Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

Love Warby! Their frames range from trendy to classic and they have great customer service, plus way more reasonable prices than other retailers. I have a pair of prescription sunglasses from years ago that look brand new and have even been able to get the lenses replaced post-Lasik to be non-prescription.
Have had many different pairs over many years. The prices make it easy to justify getting glasses regularly which had not really been possible. Their customer service is also very good and give you credit for recycling your old glasses.

Okay- love this brand and their styles. I got a pair of frames here, and have many friends and family who have gotten glasses/sunglasses with prescriptions that they love. The stores are GREAT in NYC- people are very helpful and knowledgable, and the layout is great. Quick shipping and customer service too.

When I got my prescription and purchased glasses I had a lot of issues with WP being able to fulfill the prescription. Specifically- I have astigmatism which requires the very front of my glasses to have a specific curve- this is not a customization that Warby can make- and so my glasses did NOT do the trick for me... everyone looked like the had black eyes and no line was straight, not ideal. This is a VERY specific problem- and the store clerck said its 1/1000 or less that have issues like these. They were very helpful in figuring it out- ended up selling me just the frames and I took them to my opthomologist. Just worth nothing that the way they keep prices reasonable is by only making certain adjustments in lenses- if you know you have specialty issues, their lenses might not be right for you.
These glasses felt incredibly high quality and have lasted with no issues

Love Warby Parker! In particular, I love the ability to order several pairs to try on at home. The styles are chic and the price is reasonable. I recommended this to my mom as well and she loved it.
Just snagged my new pair of Warby Parker Abe glasses, and I couldn’t be happier! 🤓✨ These frames perfectly capture that classic yet modern vibe I've been searching for. Not only do they look great, but they're also super comfy—I can rock them all day without any fuss. Plus, choosing a style from Warby Parker always makes me feel good knowing I'm supporting their awesome mission to make eyewear accessible to everyone. If you're on the hunt for some stylish specs, definitely check these out!
Warby Parker is hands down the best eyewear brand I’ve come across! The quality is outstanding—my glasses feel sturdy, stylish, and comfortable. What really sets them apart is their try-at-home program, which made shopping for glasses so easy. I was able to try on five pairs at home, get feedback from friends, and take my time choosing the perfect style without any pressure. The frames are modern and sleek, and they offer a great variety to suit different tastes. Plus, the prices are incredibly affordable for the level of quality you get. I love how they make eyewear shopping simple and convenient while maintaining excellent craftsmanship. If you need glasses, Warby Parker is definitely the way to go!
these glasses are the best! the website is so easy to use and the frames are so cute and affordable. they make getting glasses so much easier!
I love my sunglasses, super light and cute. Use them on the daily and would like to get some more as well :) curious how well the blue light ones work

Warby Parker is a game-changer in the eyewear industry! Their glasses are stylish, high quality, and affordable. I really like their non-glare blue light options. Plus, their commitment to social responsibility, with initiatives like "Buy a Pair, Give a Pair," makes each purchase feel even more rewarding.
I've had my Warby Parker sunglasses for years (6 years for the current pair)! One of my favorite things about them is that you can take them into the store if you need them adjusted. They're cute and not crazy expensive. You'll 100% get your money's worth.
I loved my pair of Warby Parker glasses. The frames held up for years and it was so easy to submit my prescription and then get several pairs to try out until I found the ones I liked. I bought new glasses from my eye doctor this last go-around, but I miss my Warby Parker glasses. I will use them again next time for cute, high quality glasses.
Super chic glasses that you can try on at home with their choose five option, or go visit a store in person. These are well priced and customer service is fantastic. You can’t go wrong

no longer a hype, kind of expensive for this brand.
Great customer service, lots of options and nice clean in person experience. Loved their new ad campaign with Emma Chamberlain and would definitely consider investing in a pair of sunglasses from Warby. A reliable option!!
Great variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. My wife and I have each had a couple of pairs over the years, but we have run into issues with durability, with the glasses not wanting to stay on our faces due to having insufficient grip and due to the acetate frames tending to bend over time, and with the lens quality (e.g. easily scratched, issues with the panoptic angle, and issues with image distortion in the periphery even with high-index lenses). We have since moved on to ROKA glasses, which are lighter, more comfortable, and actually stay on our faces. Warby Parker glasses, however are generally more affordable than many other alternatives, and they offer a lot of fun colors and shapes if you are looking for a specific look.
I am a Warby Parker fan for life. So much cheaper than anything at the eye doctor and I love trying on different glasses at home whenever I want. I also now have two pairs of sunglasses from them too, and they’re super high quality. The designs are simple but modern, which is my vibe.
Love the quality and affordability. The process was straightforward once I selected the style I wanted. The only thing I wished was that the in-store display and organization of the glasses were clearer and easier to navigate, so it was less overwhelming trying to find the right style/fit.
i think the warby parker experience depends on the location. i’m used to wearing acetate frames but was suggested wire frames. they ended up being a bit too heavy and gave me headaches. the thickness of my lens were also thicker than i expected, even with the highest option offered. i do have terrible eyesight so maybe warby is just not a good fit for me

Overall, a very positive experience and was one of the first brands to introduce me to direct to consumer products. Their glasses are solid quality and last! I've since found less expensive, just as good ways to get glasses. So now wish they were a little cheaper!
