Reviews mention

  • Distinctive asian-inspired flavors
  • Clean ingredients list
  • Natural, authentic fruit taste
  • Attractive, colorful packaging
  • Inconsistent flavor intensity
  • Occasional tart or aftertaste
  • Variable carbonation levels
  • Divisive can sleeve packaging

Sanzo earns largely positive reviews for delivering refreshing, Asian fruit–driven sparkling waters—standouts include Lychee, Calamansi, and Yuzu—with clean ingredients, real juice, and balanced fizz that many use as mixers; however, reviews also flag inconsistent flavor intensity (especially Mango), occasional tartness or odd aftertaste, and requests for more bubbles and more flavors. Branding delights, but some dislike the plastic sleeve/packaging aesthetics and question recyclability.

  • I just recently discovered these at whole foods, and the ginger yuzu is my absolute favorite! It is so addicting, and such a good treat!

  • I love Sanzo! The flavors are accurate and way more robust than a flavored seltzer like La Croix. I like that they have real fruit in them. They're a fantastic alternative to soda, *and* they look great and work well as mixers.

  • The lychee flavor of Sanzo is the absolute GOAT. Can't seem to find anything else like it and highly recommend if lychee is your style! It never misses.

  • I love calamansi limes, so hard to find in fresh form, I am so happy they have this available in sparkling water form! I want to try it as a mixer soon.

  • as a Filipino, i was beyond excited to try Sanzo!!! Lychee ended up being my favorite out of the bunch. I personally would love some more flavor payoff but aside from that, they're perfect. plus points for the eye-catching branding as well!

  • It was interesting! It includes actual fruit and not just the essence, so the fruit flavors linger. I got the mango and thought it was a bit sour, but I'd like to try the other flavors for sure.

  • Hands down the best basic flavors seltzer.

I’m not a fan of the packaging.

  • like good i guess. kinda in between a healthy soda and a spindrift, my first flavor i tried was lychee or something though and i cant say i enjoyed it!

  • These are SO good. The lychee flavor is my fave! Definitely on the pricier side, but worth picking up when they're on sale.

  • Great sparkling water. The lychee flavor was great and unique since I do not find many products lychee flavored. It was not too sweet or artificial tasting.

  • This is expensive but I find it on sale every once in awhile and snatch it up, or just get one single at the market for a treat. Yuzu is legitimately my favorite soda ever made. Light, tangy, not too sweet, refreshing, and made with real ingredients.

  • Refreshing and crisp drink. The flavor is very mild though

  • I'm not a huge fan of sparkling drinks in general, but Sanzo has the best flavors! Great to use as mixers as well.

  • So delicious and refreshing. It's nice that there are now Asian flavors in the sparkling water category.

    More flavors! Asian pear?

  • These sparkling waters taste incredible. Love using them as mixers for alcohol too.

They are a little pricey for everyday drinking. But definitely worth it as a treat-yourself moment.

  • Packaging and mission.

The concept is fun but the flavors didn't jump out as that much of a differentiator

  • These are okay. I feel like some of the flavors are faint and not worth it but others are okay. I dont love but every once in a while theyre okay

  • I absolutely loved the calamansi flavour! I haven't tried any other, but I definitely will the next time I see them (I live in Canada). I tend to not be a huge fan of sweet, sparkling drinks and this was perfect for me, it tasted real (they use real fruit juice) and no added sweetners was just my vibe.
