Ritual earns mixed reviews: the vitamins and Synbiotic+ often feel gentle, easy to swallow, and occasionally boost energy or reduce bloating, but many users don’t perceive clear health results. Reviews praise Ritual’s transparent, research-forward formulations, mint or citrus essence, and sleek, motivating design, while calling out fishy or lingering aftertaste, plastic-heavy monthly bottles, strong mint, and inconsistent fit of the prenatal formula (e.g., folate choices) as drawbacks.

I like their daily multivitamins, but the protein powder gave me a weird reaction where I started getting eczema on my face. I get this reaction from whey protein, which theirs is not. It made me a bit concerned and the rash went away when I quit using the powder.
I have been buying the Essential Protein for over a year now and it is my go-to protein powder. It's a very mild flavor, making it the perfect base for adding fruit or other flavoring. But it's also great on its own, and isn't overpowering. My biggest gripe with protein powders is the fake sweet taste from stevia and grittiness and I love this powder because it has neither! If you're looking for a plant-based protein powder, I'd recommend this one. I'd say the only complaint I have is the auto shipping. If you want an extended pause you have to write into customer support, to have them do it for you which is an annoying extra step.
I've been using Ritual’s protein powder (Daily Shake) and honestly, it’s one of the cleanest, best-tasting plant-based proteins I’ve tried. It blends smoothly, has no weird aftertaste, and I love knowing exactly what’s in it—no shady additives or mystery ingredients. The vanilla flavor is subtle and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. I also like the brand’s transparency and how it's designed with specific life stages in mind.
Pros: great branding & subscription management Cons: questionable efficacy (I really didn’t notice any difference) & overpriced considering the active ingredients (which are cheaper elsewhere albeit without as good of branding)

Love Ritual multivitamins. They make me feel great! I know that there has been significant research into their vitamins and why they contain certain ingredients. I love that you can bundle them for a discount! Also, they use great eco-friendly and minimal packaging during shipping.
Overall, I like these multivitamins. The transparency about the ingredients and the clinical trial research are so important. Honestly, the flavor and the price are the only things that I don't like.

Better flavor/fewer vitamin burps :/
Love the concept - did not see a difference after almost six months.

Not sure - wanted to see more results.
Love the product and transparency that surrounds sourcing of ingredients. I had noticeably more energy when I took these.

This was the first of my spending that I cut when my financial situation changed, which is really unfortunate. I don't know if the company could do anything to change the pricing to make it better. Also, managing a subscription on behalf of another person was extremely difficult. I wanted to buy these for my mom who finds tech difficult to navigate, so I wanted to manage her subscription for her. You couldn't do this, so I ended up buying her subscription under a different personal email that I have, which is not an ideal customer experience.
I love the brand mission & values, the look & feel of the vitamins themselves, and the ease of the subscription. That said, I have no idea if the vitamins actually did anything for me or my health, as I didn't feel any sort of difference after I started taking them.
Have been taking Ritual for two years now and it makes taking vitamins easy via subscription (otherwise I would always forget). I feel healthy and my bloodwork comes back just fine. This might be strange but they are also pretty to look at. I don't love the mint flavor because I sometimes take my vitamins with juice. I keep forgetting to ask if it has to be in there or if I can take it out.

I wish it didn't show up in a plastic bottle every time and the packaging was more sustainable. Could you send a one time bottle and envelopes thereafter?

I've tried the Women's and the Women's Prenatal. I believe a lot of strong research has gone into these vitamins which is why I chose the brand. Also the shipping/logistics/ux/customer service is all great.
Feedback
The scent on the Prenatal is not great (especially considering so many pregnant women have aversions to smell). Also the way the Prenatal capsules are made sometimes causes the interior cap to mix with the oil in the pill and the pills turn black (I throw those away). Slightly higher price point than I would want to pay for a daily vitamin. Would love to see them stop sending plastic bottles with every purchase – maybe switch to a refillable satchel.
Tried Ritual prenatal and post-natal. The subscription service was really easy to manage, but other than that I disliked: - the fish oil taste lingers - pseudoscience claims (you don't actually need different post-natal vitamins) - misinformation: 1) "clean" marketing is deceptive to consumers as it's a meaningless and unregulated term, and 2) they use (& specifically promote the use of) methylfolate instead of folic acid, despite the fact that folic acid is the only form of folate that has been shown to help prevent neural tube defects.
I’ve been using their daily multivitamin for years. I love that it’s minty—this helps reduce the nausea (a chronic illness symptom) I’d otherwise get from swallowing it.
I've been using Ritual for the past several years now, and I appreciate knowing that my vitamins are well-sourced and have solid transparency on the ingredients. The minty tabs are also amazing and make a huge difference - and I love being able to pop them into other bottles after I finish each monthly supply.
My favorite protein powder! Actually tastes good. I love the subscription system
I've been using Ritual for years. The vitamins don't make me nauseous even on an empty stomach, and I reuse the little mint thingy in the bottle for years after! I've also tried the protein powder, which is great, but I'm not an expert on protein powder. I'd recommend this company.
I appreciate the quality of ingredients in their vitamins. I took the women's and prenatal for a while. I wish their packaging wasn't plastic and wasteful.
I love these, and they have successfully replaced other multivitamins in my routine. I look forward to taking them everyday and love the packaging! The minty flavour is a bonus too. The subscription service is convenient.
Feedback
The cost is a little high, and I wish they would just send the pills so I could reuse the plastic containers instead of getting a new bottle each time. Also, the aftertaste and burps are a bit annoying but not a deal-breaker.

I've been taking the Ritual 18+ multivitamin for a little over 6 weeks now. I can say with confidence that it has really helped my energy and focus! I feel more refreshed in the mornings too. I can also tell that it's really working because my body feels more sluggish after forgetting to take them for a few days. I'm new to supplements, so perhaps that's why it had such a big impact, but I'm not complaining!
Feedback
Price point, but I know that's not easy. I do like the subscription model! Shipping is also a tad slow.
They just felt like aesthetically pleasing daily supplements to me. I didn’t really see any real benefit in comparison to regular supplements, but maybe it’s just me.
