Who Gives a Crap earns largely positive reviews for sustainable, plastic‑free toilet paper and witty, display‑ready wrapping, but opinions split on softness and thickness. Reviews praise the premium bamboo rolls for being soft, strong, lint‑free, long‑lasting, and subscription‑friendly, while recycled options and some recent batches are described as thin, rough, or downgraded in quality; tissues and paper towels skew less absorbent and softer than desired.

AMAZING!! I love Who Gives a Crap so much. Obviously it's not gonna be your regular 4ply toilet paper, but it's going down the drain anyways. Such an easy sustainable swap. And I can't complain about the cute decorative paper each roll is wrapped in :)
Our household loves this toilet paper and ABSOLUTELY loves never running out of tp - even during those toilet paper hoarding days in the early pandemic. This is a must in our house.

The texture and feel of the paper takes getting used to, but once you've acclimated, it's great!
To be completely honest, I've only tested a single roll so far because I got it as a present with some cash in the middle but I thought it was a really cute gift idea. The toilet paper itself was fine, not something I'd buy for daily use, but I liked the idea behind it and again it did make a cute gift :)
They aren't the softest brand of tissue out there -- I'm afraid the commercial ones such as Kleenex and Charmin still take top billing for that -- plus points for the amazing packaging and sustainability of the product. They look so satisfying in the cabinet with their funky wrapping paper.
I LOVE Who Gives a Crap. They give something as blah as toilet paper a personality. Who'da thunk I'd ever feel this strong brand loyalty to a roll of TP? They get points for quality, sustainability, personality, mission, and price. Out of all the sustainable TP brand out there, Who Gives a Crap has the best value. PLUS, it's robust too. It holds up when you need it to while maintaining softness.
It helps me survive Covid!! Love the company’s mission.

We bought a large box and it lasted a very long time. No lint, comfortable to use too. We will purchase this again. Good customer service as well. A very good company overall.
So sad they have suspended shipping to Canada. Amazing concept, adorably wrapped rolls. One shipment lasted our family of 44 close to a year .

A bit to get used to if you usually buy higher end TP. Not really soft or plush. Bamboo feels nicer than original

We give a crap! As do all of you but we're doing something about it. But seriously, excellent products delivered promptly and we'll never go back to anything else. We're addicted.

Would LOVE if they went without cardboard tubes in the center... prior to moving to WGAC, we were dedicated to the tubeless rolls which save a ton of cardboard obviously.
We joined as members 3 years ago based on their projects in the developing world. We get the recycled toilet paper version, and so far have been quite happy with it. The fact that they are a certified B corp is an added bonus. The subscription model works very well for us...we were one of few people who did not rush to the store to stock up on toilet paper! In fact, we gave some of our supply to our family who were SOL at the stores!

None from my end!
Love this brand. The colourful packaging is really fun and I like their mission. Can’t fault the service or the quality.

We’ve had a subscription for multiple of their products for a few years and have been really happy with everything! I always get the bamboo toilet paper, paper towels, occasionally get dish cloths and just started trying the garbage bags and poo bags which I think are good so far! I was drawn to the social and environmental qualities and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The tp is soft and comfortable. The paper packaging (yay, no plastic!) is cute and looks so much better when the backup rolls are on the shelf. The subscription is easy to manage, adjust delivery dates, and add or subtract products. Really love everything about this brand!
I liked the fun wrapping and the ease but it was not as soft as I wanted it to be
This is the only toilet paper I like to use now, I'm really glad they started selling boxes in the supermarkets. The double length lasts me so long, and the toilet paper is thick and soft. Plus being able to recycle all the packaging with no plastic waste is a plus.
I have zero complaints about this company’s products. I think that the feel of the toilet paper is thick and soft, and the same for the paper towels which are very absorbent. Not to mention their mission and branding are on point.
soft and doesn't shred 🫶🏾
I like the mission, the design/look, and the subscription option. However I did NOT like the way this TP felt. It’s thin and sad. I have since switched to Lor Tush, a very similar product, but the ply is significantly better.
I love who gives a crap, what a fun brand! A little too much packaging but the patterns make it easily reusable.
I've been purchasing from this brand for years and recommend them to everyone! I'm not picky about toilet paper but I love that it's plastic free and has a mission.
