Tried the chimichurri sauce and it was delicious! We sous-vide some steaks and just used the sauce to dip. We spent some time prepping the steaks, potatoes, and green beans so it was really nice to have the sauce ready to go. My husband usually makes his own chimichurri, but even he said he would purchase again. Perfect blend of herb and tang; paired so well with our meal. The pepper flakes really added an extra layer also. Adds just a touch of heat without being spicy. Our kids were able to enjoy it too.
