Reviews mention

  • Ultra-soft fabrics and textures
  • Vibrant, joyful color palette
  • Inclusive, extensive size range
  • Comfortable, flattering silhouettes
  • Inconsistent, confusing bralette sizing
  • Waistband creasing after washes
  • Fragile, fraying mesh materials
  • Limited breathability in synthetics

Parade earns mixed reviews: the brand delights with very soft, colorful, size-inclusive underwear and notably comfortable bralettes and loungewear that often become daily go-tos, but durability and sizing inconsistency undercut the experience. Reviewers praise fabrics like Seamless Universal and New:Cotton, flattering high-waist silhouettes, and fun drops, while reporting waistband creasing after washes, mesh fraying, bralette fit issues for larger busts, and questions around sustainability claims.

  • I do love this brand, and the luxurious and slight sexiness of their underwear. I haven't tried the bralettes yet. I find their underwear very comfy, I love the full coverage you get ( I really can't handle a cheeky) and feel really great wearing them. To me, the pricing is fair, and I always find good deals online as I'm shopping.

The waist band crinkles and won't lay flat after a wash. To me, that's a pretty major design flaw, and there aren't instructions on the underwear about how to not get that. I've tried washing it in a bunch of different ways (lie flat, hang dry, dryer bag, etc.), but to no avail.

  • These undies and bralettes are sooo soft and they come in a variety of fun and bright colors. They are also very comfortable to wear and don't shrink when you wash them.

  • cute underwear! expensive though and I probably wont be repurchasing

  • Wish I could give a negative rating. Least comfortable thing I have ever put on. Fabric is terrible quality and not healthy to wear for women!

  • Love that the brand is inclusive and reasonably priced, but the quality is not there. I purchased a pack of underwear from the brand one time and they have not held up. The mesh is also not particularly comfortable.

  • My favorite underwear! Super soft and stretchy. I wasn't as big a fan of the bras, but I think I also bought the wrong sizes.

  • The softest, best quality underwear I have ever owned! Hugs me just right and is super breathable!!! LOVE!

Received a free product from Parade
  • I enjoyed wearing them until I didn't. They weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be and I was kind of disappointed. I just had the panties. I would want to give their bras a try. *came back to add an edit - I love their bras more than their bottoms. their bras are pretty comfortable and breathable!

  • Nice, soft, simple undies. Love the colors.

Some of the cuts are a little big for petite frames. And, I would recommend sizing down from the size you usually buy in undies. Mine were all a bit too large and that's not the hottest feeling.

  • Appreciate the mission and the sustainable attention to materials. The styles are fine, and the inclusive sizing is great.

After washing the elastic on the underwear crumples in a weird way that is visible underneath your clothing. It doesn't lay smooth. I want organic cotton and natural materials vs. plastic, and the sizing is a bit big.

  • Mine have lasted a long time, but it's become increasingly clear that they are mostly just green washing.

  • Wanted to love these - they're super cute and love the mission, but the material feels inexpensive and they do not last at all in the wash. After 1-2 washes the waistband was totally deformed and there was loose elastic bits coming up out of the mesh parts. I wouldn't classify these as "soft" - they're made from a synthetic material that is very smooth and almost slick to the touch, not "soft" in the way a cotton or other knit can be. Definitely not as comfy as a cotton or other natural fiber.

  • Loved these initially but they didn’t wear super well over time. I did think the collab with Juicy was genius.

  • I love the mission of Parade. And I love that you can recycle underwear through them. I find their bra sizing to be a little on the small side and one of my bras ripped almost immediately at one of the seams (and it fit just right). Just keep in mind!

  • The underwear silhouettes and bralettes didn't work well with me. They fit in some parts but the elastic bands would be too tight, giving me rolls, and the waist bands crease after several washes. I like the brand's persona and their site is v cute, but products are "okay".

  • This brand blew up quickly. They have a strong brand team, and they were aggressive with influencer marketing.

I enjoyed the pair that they gifted me, but I found that the quality didn't last long. Accurate sizing to start, but they quickly shrunk a bit.

  • Purchased a bundle of their "play" collection and really like them. The colors are bright and fun, the quality is really high. I typically wear mostly cotton underwear day-to-day for good health, and I find that these are breathable, soft/comfy, no panty-lines on most styles, sit well under clothes, don't loose shape or elasticity after washes (have been through 10+ washes- colors also stay true), and they are really flattering on their own! I also think that they are great under workout clothes and stay in place during HIIT workouts/running which can be a challenge! I will definitely be purchasing more and trying some of their new fabrics and bralettes. The prices also feel really fair and reasonable. Great/fun packaging too... kudos to their creative team. I loved it so much I kept the box and store knick-knacks in it!

The bundles come with multiple styles- TBH I don't typically rotate styles of underwear, so I probably should have gotten my tried and true style preference. I also got a little too excited with all the fun colors- so heed my warning that neon undies aren't great for sheer summer styles. I would love more info on how they are sustainable... because that's a big claim and I see very little evidence of how that promise is executed.

  • This is literally my favorite and the best underwear brand I've found and tried so far. It's super comfortable and the quality is to die for. Ever since I switched to bralettes, I've been struggling to find cute and comfy bralettes until I found Parade! I swear by it and I love their branding.

  • I bought five or six of their thongs a while ago and honestly wasn’t impressed. The fabric is bulky and not soft. Elastic is very wide. I ended up throwing these away after a few months because they were so uncomfortable! The price point just didn’t make sense for Walmart level quality. They just seemed cheap and tacky.
