I'd make the formula stronger or have options for different strengths, since it didn't help my skin and I used a bunch of patches to retry over time. 

I've tried the mighty patch and it didn't make a difference on my skin. It just made me *feel* like I was doing something for myself, but really felt like putting a bandaid on top of my skin. 

I absolutely love them all, they do a great job on my blemishes, especially the micropoint jaw one for the bigger pimples. 

I've used their mighty patch, micropoint patch, nose patch, and the invisible.  

If you wear a mask throw these on underneath to help prevent pimples from getting worse!

I’m a huge fan of pimple patches because I am a skin picker and these help prevent that while also healing. 

These patches work really well and are sooo satisfying to see the gunk. I especially love the nose one because my nose gets really oily and gross. 

Looove this product. Works better than any acne cream. 

I didn’t see as much of a ‘result’ overnight like most people report.. didn’t really help my pimples at all

Good at helping clear up skin. Have used this multiple times and it does its job well. 

Make sure your skin is completely clean from any product. 

Changed my skincare for the better! So easy to work with. The original works best for my skin, the other ones don't as much. 

I wish they would make a patch that actually pulls out blackheads or cystic acne.

I've tried the Mighty Patch a few times now with good results. It doesn't really work for pimples I haven't opened; it doesn't seem to pull anything out of deeply embedded pimples or pimples that haven't come to a head. However, it definitely pulls the gunk out of pimples and speeds up clearing most of the time. However, I have had some pimples that honestly looked for irritated after putting a patch on them. It at least makes a barrier so no other germs or irritants can get into your pimple.

Definitely better than other pimple patches I’ve tried. Too expensive, though!

I’ve been using these patches for a few years now and they work pretty well! Only if the pimples are ready to pop, however.
