Compliments every time! The smell of luxury.

Although I highly rate the brand overall, I was very disappointed to discover that Estee Lauder/Le Labo has changed the formula for its Rose 31 Body Lotion, and in the process really altered its richness. I used to use two pumps every morning, now to cover the same area I need three, which means it's going to last a lot less long that it did before. And the lotion itself is thinner and ultimately less moisturising. I've used it for many years, and it's galling to discover that the formula has changed without any warning to customers.

I’m deeply disappointed. I used to love this perfume — its performance and projection from 2018–2023 were outstanding. But the new bottles are completely different: weak, watery, and barely detectable. I tested three bottles (Qatar Duty Free, replacement, and one from London – batch C15). All performed the same — poor projection, no longevity. Le Labo clearly changed the formula or compromised quality. At $280, it’s not worth even $20 now. Avoid until they bring back the original formula.

Good afternoon, I received a Le Labo perfume (Santal 33) from my work team, which was love at first sight, but I had an allergic reaction which made my whole body itch, this happened 3 times in a row, which I did the test and realized it was from the perfume, I never imagined I would have an allergy because I have (Another 13 and the Matcha 26,,Gaiac 10,and the noit 29)and I never had a problem, I sent an email explaining the situation if they could send me another fragrance and or return the Santal 33 which is new in the box, they didn't even answer me once if I wanted I could even take it to the court, I found it disrespectful to the customer, I could just answer even if I couldn't exchange it give an answer

Great perfume!! Very unique scent, and i get compliments every time I wear it.. its not overpowering just a good Santal scent.. I will always have this one on repeat..

I have worn the Le Labo fragrances for over 15 years and I must admit that I am deeply disappointed with the quality in recent years. Performance wise, the new formulations are much tuned down. The original formula used to be very long lasting. For example Santal 33 would last over 24 hours and I almost had a compliment every time I wore it. A lot of friends and family went out and bought it. The new formulation makes itself noticeable in the first few minutes and doesn’t even last an hour ! When I complained to customer services, I was told that maybe I have gotten used to the fragrance and so perhaps have a break - naively I bought a different fragrance - this time Fleur D’Orange and it behaved the same ! I was encouraged to try ‘Another 13’ as it’s a molecular scent and is to be used directly on the skin - however, the scent in this case also only lasted an hour if that. Interestingly, the sample I got in store lasted a lot longer. Le Labo is definitely not the brand it started out as. I feel let down and disappointed. The company has confirmed that the formulations have not been changed. Perhaps the company is now not using the same premium raw materials it used to.

love their perfumes. very beautiful smells that last all day. the orange is subtle but sweet. I always get complements when I wear this scent. it’s not too strong like other perfumes so it’s not very over powering

I absolutely love the smell of these, but it's so expensive, so I am hesitant to repurchase. The in-store experience is super luxe & nice. I'm not sure I could afford to splurge again on myself, but I would happily accept this as a gift as the product works & lasts really well.

Santal 33 is such a distinctive popular scent I feel like its become super basic. I've yet to get the perfume because of the high price but I have the lotion and love the smell.

I have gotten a few of the perfume samples. I love the way the smell and the ethos of the brand.

Was introduced to the Santal 33 scent through trying out their products at hotels, ended up falling in love with the entire line. Smells really luxurious yet still super clean and not too much for everyday use.

Santal 33 is a dreaaaaaam scent, and when they customize your name on the bottle???? So cute I'm obsessed.

Santal 33 will always remain an exceptional fragrance. While it may come with a higher price tag, it is undeniably worth every penny. Many brands have attempted to imitate its essence, but none have successfully replicated it in its entirety.

I was gifted a set of their samplers for the holidays last year to find my favorite scent, and Bergamote 22 has slowly made its way to one of my go-tos. The scent is luxurious and lasts forever, and the product is well worth the money.

Amazing smells, high quality luxury store experience

They make long-lasting scents, but I care less for their body care products.

I loved the in store sensory experience of smelling all fragrance options before deciding which one felt like me. I chose Bergamote 22. The fragrance is incredible and I loved being able to have the label customized.

The scents are interesting/complex and last all day! If you bring back an empty bottle, they'll refill it for you for 20% off.

Love the products and great for gift giving but the scents don’t last.
