I just want to say that I wait until I have a full experience before I review something. I don't take it one day and then fire something off. I waited until I was fully done with the bottle before reviewing. This stuff is bomb! Tastes great and I saw improvements in my hair, skin and nails. I will be purchasing again. 

I just received some samplers in my GQ box yesterday. They taste good and have a translucent cube shape. It is hard to tell how effective as I only received two samples (focus and cordyceps ) with two gummies. 

I tried the Focus bottle and after finishing the whole bottle I don't think I felt any major difference. They taste pretty good but are hard to get out of the bottle as they stick together. Not a deal breaker though and I'd be willing to try other products from them.

Convenient, great tasting, I wish they were sugar free. I didn’t really see much difference in my skin and hair. 

Bit unclear how to credit the gummies with increased mental clarity but they definitely do no harm

Also recently tried the Biotin ones. Also very tasty, nails possibly growing faster.

My review sits around a 3.4 here and overall I enjoyed the experience of Troomy's focus gummy. Didn't feel the effects every time, but I did notice it more when consumed on an empty stomach. When it comes to taking a supplement, I'm not one for needing it in a gummy form and would prefer to avoid sugars and vegetable oil. 

In my experience, Nootropics, particularly mushrooms, are really subtle. I'm pretty experienced with adaptogenic mushroom supplements, particularly lions mane, so given that this is something I've been taking regularly for a while makes it especially hard to assess effectiveness. That said: 

Ive been taking these gummies on an as-needed basis for a couple of weeks, and I do think they help give me a little extra boost of motivation and focus on those workdays where I'm just having a bit of a struggle. It helps that they're basically candy, so it doesn't feel like taking another pill. 

These Troomy gummies taste great, have a lovely texture, and a great ingredient list. The bottle says that they are "vegetarian", though the ingredient list looks vegan to me (but Im not vegan, so I may be missing some nuance of a specific ingredient). 

I struggle with how chewy they are, but I also don't like gummy candy so I am biased. They work well though! They definitely help with mental clarity and focus. 

Finally, a freaking gummy that tastes good (and it MIGHT be because of the 8g of sugar) but I'm impressed by the taste and texture. They're a bit sticky but I guess that's better than having to be coated in something powdery to prevent anti-sticking. First impressions are high and I will definitely be finishing this bottle and trying some other flavors (if I do indeed see a change in my skin)

The gummies are delicious (sugar definitely helps with that!) but I've always had a hard time seeing if collagen/biotin is actually making an impact on my hair. I'll keep trying these to see if longer use makes a difference, but after almost a month I haven't noticed anything yet!
