit thicker. I didn't really like the sauce that comes with it. I know Momofuku is famous for their sauces but this one didn't do it for me. I ended up making my own. Also, the portion in one pack is very small. Going forward, I made two at a time. I wasn't impressed by the hype.

  • The noodles made just how they say on the back are sad. Got the bundle and tried all five, definitely will not buy again for the price. The only reason they got 3* is cuz if you actually work for it and make some of his shares recipe dishes from online (which you’ll need to go shopping for) are pretty decent. I’ll stick with Mr.noodles and ichiban noodles for my quick snacks. Also chili crunch is on point but can find better at T&T market

  • I got the soy and scallion noodles and they were honestly not that great... maybe it's because I was expecting more from David Chang, but these literally just tasted like plain noodles with soy sauce. I had to make a separate sauce to eat them with.

  • The noodles make for a really good quick lunch. They're not too filling on their own but I always add an egg to make them more filling and the flavor even more rich. The noodles themselves are really delicious, and all of the flavors are fantastic.

  • Absolutely delicious. Their restaurant grade sauce tastes like you’re dining at Momofuko. I love it when brands can exist outside their store fronts. Good work Chef!

  • The Chili Crunch is great. I’ve been putting it on almost everything. A little pricey but a little goes a long way so it’s worth it. I’m definitely going to try the other flavors.

    Feedback

Outside of it being a little pricey for the size I really don’t have any complaints.

  • I am OBSESSED with Momofuku’s Chilli Crunch. I travel with it. I drizzle it on every egg, rice or noodle dish (see photo below). I’ve eaten it plain. It’s the perfect amount of umami for me — salty, crunchy, spicy. Overall YUM!

    Feedback

Just be careful with stirring + spooning it out! It can get a little messy with the oil.

  • Great ramen brand. Their chili oil container leaks red bright colored oil, bad container design but tastes good.

  • I put the truffle chili crunch on everything, even ice cream. Levels up any dish.

  • Their chili oil is all over tiktok but it’s average imo. Lacks depth and flavor. You can find a random one at 99 Ranch Market with garlic bits in it and it’ll be just as good but half the price. The salts are ok. I don’t like the container. You can easily make your own seasoning blend.

  • Their packaged noodles are probably the best on the market, but need some additional sauces and spices to jazz them up. The noodle texture is what makes them so great to me. The chili crisp has a lot of actual crunch to it which I find enjoyable. All of their sauces have been great and are worth the price point IMO. You can taste that they are of high quality and pack a lot of flavor.

  • Momofuku's noodle packs take instant meals to the next level. The 3-minute noodles are great on their own, but can be easily "elevated" by topping with a marinated egg or fresh scallions.

  • Great flavors and interesting products. Instant noodles are quick and easy to prepare though sometimes could be spicier

  • I love their Soy & Scallion Noodles. Chef Chang totally leveled up the taste of ramen noodles without getting rid of the authentic packaging and cooking experience. As a college student, I feel that much better making these for dinner over a regular ramen package. I prefer the soy and scallion taste to the artificial 'chicken' or 'shrimp' flavors typically sold for ramen. He nailed it!

  • This is the best instant noodle ever and it is baked not fried! I love the slightly wavy, flat noodle shape compared to the typical instant noodles shape. Can be dressed up with several things -- a soft boiled egg, some edamame, stir fried veg, or just chili oil. I like a bit more flavor than what the sauce packet provides so I always add a few extra toppings but it's fine without.
