The mighty patches work great on already open pimples. I used to religiously use them but I was wasting a lot of product because they do not work on closed comedones. I have been exploring Amazon for other patches that might work better for the type of acne I have. The mighty patch is readily available in stores across the US which makes them convenient for travel and emergency zits!

I love these. I will say, they work a lot better if you have a ripe zit to put it on. Especially helpful to protect against sun furthering damage in my experience.

I'm a pimple patch girlie who has obsessive picking tendencies, so any brand who can make a decent patch, will be on-hand in my drawer 24/7! Hero cosmetics is one of them and offers unique sizing depending to fit your problem areas. I get frustrated with the price point, but I'm also someone who knows it's worth it if I don't end up with a huge scab on my face. Weigh the pros and cons.

I love Colloid patches for wound healing and covering acne spots. If you haven't tried, it's a must!

My greatest picking deterrent! These patches are better than the other brands I've tried, and are the first thing I pick up as soon as I feel a pimple coming on.

These patches are great! When I use them I feel like my pimples heal faster. Unlike other patches, the Mighty Patches stay put and feel like they're higher quality than dupes, but I don't know that they're necessarily my go-to brand every time for this product.

These patches work! Great for small blemishes and blackheads. I have sensitive skin, so clay masks can be drying. Instead, I use the chin and nose patches to draw out excess oil from my t-zone whenever it feels extra clogged. I usually wear them overnight, but I've even worn the small patches during the day if a pimple is extra stubborn.

i tried the mighty patch after seeing a few breakouts on my cheeks. they did work, but i also tried similar patches from other brands that worked just as well. i still would suggest the mighty patch, but there are lower cost products that fit more people’s budget.

These acne patches are awesome. They literally clear your zits overnight.

So good if you want something that will do the job for a few hours.

I feel like they're good but there's similar products out there for a better price. You're not getting much surface area per patch whereas if you buy hydrocolloid bandaids, you can cut them up to your liking.

I LOVE THESE!! I swear by them. I have tried numerous pimple patches and nothing compares to these! I think they are the best on the market. They are super affordable and accessible. Nothing fancy, but they work!! I will put one on overnight and in the morning the spot will be all puffed up and the pimple underneath is completely dried out and nearly gone. These have definitely saved me on multiple occasions.

Acne is the story of my life. These pesky pimples always pop up inconveniently. Fear no more - I always have these hero patches to use! The micro point stickers are seriously the best! The brand is available locally at Target and easy to grab for vacation where there’s lots of picture opportunities.

The Mighty Patch does exactly as it advertises — it gets the gunk out of pimples. However, it is at its core just a hydrocolloid bandage — so it's not hard to find cheaper versions of this product, albeit with less efficient packaging. My breakouts clear up quickly when I use Mighty Patches, so I'd say overall win!

I honestly think these delayed the healing of my blemishes. I didn't realize when I bought them that they don't have any active ingredients, it's just a hydrocolloid patch. Which doesn't do a whole lot.

Great quality acne patch. Works very well but a little pricier than similar options.
