I tested the " FOCUS" gummies and they do work! These gave me a pleasant, mild and gradual boost and did indeed help me focus. Effect is similar but milder than eating lion's mane mushrooms. I use them in the afternoon, when I don't want to have caffeine. Even though I kept the bottle in the fridge, when there was about a third left, they all got stuck together and had to rip them apart (not a big deal, I just mention it in case this also happens to others) . I think that I will repurchase these when I finish the bottle; will definitely try other products by this company.

They tasted great, but I didn’t notice a discernible difference from before I was eating the gummies. I found the product too expensive to continue trying.

I got the "Focus" gummies and am almost through the jar. I love the packaging and taste/texture of the gummies. Much more natural tasting than others I've had. Unfortunately as someone who is usually dependent on caffeine for that boost of concentration, I didn't really feel much impact from taking them. I would consider re-purchasing if I weren't drinking coffee and needed an alternative source of focus. I would definitely try other products from the brand.

I got the focus gummies in a Thingdrop a while ago. I love the taste and the texture is great, but the focus effect was negligible for me.

Simply put, they work. For me, I two gummies every few days when I need a boost in focus gets the job done for me. My dental school friends found that they needed to take 4-6 gummies daily, which began to add up to a noticeable amount of sugar. My friends have since moved onto pure lion's mane powder because of their personal needs, but we all agree that Troomy is a solid jumping off point for nootropic beginners. I'm sticking with Troomy because it's a solid dose of lion's mane, has clean ingredients, doesn't use sweeteners with aftertastes, and tastes really good. I'm not taking more than 1 dose a day and would take the 3-6g of sugar ANY DAY vs. sweeteners. For those curious about the texture, the Focus gummies were sticky and jelly-like with a bit of give, as opposed to a chewy gummy worm type of gummy.

I'm always a little skeptical of the mushroom supps; I've personally never felt anything from them but SO many people really talk them up. I took these during my usual afternoon slump and honestly? I did notice a small difference in being able to focus. They're also delicious!

Taste is okay. Some stick together as with most gummies. Tried for 2 months. Felt no difference but I know with mushrooms it can take time. Do not like the unnecessary ingredients in it. Stopped buying and switched brands.

Not sure I noticed a lift from these—also way too much sugar in each serving for my liking. The taste is good.

Tastes good, like candy! I didn't see any hair growth within the month that I took it. But I think you need to those for at least 3 months for it to work. I will be buying agin.

Company has lots of information about the products they offer, why the ingredients included are there, and what their goal is. The Troomy Shine gummies have an excellent flavor for a gummy supplement, great texture, and no aftertaste. They're a bit tricky to get out of the bottle after the first third is gone, but that's a typical gummy problem. I haven't noticed much of a difference for what the "Shine" product was supposed to help with, and I was really hoping the biotin would improve my nail health most of all. I'll try to update my review after I finish the bottle if this has changed.

The pomegranate and peach flavor are really delicious - I've been taking them daily for about two weeks and my skin definitely feels more supple. The packaging is simple and the delivery was quick! Great product!

By far the best tasting gummy vitamin I have had. Doesn't taste artificial at all. Haven't noticed any differences yes with the biotin version but like the idea of the nootropic built in

I got the Focus gummies, and at first I was not a huge fan of the taste so I didn’t really take them at all. I’m in grad school and just have a hard time sitting down and writing my assignments. I started taking these more consistently around the time I had to write some lengthy assignments and I thought it was working or maybe it’s just a placebo effect on me. I now try to take at least 1 every day which I think might help a little but I’m not experiencing the focus I need, but that might also be due to my lack of motivation

Not great tasting and didn’t notice much change in my focus!

I liked the texture and flavor of these gummies but I noticed zero results. I tried the Focus one and really felt nothing different at all. It's such an easy and fun way to get a result but I didn't get it. Anyway, maybe the others work better!

I got the Focus gummies and while they were delicious, I can't say I noticed a difference in my focus levels.

Taste great! Wish 1-2 gummies would suffice but it requires taking more to feel the effects

Honestly so good! I was surprised by how much I liked them. I do feel an overall difference in my focus levels and mood. It’s giving adder*ll extra lite. Only caveat is it’s pretty pricey, you could definitely get Lions Mane, specifically, cheaper elsewhere
