I am a huge fan of nootropics and really like the college aspect in Shine. They taste pretty good for vitamins, but they are very sticky. I haven’t been taking them long enough to see a difference, but I have high hopes they will work out fine

In my experience, Nootropics, particularly mushrooms, are really subtle. I'm pretty experienced with adaptogenic mushroom supplements, particularly lions mane, so given that this is something I've been taking regularly for a while makes it especially hard to assess effectiveness. That said: Ive been taking these gummies on an as-needed basis for a couple of weeks, and I do think they help give me a little extra boost of motivation and focus on those workdays where I'm just having a bit of a struggle. It helps that they're basically candy, so it doesn't feel like taking another pill. These Troomy gummies taste great, have a lovely texture, and a great ingredient list. The bottle says that they are "vegetarian", though the ingredient list looks vegan to me (but Im not vegan, so I may be missing some nuance of a specific ingredient).

Got this on a thingdrop, and they're alright. Couldn't tell how effective it was despite remaining consistent. The flavor is tasty, but personally too sweet for my liking (I'm used to 1g added sugar gummies, compared to this at 4g). Expect it to be less fruit snack-y sweet, and more like that "sharp" candy sweetness—it reminds me of that artificial white peach flavor in japanese candies. So if you're into that, I'd recommend this for you!

The gummies are delicious (sugar definitely helps with that!) but I've always had a hard time seeing if collagen/biotin is actually making an impact on my hair. I'll keep trying these to see if longer use makes a difference, but after almost a month I haven't noticed anything yet!

The focus gummies taste pretty good! The texture is really jelly-like and soft. Can’t say I can notice the benefits, but might just be me.

Delicious and effective... so much so that my wife refused to share! We only tried Focus so far but it was terrific and we'll be expanding our experience with the others soon.

Don’t feel more or less focused taking this gummy. Says on the bottle that you should take 1-2 gummies up to 3 times, which seems like a lot. Not too keen on the flavor (passion fruit tangerine)

I notice a bit of an effect after taking the focus gummies, I do have a bit more focused, even energy. However, I do not like the taste and they’re now so sticky in the bottle.

I find most vitamins and supplements hard to judge, as it's hard to feel the effects of things, or attribute changes to specific things. However, I do find that I feel a noticeable difference from the focus gummies! I do take it alongside coffee, but feel less of a need for a second cup when I take a couple gummies in the morning, and also feel a little sharper than normal. The gummies themselves are a little big and a slightly weird texture/aftertaste compared to other vitamin gummies, but I definitely prefer them to a large pill or something, especially first thing in the morning. Would definitely consider trying other versions, and will likely repurchase these focus gummies!

I'm trying the "Shine" gummies, which were offered on a thingtesting promotion. First off: they're delicious. I don't like gummy candy but seriously I could finish the entire jar. No about their effectiveness: Maybe I already have great hair, skin, and nails so they can't make it any better. Maybe mine is just really terrible so two gummies a day can't undo decades of neglect. Or maybe I'm a dude and I don't walk around all day being judged by every rando and stranger on the basis of my appearance so I don't know what to look for. But if these delicious, delicious c̶a̶n̶d̶y̶ gummies are doing something for me, I can't see it.

Not sure if it's placebo but these do seem to improve my focus, however they give me a light headache and make me feel a bit uneasy, so I'm not sure it's worth it.

Loved the focus gummies! My only complaint is that they got really sticky overtime in the bottle and kind of clump up, but that’s very minor. They were great tasting and really helped my focus throughout the day!

I tried the focus gummies and they are delicious and a fun way to get nutrients! My partner has trouble focusing and tried these and said that he actually does focus better on them, which is pretty major. My only complaint is that they get stuck to each other in the bottle, as well as stuck to the bottle itself, and can be very hard to get out. I would love to try the other flavors!

Wonderful taste and a solid texture - which many a gummy struggles with. I’ve been loving the batch of gummies I got via a ThingsDrop and have since bought another of the Troomy offerings.

I have been taking Troomy Focus since I received it. I feel like I have felt more focused in the morning, but at the same time, there is a swift drop in the afternoon. I am going to try taking it in the afternoon. Troomy is a great product and they taste good too! I look forward to trying other products.

I got a bottle of the Focus gummies and I do think the product works to an extent! They're definitely yummy and don't have a weird taste at all. I take them on days when I'm really in a slump during WFH and they give me a little motivation boost. Could be a placebo effect but who knows! I also take Moon Juice Brain Dust and I do definitely notice a difference with that product, so I think in the future, I would probably not repurchase the Troomy in favor of the Moon Juice.

I used to work in the supplement industry and can confirm that the majority of these DTC trendy supplements are a total scam, however I was pleasantly surprised with the Troomy Focus gummies. I've been using them for about 2 weeks and expected any increased levels of focus to be the result of the placebo effect, however on most occasions I completely forgot that I took the gummies only to later realize that my ability to focus on my work skyrocketed compared to usual. This is by no means comparable to Adderall or any OTC prescription drug, but normally I have major brain fog and find it incredibly difficult to focus for any length of time longer than 15-20 minutes, and after taking these I was able to sit at my desk and power through 2-3 hours of work at a time. Additionally, I absolutely love the flavor. It doesn't taste artificial whatsoever, and kind of reminds me of these Middle Eastern chewy fruit candies that I love. Almost has a hint of tamarind. As someone else mentioned, I am not a fan of the high sugar content at 6g per serving (2 gummies). Given that the suggested use is 1-2 gummies up to 3 times daily, that could total up to 18g of extra sugar per day from just the gummies. Would love to see the sugar content replaced at least partially with stevia leaf or monk fruit. On a related note, I was initially very pleased with how many gummies came in the bottle and thought this could easily last a couple months, only to then realize that the suggested use is 1-6 gummies per day. That greatly cuts down the longevity of the bottle and at that rate I do think they're too expensive for the amount you get. I probably would only order these if they were on sale - but I do want to try the Calm gummies as well and they did send a discount code with the bottle I received for 15% off my next order. Shipping was also lightning speed. I ordered them on a Friday via Thingdrop, and received them the following Monday mid-day.

I am obsessed with my Shine gummies!!!!! They taste amazing, the little cubes look cool, they haven't dried out even a bit. I love the natural ingredients and high dose of biotin.
