  • I got this product through ThingDrop, and it's really good! It doesn't change the flavor of the food I'm eating, yet I feel great after adding it. I notice a positive change, and I can easily carry these in my pocket. I would definitely buy more!

  • I love the compact and elegant packaging, so eye catching! The powder is so fine that I tried to hard to ‘detect’ its flavor, but I never could, because who wants to eat taste altered food when you’ve made a meal just the way you like!😂 A serendipity, I think was the small, informative booklet included in the box of packets. I found the Proven by Science section to be very helpful! I have several allergies and it seems to be very effective in helping the uncontrollable bloating and pain I can get after eating. I plan to continue to use this product and try the ramp-up protocols page suggestions. Thanks for an effective, healthy product!

  • I have lactose intollerance and this was a great alternative to Lactaid (I'm not on a FODMAP diet). The product worked, it didn't impact taste, and worked really well when a pill wouldn't make sense (like ice cream). And the packaging it came in was so nice my kids fought over who could play with it. Seriously.

  • This took me longer than expected to test because as many with gut problems, I wanted to make sure I was at least in a good enough spot to try this product. I tried this on pizza, a day before flying out on vacation for a few days. Pizza typically always gives me a stomach ache, but to my surprise - I had zero issue and did not even feel bloated after eating 3 slices in the course of an afternoon-evening. I took this as a great sign to an otherwise risky experiment. I continued to sprinkle a serving of FODZYME on the richer or larger amounts of food I ate during my vacation and really enjoyed myself. I have followed a Low-FODMAP diet with no prescriptions before - and I really felt relief when I followed that temporary diet. So I really do believe the science. I was really impressed with the results of testing out the package provided by FODZYME and Thingtesting. I've been meaning to purchase a standard set from the brand itself now after trying this.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with FODZYME. We're so glad to know we helped you enjoy pizza without the usual digestive issues that kind of high-FODMAP meal would trigger. We love to hear it!!

  • I have IBS and was very sensitive to FODMAP foods before: pain, bad bowel movements, insomnia, anxiety. I tried the Fodzyme powder and it reduced my symptoms by 90%. I can now eat a normal pizza, full plate of curry, all the veggies, etc -- things which before would have taken me out for a day. Of course it's a bit expensive, paying an extra £1 for a meal is a lot, but for me it worked very well, better than I had hoped for.

  • Overall perfectly fine. I don't have any major gut issues, just some bloat with dairy. Can't say I noticed a particular difference after having with some ice cream. I think it would be a good thing to try for those with more noticeable sensitivities.

  • This was a hard product to evaluate -- I am not sure if it made me feel better or helped my overall gut health unfortunately. I am definitely a fan of investing in gut health, so if you suffer from stomach issues, definitely give it a try.

  • I love the convenient packs. I also love that you can just add it it to your food which makes it so much easier than having to remember to take pills or mix a powder with water like some other products that claim similar benefits. I tried these out on some meals at home that normally make me bloat and I did feel like I experienced less bloating than usual! The packs are pretty pricey so while I would purchase them again, I would probably just stick to exclusively using them when I go out to eat.

  • I tried fodzyme through a thingdrop, and I just think I would need more information (i.e., more samples) to be able to give an informed, honest review. The only obvious Con is just the amount of packaging (though I will admit, it's very well-made as far as packaging goes). For Pros, it's convenient and it truly doesn't affect the taste of the food you mix it into. The reason this is getting 3 stars for me is just that I'm feeling neutral about it, since I don't feel like I tried it enough times to be able to differentiate between if the product really works vs. if I just happen to be bloating less lately due to other factors, such as smaller portions, where I am in my menstrual cycle, or other life style things that could have had an impact during the time that I was testing this. I would be open to trying this more if I received it as a gift, but I just am not interested in spending so much money on something I'm unsure about.

  • Tried this on a drop, and I believe it worked! It's a bit pricey for me—granted, I don't have a restrictive diet or a sensitive tummy—BUT I think it's definitely worth the price for those living with a sensitive gut on the daily. I'd recommend it to my friends!

  • After being diagnosed with IBS and trying a low FODMAP diet for a while, FODZYME has been awesome to try. It’s very easy to use and add to any food. It’s been great to add some foods back into my diet!

  • Did a first run test by stirring it into a 16 oz. milkshake - as a lactose intolerant person, this would normally have me in shambles. I experienced no discomfort for the whole day, and it definitely made a noticeable difference in my enjoyment of life post-meal. I had a taste of the milkshake before and after mixing the Fodzyme into it, and the taste was exactly the same - completely imperceptible. I feel like this is more effective than lactase alone, but the powder format limits its usage. I would not be able to use it in parcel food items such as arancini and dumplings, or food items that are not meant to be mixed like hard ice cream. Perhaps I could, but it might be less effective considering the directed use instructions. I feel that it's probably more amazing of a product for those who are affected by the issues beyond lactose - I've given packets to my friends who do have these less-common food sensitivities and will update later on. It is a little pricey though, so I'm not sure if maybe this is a first-of-its kind innovation that has a staggering initial startup cost that needs to be covered by first few rounds of purchases. On my end, I will probably continue taking my lactase pills due to the cost limitations, but it is definitely an effective product.

  • I bought the sample of this through a thingdrop but didn’t feel like I could tell if it was helpful so I ended up buying a full jar. I have tried FODMAP eating in the past and appreciated the monash university certification. I have found I’m especially sensitive to garlic and onion and it’s in everything when eating out! Fodzyme has definitely helped the symptoms of gassiness and bloating that often came with these foods. Having recovered from colon cancer and had a colon resection surgery, I am especially sensitive and uncomfortable with the symptoms of these foods and am happy to have the effective relief of Fodzyme.

  • Pros: - Tasteless and seamlessly blended with the food's texture - Beautiful packaging - Information booklet is extremely helpful - Helped me not balloon up after eating pasta and garlic bread Cons: - Made me feel self-conscious due to curious glances from fellow diners when I sprinkled the white powder on my food... Which I can understand, it's kind of sus lol 👀 - I was still bloated after eating garlic bread (but perhaps I needed to up the dose?) - It doesn't seem practical for food like dumplings or chicken nuggets, etc I need to figure out the right dose for myself, but I think this product could work really well for someone who experiences food sensitivity and serious bloating.

  • I think I am just like everyone else here, I'm not opposed to it but also feel neutral about it, I suffer with gut health and stomach issues, it's really hard to tell its long term effects as I feel like this is something that needs to be used longer. However, I did see some difference with the bloating, I definitely bloat less and feel less heavy after eating so that's still a plus and still giving this product a chance! :)

  • It's hard to tell if it works just trying it out a few times - especially, if like me, you are still somewhat unsure what are your 'problem' foods. But I can see the potential of this product. Didn't mind the powder at all and was all very easy to use.

  • Loved the packaging and how portable these little packets were! I tried fodzyme with a few different dairy products and did not have any uncomfortable bloating or stomach pains after eating lactose like I normally am. Will definitely be purchasing it again!

  • The small packaging is great! Fits perfectly on the go. The first time I tried it, I didn’t feel any different but I was also eating a new meal. Will definitely keep trying it on different foods to make sure it’s actually working for me.
