These work reasonably well - in my experience they help clear up skin slightly faster. The down-side for me though is they can feel slightly itchy, and I really have to fight the urge to scratch them off, especially if worn overnight.

It took me a long time to try this brand because I was sure it was just a scam, but it is actually as good as it says. I have tried other pimple patch brands and they have never worked for me, but these ones absolutely do. I also really like the way they slightly hide your acne when you're wearing them. My only issue with these is the price point, I wish they were more affordable.

I admit I was a little hesitant at first. I thought this would solve a problem I have quite often being that I have SO many breakouts at one time that I go through an entire sheet of mighty patches easily in one day. My initial hesitation was that the Mighty Shield would be a good way to protect my pimple but wouldn't help bring to a head the same way the OG mighty patches do. I was WRONG! I had a deep pimple for days that never came to a head and after trying Mighty Shield on it one time it completely worked! It not only protected it but also completely brought to a head and now my pimple is finally healing! I’m really impressed. It can take a little getting used to how much you need to apply and it takes a little time to dry. It’s a great alternative to the OG pimple patches.

I struggle with a lot of dark spots after my cystic acne heals. It’s difficult to get them to fade so I think that Hero’s Micropoint for Dark Spots helps jump start the lightning process and does more than the average skincare topical. The Micropoints have 2 layers with niacinamide and vitamin c that helps target the dark spot. I also want to shoutout Hero for lowering the price for these! You never hear of brands LOWERING their prices these days.

I have a huge rash all over my face due to testing positive for adenovirus. I needed to find something to help my terrible sensitive skin. I came across the sensitive skin patches which calmed down my redness and irritation and helped with the rash being especially itchy. Has a calming lotion absorbed in the patches. I left them on overnight and woke up at 5:30 am to get ready for esthetics school. Which is when I took off the patches and massaged the rest of the leftover lotion into my skin..

I've been using the Hero Cosmetics original pimple patches for a couple years now. They don't work the best for pimples that aren't popped, which is my biggest complaint. They reduce redness a bit but don't pull anything out of the pimples. However, they work really well for pimples that are popped - they do a great job of sucking out all of the gunk, and the pimples are practically gone the next day. I also love how well they stick to and blend into skin!

I will start by saying I have used the competitors pimple patches that look slightly more aesthetic. They did absolutely NOTHING except look cute. So i tried these and man do these WORK. I will not go back to the other ones. These are nearly invisible so you can wear them out while they are working their magic.

Hero Cosmetics has been a real hero to me! I loveee to use pimple patches, always have since they first hit the American shelves, because they do work & their pimple patches work wonders & come in so many types, night time & day time, which are truly invisible! I use the duo patches, as mentioned above, each one for at night & during the day! The night ones are thicker but they are still the best! The daytime ones are invisible & you cannot tell when wearing them, as they literally disappear on my face! The proof is in ALL the gunk in the patch that you can physically see!!!!! They work, period! I'll always use pimple patches, it's the fastest way to get rid of them, keep them clean & they work within hours, win win to me!!! These ones do not have any ingredients in them, as some of them can have natural ingredients & even the tiny needle patches! These are the plain day & night ones & they work phenomenally well! I most definitely recommend!!!!!!!

My boys have been going through the normal teen acne stage of life and they are obsessed with these. Not only are they easy for them to use, they wake up and those stubborn little pimples are usually gone.

Honestly was sus was about these - but they really do minimize pimples and expedite the healing process. Personally, I get self-conscious wearing the skin color patches, and prefer Starface star-shaped and colorful patches instead. Also cannot figure out for the life of me how to unpeel the patches for any of the leading pimple patch brands, and get that they are in extra packaging for cleanliness, but feels like excessive single-use plastic.

I love these and they work so well but I haven’t been convinced they work better than less expensive brands. It definitely feels like I’m paying for the packaging which usually is a turn off but because these are so effective, I’ll still buy them from time to time. Especially the microneedle ones!

It's a good patch but I have tried others that I think work better. I did not find using this patch made a material difference compared to other patches that I have tried. But it's a good price and did not irritate my skin.

They didn’t feel as high quality as other patches I’ve used. They peeled off more easily, didn’t stay on all night, and didn’t seem to have a strong effect. I was told so much about them, and I was definitely disappointed.

I had a few pimples and decided to use the patch instead of popping them, and it really worked. I slept with it on, and by the next day the swelling had gone down a lot. I haven't stopped using it since.

Best patches on the market. Stay on until your removed them. Even when you shower

Writing I finally tried the Hero Mighty Patch and honestly… I get the hype now. You know those annoying whitehead pimples that show up like they own the place? I put one of these patches on before bed and by morning it had basically sucked the life out of it. Not glamorous, but weirdly satisfying. The patch pulls out all the gunk while protecting the spot so you don’t mess with it (which, let’s be real, is half the battle). What I like most is that it’s simple. No burning, no weird smell, no harsh chemicals. It’s just a little hydrocolloid sticker that quietly does its job while you sleep. It also stays on really well—I toss and turn and it was still there in the morning. By the next day the pimple was way flatter and less angry. Not miracle-level instant disappearance, but definitely a big improvement without irritating my skin. If you’re someone who battles the occasional breakout and tends to pick at it (guilty), these patches are absolutely worth keeping around. They’re basically tiny zit bodyguards. Bottom line: easy to use, actually works, and weirdly satisfying to peel off in the morning. I’ll definitely keep a box in my bathroom drawer.

I love the pimple patches and have been using them for 4+ years. They help me not pick at my pimples and always dissolve them in a way thats satisfying (lol). They're also great for pimples that are just under the skin and red that can be so bothersome.

One of my favourite beauty discoveries of 2025. So effective, stays in place overnight and most importantly, doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin. My husband discovered my stash and now I have to order multipacks!

Out of all the pimple patches i have tried this is probably the most effective. Super easy to use & really helps to reduce a pimple without the need to squeeze or extract it. Highly recommend giving these a go.
