FODZYME earns positive reviews for noticeably reducing bloating and discomfort from FODMAP-heavy meals—garlic, onion, pasta, pizza, and dairy—while leaving flavor unchanged; several users report dramatic symptom relief and easier dining out. Reviews also surface drawbacks: the powder format can be awkward to sprinkle, dosing may require redosing after 30 minutes, and some users feel neutral or uncertain about efficacy, with complaints about excessive packaging.

This took me longer than expected to test because as many with gut problems, I wanted to make sure I was at least in a good enough spot to try this product. I tried this on pizza, a day before flying out on vacation for a few days. Pizza typically always gives me a stomach ache, but to my surprise - I had zero issue and did not even feel bloated after eating 3 slices in the course of an afternoon-evening. I took this as a great sign to an otherwise risky experiment. I continued to sprinkle a serving of FODZYME on the richer or larger amounts of food I ate during my vacation and really enjoyed myself. I have followed a Low-FODMAP diet with no prescriptions before - and I really felt relief when I followed that temporary diet. So I really do believe the science. I was really impressed with the results of testing out the package provided by FODZYME and Thingtesting. I've been meaning to purchase a standard set from the brand itself now after trying this.

Loved that these came premeasured out so I can quickly add to my meal beforehand. It reminds me of something similar to lactaid pills. I have done a food sensitivity test before and portioned out the food I’m sensitive to. I noticed that eating more than 3+ items does still cause a bit of bloating. You would have to add an additional pack if your meal goes over 30 minutes. The packaging was informative and sleek. Overall if you don’t overindulge, it is useful to carry around to help with digestion.

I was skeptical about the claims however, I have noticed a difference in my bloating after eating FODMAP foods (like garlic for me). One thing to keep in mind is that you will probably need a second dose if you are eating for more than 30 min. This makes it a little awkward to use in public. I would buy the pre portioned sachets again to take when out and do not want to feel uncomfortable after eating. While I am not a dietician nor do I not much about how this product works they break it down pretty well for consumers to easily use.

FODZYME is definitely tasteless and not a bother to put in/on your food. I did experience some stomach pain on the first day I tried it, but I'm not entirely sure it was because of FODZYME. I'm sure the effects vary from person to person, diet to diet. I plan on continuing to try it with different types of meals.

I have IBS and was very sensitive to FODMAP foods before: pain, bad bowel movements, insomnia, anxiety. I tried the Fodzyme powder and it reduced my symptoms by 90%. I can now eat a normal pizza, full plate of curry, all the veggies, etc -- things which before would have taken me out for a day. Of course it's a bit expensive, paying an extra £1 for a meal is a lot, but for me it worked very well, better than I had hoped for.
