I've been using Warby Parker glasses lately, and they're decent. They do the job for people with astigmatism, but I have to say, the quality could be better. I'm not talking about the price here, but how easily they get scratched no matter how careful you are with them. I splurged on a pair that cost over $100, with all the fancy anti-glare and anti-scratch features, but still ended up with scratches. The cool thing is they offer a free replacement within 6 months of purchase, and after that, they only charge a small fee for another pair. They do have a stylish selection, but if you have other options, it might be worth exploring different brands for glasses.

LOVE WARBY PARKER, always fun to stop in to the store to try on different glasses. Have had glasses from here for about 3 years and they are great, the employees are always helpful and kind. Would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing in store service! Sometimes I go in just to browse and they are never pushy - always very genuinely friendly and helpful. I have multiple pairs of glasses and I have never received more compliments than I have with my WP ones. The lens replacement is a great feature and the frames themselves are really durable. They are by far my most comfortable pair (I wear them full-time). I truly cannot recommend them enough.

It’s hard to have not heard of Warby Parker, but it’s for a good reason that you have. The products are well priced, yet they’re fashionable and durable. They have great customer service and provide a great in person and online shopping environment.

Love the different styles of eyeglasses (I've purchased many styles over the past few years). It's always a great experience going to a Warby Parker store as customer service is friendly and helpful.

The styles are fantastic and the app is top notch. Ordering is very easy and delivery is fast. They let me make a return on a pair where I changed my mind, and I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years.

Love both sets of glasses

We love Warby! I have glasses and sunglasses from Warby, both prescription. The process is really easy, and everything can be done online. Once you’ve placed your order, you can go in to make sure the fit is correct. The selection is great, you’ll be sure to find a pair that fits your style. I do wish there were more low bridge styles. My son also has a pair of glasses from Warby. The employees there were incredibly patient and nice. They let him try on as many as he wanted until he found the right pair. Prices are great. I’ve found that it’s less costly than going through my own vision insurance. Would definitely recommend.

I’m not sure I am as obsessed with them as everyone else seems to be. The glasses are just okay, they seem to need to be tightened constantly. They have cute styles and the branding is amazing but that might be it. I am not sure if I think the quality is amazing.

Stylish frames and way more affordable than other glasses stores. I’ve brought in my old frames to my local store and they’ve done tune-ups and changed my nose pads as well for a very affordable price.

Reliably good sunglasses. I wish they did clear screen glasses that weren’t so expensive.

I love this brand and even though I no longer wear glasses, I love their sunglasses. The customer service is great and every time I walk in I can get them cleaned & fitted.

Really loved my glasses from WP. Their customer service is amazing, I love that they will send you a try-on box at home for free so you can determine which frame is right for you. Their quality is pretty good and turn around times exceptional.

Have been wearing Warby's for probably 5-6 years. Love Warby Parker I always keep at least 2 pairs in rotation, one regular and one sunglass pair. Super stylish, cost effective, and probably the same quality as what's at your optometrist but for a fraction of the price and without the akward post eye exam "buy our glasses" pressure. Only pain is I feel like I need to get them re-adjusted every 6ish months

Love my Warby Parker glasses, I've had many pairs for 4+ years. The colors and shape are so flattering, and they usually have funky designs that are difficult to find elsewhere. As high of quality as the glasses I used to get from the optometrist, at half the price.

This is a review about optometry services at Warby. Just like the experience of buying glasses, the optometry services at the Warby Parker store in downtown Detroit was amazing. From selecting a time, checking if my insurance covered the visit, to checking in and receiving the receipt. Everything was seamless. Just the kind of online experience you expect to have from a modern retailer. To top it off, you walk out from your appointment and you have a no-pressure sales experience with a sales person that has a great knowledge of how different frame styles fit to different face structures. Warby Parker take my money.
