A very nice allergy friendly super soft pillow. It fluffed up right out of the box and was instantly comfortable. I had a wonderful night's sleep with this pillow. I'm just sad that the price is a little steep as I would love to go out and buy three more right away.

I loved the idea of the side zippers for adjusting the firmness/plushness based on personal preference but unfortunately even with both sides left unzipped it wasn’t as plush as I would like. I also found the smell from both the pillow and pillow cover to be extremely strong. I left them on a living room chair to air out and inflate and the harsh chemical smell was so strong that my spouse actually asked which room of the house I had painted! After 24 hours I still had to spritz them with linen spray before use. It was comfortable and I slept well. I even felt like I woke up less hot and sweaty than I normally do so the cooling infused claims seems legit. All that said I’m not sure that I could justify purchasing additional pillows at the regular price. I would consider giving the brand another try if they came out with more pillow options such as high quality down alternatives or pillows made specifically for side sleepers or wrinkle prevention. Something that makes them stand out a bit more from other pillow brands on the market.

Simply put it’s awesome and I bought a second one from thingdrop so now I can have a set. After some experimenting I like to have both sides unzipped! I had a Caspar pillow before and this is muchhh better. It’s hard to tell how “cooling” the protector is since I have another pillow case on top of it, but it’s a good thing to buy to keep the pillow clean in general!

I was real skeptical that I needed another pillow in my life but I have been having neck discomfort for a while and have tried all variety of pillows. I won't say Marlow cured all but it is definitely the comfiest and I sense my neck discomfort dwindling over time. I keep mine on the most firm setting which is surprisingly firm. Cooling effect is hard to comment on but I definitely don't feel sweaty sleeping on it.

I didn’t wake up once using this pillow. I usually wake up multiple times a night and I can never get my pillows just right. After opening it up and putting it in the cooling pillow case, I fluffed it up. I usually have to adjust my pillows to get it just right but I didn’t have that issue with this one. There have been many nights just this past month where I am waking with with a hurt shoulder and neck, and I woke up feeling great with no pain. I’ll be replacing all of my pillows with Marlow!

I like this idea in theory but having a hard time with it in reality. The concept of being able to unzip it to your level of preferred softness is a great idea. However it still just seems really stiff. It might just need to be broken in though! I have to experiment around with it some more but overall it is a nice pillow. And the fact that it has a removable cover to wash is great, I don't know why more companies don't do that. I'll keep giving it a try in hopes it relaxes a little.

Writing this review after an incredible night of sleep with the Marlow pillow is truly so special! The pillow ships rolled up in very simple, horizontal rectangle packaging. I was skeptical when it unraveled a bit flat. After fluffing up the pillow and getting ready for bed, I unzipped both zippers for max fluffiness and tore off the tags. After sleeping on a very firm, thick, and foamy pillow for years, I wasn’t sure how the Marlow would compete with my already favorite pillow. The sleeping position for the neck is so comfortable on the Marlow. I also sleep with an Oura ring and had more deep sleep (40%) last night than I’ve had in the past month. This is so shocking especially as I had coffee about 2 hours before bed. Truly wild. Don’t knock it off for being small or flat, there’s something in the design that makes it work for you!

It's a nicely made pillow, and the adjustment via zipper is a neat concept. However, I returned it pretty quickly. Even when zipped, I found the pillow to be pretty soft and flat, despite the instructions saying this is the "firm" adjustment. Pillows are hugely subjective, and I don't think any amount of reviews can adapt to your own needs. I would just try pillows with a good return policy. Marlow was amazingly good/quick in this regard.

O how I wanted to love this. Always in search of my one true love of a pillow. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy it. It felt extremely lumpy. Almost as bad as the MyPillow, which is very bad. Whether it was zipped or unzipped it was too hard for my liking. Back To the drawing board

I am normally pretty picky about which pillows I sleep with, have a routine about which pillows go where, and hadn’t changed out my pillows in years. I’ve had amazing nights sleeps with this pillow, and am really impressed! I keep the firmness zippered and it feels great to have a protective covering on it that doubles as a coolant. Never thought I would enjoy it so much, or be able to buy a pillow from the internet without feeling it first.
