Sanzo earns largely positive reviews for delivering refreshing, Asian fruit–driven sparkling waters—standouts include Lychee, Calamansi, and Yuzu—with clean ingredients, real juice, and balanced fizz that many use as mixers; however, reviews also flag inconsistent flavor intensity (especially Mango), occasional tartness or odd aftertaste, and requests for more bubbles and more flavors. Branding delights, but some dislike the plastic sleeve/packaging aesthetics and question recyclability.
This is my favorite of all the Sanzo flavors! It’s so refreshing and the flavor is great, not artificial tasting like some other sparkling water brands. I generally like their flavors, but the Pomelo one is awful—it just tastes like the pith of a citrus fruit to me.
I’ve been a fan of Sanzo for a while now because I love their Asian inspired flavors but I will say they changed their recipe in the last couple years and recently it hasn’t been as good as it used to be.
Still enjoy drinking it from time to time but I gravitate towards other brands now.
I got the mango ones. It was good but a little too sweet for me, considering it is a sparkling water. It tasted more like a soda for me. I like the look of the can and the font so it's cute but not for me.
Sanzo Sparkling waters are exactly what the name says: perfectly carbonated water with fruit puree. No added sugar nor sweeteners of any sort. I typically buy the Lychee version. It reminds me of the drink Izze, but it’s NOT sweet! Basically, it gives some subtle natural tasting flavor to plain water. My local Harris Teeter carries it now, but I still find it just a touch high in price. This week it’s on sale, so I stocked up!
