Reviews mention

  • Invisible, primer-like finish
  • Lightweight, elegant textures
  • Reliable, broad protection
  • No-cast, melanin-friendly formulas
  • Occasionally oily residue
  • Inconsistent shade range
  • Pilling under makeup
  • Separation in some formulas

Supergoop! wins strong reviews for making daily SPF genuinely wearable and effective, with Unseen Sunscreen praised as weightless, invisible, and makeup‑primer smooth, and Glow Screen loved for its luminous tint; however, many reviews flag greasiness, pilling, breakouts, and mixed protection on long, hot days. Reviewers applaud no white cast, diverse textures, kid‑friendly PLAY, and on‑the‑go formats, while citing weaknesses like chemical scent, occasional separation, limited shade range in tints, and a consistently high price for small sizes.

  • I really love how light the supergoop sunscreen feels each and every time I wear it. It doesn't have the same oily feel as other brands. I will say that if you live near a Trader Joe's their daily facial sunscreen is a great dupe and is a fraction of the price.

  • I think its good product but I tink that the price range is a little expensive for what we order. Its a nice brand but not the best product I have tested on the market. Id like it to be more affordable since its a fun and young brand image

  • I liked it, the texture was like no other sunscreen, almost reminding me of Neutrogena hand cream, except not greasy. The fragrance was pleasant too, and I made it through an entire afternoon on a Greek beach with zero sunburn.

  • This is worth the money. I am highly sensitive to sunscreens, but this line works great.

I'd love more travel size options.

  • Great sunscreen. I use play daily. I also have the matte sunscreen and unseen sunscreen. The unseen sunscreen is amazing for sensitive and breakout prone skin.

  • I've tried the Unseen & Mattescreen sunscreen and they're absolutely incredible. The texture is like nothing that you usually associate with sunscreen - it's not oily / greasy / shiny and that "sunscreen smell" doesn't exist. Unseen sunscreen comes out as a clear gel that absorbs super well into your skin and the mattescreen is like an amazing bb cream that blends incredibly well while protecting you from the sun.

Wish products weren't so expensive :(

  • Supergoop! offers excellent sun protection with lightweight formulas that don’t feel greasy and layer well under makeup. I love how easy it is to use daily. Some products can be a bit pricey for the size, but overall, it’s a reliable and skin-friendly sunscreen brand that I keep coming back to.

  • Great sunscreen. Consistency is really nice and absorbs super well.

  • Definitely like having the small version in my backpack and it’s a great feel on the skin. It doesn’t feel oily and sticky after having it on for several miles hiking and backpacking. I like it also for in the car drives to protect my skin. It’s nice it blends into my skin and is easy for removal at the end of the day.

  • I tried the sunscreen and it works well. I like the feel of it but don’t like the scent though. I won’t buy it again because of that.

  • The best sunscreen products! I personally use the glow stick and I love it, it leaves this beautiful sheen on your skin that makes you look like a glazed donut and protects from spf.

  • Supergoop SPF lip balms are a top not h choice. When I first purchaed, they only had one choice. Now there are at least 4. Go find one that fits you best. Highly recommended.

  • Really enjoy the products I’ve used to far. The unscreen goes on invisibly and feels good. The mineral powder stick is amazing for taking on the go! Personally I think the price point is a little too high.

  • Superfood’s unseen sunscreen is a staple in my skincare regime. I literally use it everyday. Truly one of the best sunscreens on the market, and it doesn’t look greasy on my skin at all. I’d highly recommend!

  • The unseen sunscreen is my favorite product. The mineral version is also great, though it's white so it feels less unseen... The unseen works as both a primer and a sunscreen. I use it as my moisturizer. I love it.

I'm always a little shocked at the price point, but honestly a little goes a long way. The spray bottles don't last very long, but they are great for getting tiny humans covered quickly.

  • The sunscreen is high SPF, and really smooth on the skin. It has a bit of a white cast

It takes a lot of rubbing in for the sunscreen to fully go into the skin without leaving white residue

  • The ONLY face sunscreen I trust for not breaking me out + providing good under makeup coverage. Wore recently in the scorching Miami sun and made it out without any burns + my makeup stayed matte. 10/10 would recco, super love!

    Honest, no qualms. Big fan.

  • I greatly enjoy the everyday lotion. It's lightweight and easy to apply. Doesn't feel like I am clogging up my pours.

    A refillable packaging option.

  • I love Supergoop and used them for years because they did what so many other sunscreen brands couldn't. Recently though I find that they're falling behind other brands - I'm able to find other products that are higher quality or cost less and don't find myself going for Supergoop as much as I used to.

It's amazing, do some shopping around though.

  • I use the Super Goop unseen sunscreen every single day on my face and neck. It goes on easily and doesn’t leave a white cast, tacky feeling or strong smell. I also use the Play antioxidant body mist sunscreen. My husband and I used the spray for a week at the beach this year and it was the first beach trip ever that neither of us got sunburn.
