The mighty patches work great on already open pimples. I used to religiously use them but I was wasting a lot of product because they do not work on closed comedones. I have been exploring Amazon for other patches that might work better for the type of acne I have. The mighty patch is readily available in stores across the US which makes them convenient for travel and emergency zits!

This is one of those products where you truly think it's going to be too good to be true... I ordered as a hail Mary when a big red bump appeared on my nose overnight and I hate an important meeting two days later. I saw all the great reviews and ratings and took a chance. OMG!!! After 6 hours of wearing the patch, it had drained so much from the bump and flattened it considerably. The patch didn't move or come off at all yet was super easy to remove without any irritation. I was blown away already. I decided to put on another patch overnight and AGAIN, it pulled so much out and the bump was completely flat. While it was still very slightly red the morning of my meeting, you couldn't at all notice it after makeup went on. Not raised, not angry, just... WOW! I will never be without these miracle patches again. THANKS for an amazing product.

Love love love!  Buy these for my 2 teenage daughters. Wish they would have had these around when I was growing up!!!

I love these new patches that are coming out! I have tried a few brands and I think these worked as some of the best. Decent prices and they definitely work. Less noticeable on the face than some of the other brands as well 

These are lifesavers when you have a breakout! I typically put these on at night and by the morning it has extracted much of the goo, leaves it relatively flat, and the red dissipated.

The patches are small but mighty!  They do a wonderful job of clearing a pimple in a fraction of the time than it would go away without these patches.  I love how easy they are to apply, conspicuous and easy to remove.

I have been using Hero sunscreen and other products for awhile now and have had no surprises yet. Their products work as expected at reasonable prices. Everyone wants beautiful skin and Hero helps.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their green-tinted rescue balm. I hate using foundation but my face is super red so their product is a lifesaver! Makes me look snatched while being super lightweight and easily applied and blendable. It also surprisingly lasts longer than you'd think.
The only reason they get a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because I haven't tried enough of their products to be able to judge the brand overall. Still, their green rescue balm is one of my fav products EVER.

My experience was not bad. I found they worked but not all the time. I break out once a month and not necessarily bad breakouts because I usually catch them before they get to that point. But the times they did work they did their job. My skin didn't dry up or get irritated in anyway.  I have combination skin so if you have the same skin type, they should work for you as well.

So far, these are the best pimple patches I've found though I will say, they are a little pricey. I do find them to be very high-quality and they do what they say they do. I've never had issues with adhesion either! 

Works fast and easy to apply. Hero patches are incredible. Only need these now and then. Perfect for overnight.

I received the mighty patch as a gift from my daughter and it’s definitely a game changer. 

Unsure if the pimple patches were effective for my skin. I almost felt like the blemish remained visible on my face for longer that usual after use. 

I always keep this in stock for when I have an annoying pimple coming in or when I don’t want to get makeup on it before an event. It’s easy to use and works overnight.

Nice pimple patches! These work really well if you have a big pimple. They don't do as much for smaller ones. I wish they were a little more affordable so I didn't feel like I have to use them so sparingly.
