These worked great for me! I love the invisible ones because you can’t even tell that you’re wearing it. Works so much quicker than any spot treatment zit cream I’ve tried over the counter.

Love the mighty patches! So powerful in such a small package.

The Mighty Patch is great! It works just like any other hydrocolloid patch— however, my skin can be pretty oily and I’ve noticed these don’t stick as well to my skin.

Kind of bummed that this brand hasn't really worked for me. The small blemish patches don't suck out as much sebum as CosRX patches (which are my usual go-to). The Nose Patch was able to pull out a light layer of oils, but not nearly as much as their "nose gunk" photos online (and I want that satisfying visual!). After consistent use, I didn't notice any difference in the size of my pores.

I’m a huge fan of pimple patches because I am a skin picker and these help prevent that while also healing. These patches work really well and are sooo satisfying to see the gunk. I especially love the nose one because my nose gets really oily and gross.

These are my preferred pimple patches! They stay on my face all night and I wake up blemish free or at least with a significantly reduced pimple. I also love how seamless they look on my face when I wear them during the day. I couldn't even tell my co-worker had one on.

Love the patch idea. This brand was ok, but like the Peace Out version much much better

Mighty patch with the miconeedles have saved some of my most stubborn cystic acne and dark spots! If I'm at a loss or having particularly bad acne, they are always something to help the skin healing process move along faster. Also a big fan of the new longer patches for more lengthy patches of breakouts.

Great for breakouts

Love these for the occasional pimple. They suck out the pus and goo from whiteheads. The invisible line is great! But beware as they draw out the moisture in your zit they start looking pretty weird on you face. The ones with little barbs and salicylic acid work well to reduce the size of under the skin pimples as they form. Overall they really help me with no picking, which reduces lifespan and severity of my spot acne

These are great - they pull out all the fluid from white heads or zits I’ve nervously picked. I put them on at night and notice they start to go away sooner then if I were to just use night cream

I really like the green color correcting product. It makes my skin look less pink / red.

I'm in college, and my friends (like three of them!) come to my room several times a week asking for a mighty patch. no joke. I was skeptical at first, but now I swear by them. If I was stranded on an island, I would take the Bible and a lifetime supply of mighty patches.

I tried the nose patch. It's actually quite "comfortable" to wear overnight and not that noticeable. However, I'm not sure how well it works. I use on occasion but probably won't purchase again

I've used a lot of pimple patches, and these stay the best on my skin/for the longest amount of time. They also seem to work better at different stages of each spot - for example, some other patches I've used will only work at the tail end of a spot's cycle, which is not really that helpful. These work faster and stay on great! I wish they were cheaper!

The Mighty Patch Blemish dots work great for both day and overnight treatment of pimples. Love how they are translucent so the day version isn't noticeable and the night one is a bit stronger. Bonus is that they can be easily used on pre-teens, not too much for their more sensitive skin but still packs a punch. The rescue balm for treating areas that are getting overly dried out is also great!

They work ok, but are insanely overpriced. The only ingredient in the majority of the patches is hydrocolloid - you can buy large sheets of hydrocolloid and cut them to patch size at all drugstores and online.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their green-tinted rescue balm. I hate using foundation but my face is super red so their product is a lifesaver! Makes me look snatched while being super lightweight and easily applied and blendable. It also surprisingly lasts longer than you'd think. The only reason they get a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because I haven't tried enough of their products to be able to judge the brand overall. Still, their green rescue balm is one of my fav products EVER.
