Warby Parker is known for its stylish, affordable, and quality glasses, along with its excellent customer service and convenient try-on options. However, the brand has received criticism for the fit of the glasses, particularly for certain face sizes, the quality and durability of the lenses, and limited style variety.

A popular and on trend eyeglass retail store, i felt very hip going in to purchase new glasses. Mens shapes and sizes are more stylized than other optical stores. Purchased a pair at very reasonable price. High quality product. I get compliments most times i wear them

As someone with high index prescription glasses were always a pain and expensive that is until I found Warby Parker. I love the price point and the fact that I can get more than one pair of glasses for less than what I used to pay for just one pair. I even use them for my annual eye exams and contacts. I ding them one point to a four from a five because they stopped making prescription sunglasses for my prescription and I have had an issue trying to get pricing resolved on an order. Otherwise I recommend to everyone and generally enjoy my experience

What can I say? I adore my Warby Parker glasses. Started with one pair back in college, probably have a good 5 or so now. Mostly use the “emergency pair” excuse to keep buying them. Chic, functional and always cool - Warby Parker’s glasses are a must for any wardrobe :)

The Home Try-On (total of 5 pairs, but limited SKUs from the try-on collection) was quite the offering when I purchased my first—and only—pair in 2019. The shipping is quick and transaction was easy. Like every other product nowadays, they have also offer a Virtual Try-On which comes in-handy, but you can always hit their stores for a friendly experience. That was what got me back in the day and continues to keep them as an option if I ever lose my current pair. The only issues are price and store locations. They tend to be on the higher end of the price range and their locations are only found in gentrified districts.

This my first pair of glasses. I went in for tested and purchased my glasses and I’m in love with them and the quality of the product.

Great selection of glasses and sunglasses, including pairs for low bridge noses. They include all measurements and show you how to measure yourself. I got my first pair 7 years ago and I’m still using them. The return process is very simple, customer service is very Nordstrom. Also, the option to get samples sent to you to try on makes everything so much better!

Warby Parker frames are the best I've ever worn. Their low bridge fit line are the only glasses that don't slide off my nose. Their frames are also the cutest!!! So many trendy and classic styles to chose from for regular glasses and sunglasses.

I’ve had 3 pairs of Warby Parker glasses over the years. No other optical shop has on-trend styles at such an affordable price.

I recently got glasses from Warby Parker and they're great. Stylish, comfortable fit, and they got my prescription spot on. Very impressed with both the glasses and the service!

I love Warby Parker, and how easy they’ve made purchasing glasses. I think they have a really great selection which always seems to be on trend. In my experience they always tend to have a friendly, and helpful staff and they’re always in nice locations. Clean bright and cheery

Low cost and very good if single focus lens. But progressive lenses are not high quality - not sharp. Also transition point (from reading to distance) is not usually at the correct place; so in other words, having an option measure you provides a better result.

Warby Parker is a game-changer in the eyewear industry! Their glasses are stylish, high quality, and affordable. I really like their non-glare blue light options. Plus, their commitment to social responsibility, with initiatives like "Buy a Pair, Give a Pair," makes each purchase feel even more rewarding.

Nice glasses with a lot of cute styles. The brand definitely markets to a specific "type" of person, which I am not, but I still like the glasses I have from them. Too expensive for what they are (plastic).

I loved my pair of Warby Parker glasses. The frames held up for years and it was so easy to submit my prescription and then get several pairs to try out until I found the ones I liked. I bought new glasses from my eye doctor this last go-around, but I miss my Warby Parker glasses. I will use them again next time for cute, high quality glasses.

After reviewing online, I went to their actual retail store and the experience was disappointing. While the selections are great, it was a bit overwhelming and the store staff was not that helpful even when the place was not busy (I was the only customer). Overall not a great brand experience, although I ended up ordering online.

I've had my Warby Parker sunglasses for years (6 years for the current pair)! One of my favorite things about them is that you can take them into the store if you need them adjusted. They're cute and not crazy expensive. You'll 100% get your money's worth.
