Ritual earns mixed reviews: the vitamins and Synbiotic+ often feel gentle, easy to swallow, and occasionally boost energy or reduce bloating, but many users don’t perceive clear health results. Reviews praise Ritual’s transparent, research-forward formulations, mint or citrus essence, and sleek, motivating design, while calling out fishy or lingering aftertaste, plastic-heavy monthly bottles, strong mint, and inconsistent fit of the prenatal formula (e.g., folate choices) as drawbacks.

I've been taking the Ritual Essential for Women 18+ for a few years. I like this multivitamin and how transparent Ritual is about the ingredients. The minty tab was a great idea. I've also tried their protein and liked it too.
Expensive. The bottles were nice and the mint was LOVELY. I'm not really a vitamin person, so I didn't stick with it.

EXPENSIVE
I like the transparency around ingredients and chose Ritual as my daily multivitamin. The experience is great so far: the packaging, subscription, customer service. The branding and the look&fell are amazing! It is usually hard to tell how well vitamins work, though.
I really love their women’s multivitamin. It didn’t leave a gross taste in my mouth and the mint flavor was refreshing. It’s definitely the best I have tried. I wish I could have taken their prenatal but I live in Europe. All my friends took it and loved it. I’m excited to try their other products like the protein shake too once I’m back in a target!

It's not super easy to modify your subscription. I ended up canceling it. Not much of a difference after using it for about a year.
I tried the ritual prenatals for a few months. I saw that the brand had been rated quite highly by professionals in that industry. I found that the price was quite high, but thought that I would try them as there is worse things to spend money on and thought that the product seemed like it would contain higher quality vitamins. I went for the lemony scent which was ok. Generally I liked the product and the subscription model. Eventually I cancelled my subscription as other prenatals had a more extensive list of vitamins and were cheaper. I might buy them again in the future.

I am still unsure about what probiotics are doing in my body. Is that silly to say?? Only because I see 0 difference after being on their subscription for 3 months. Zero difference. My bloat is the same and I just was hoping for some kind of magical before and after, which sadly I don't see. I do love the mission and packaging.
You get what you pay for - in the wild, un-regulated world of supplements this couldn't be further from the truth. Ritual is a scientifically-backed and trustworthy supplement, offering you exactly what you need. I follow a 95% plant based diet (eat some fish here and there) so worries about micronutrient or vitamin deficiencies abound, but Ritual has delivered. I've been taking the Womens 18+ for almost two years and my bloodwork and routine checkups are always on point. Plus, I love the minty essence. Worth it!

It's a pretty vitamin :)
I take the prenatal vitamins daily and have been for a year or more. I get many compliments on my hair but I also just naturally have waist length, thick hair. They are citrus flavored though which I don’t like. I wish they came in mint like the men’s, which my husband takes and likes. Sometimes the fish oil is bothersome smell wise but I can deal with it.

I've been dealing with a hormonal imbalance + gut issues and was recommended by a few people to get the Synbiotic+. I'm on month 4 and have noticed decreased bloating. I actually quite like the minty taste too.

Would prefer to just receive the refills in a pouch vs. the plastic container every month.
I've been using the men's daily multivitamin for ~3 months. The minty aftertaste is very unique but I cannot say with confidence that they've improved my overall health.

The bottle is gorgeous! But multivitamins always seem hit or miss.

I really wanted to like this but I don't think it made much of a difference for me. Pretty pills and nice packaging but ultimately those things don't matter.

I hated the minty burps that followed. Maybe less mint?
Not sure if I noticed anything from these vitamins but the experience is great. Mint scented and great packaging. Even though algae oil is used instead of fish oil sometimes I get "fishy" burps like a fish oil.
I was really sold on Ritual based on the packaging, transparency in mission and because I thought it would make me want to take my vitamins with such an investment. I really enjoyed it for the first few weeks before getting tired of the flavor. Packaging is really sleek.

I think other flavor options or a mixed of flavors would help down the line. The mint flavor can feel a bit unpleasant even though I'm just trying to swallow it as fast as possible. It's also a little bit pricey to me.
I subscribed to the monthly vitamin subscription and used these consistently for 3 months. At around month 2, I noticed I started developing acne and headaches. I stopped using the vitamins and it cleared up.

Be careful when purchasing supplements, and be sure that you can handle a daily supplement. use in moderation if necessary.

Meh. Not sure there's much of a point to these supplements. I'm not convinced they're any more effective than the multivitamins I get from Public Goods for way less money. The branding is cute, and the pills are nicely flavored, but to me it's not worth the price.
I’ve tried the protein powder and thought it was pretty good. It’s fairly thick and the taste was vanilla without being too chalky or sweet. I changed my mind about wanting to subscribe and when I contacted them they gave me a refund and canceled my subscription no questions asked which was nice.

I would ask anyone looking into their prenatal to check with their doctor first. One of the main reasons to take a prenatal is to prevent neural tube defects and the *only* supplement actually proven to do so is folic acid which is specifically missing from the Ritual prenatal. In fact, on their website it actual says that the prenatal is not designed to prevent NTDs (probably to cover them since it doesn’t have folic acid). I think it’s shameful that this company relies on worried moms-to-be to shell out a lot of money for prenatal vitamins that don’t even contain the #1 ingredient any maternal fetal medicine professional recommends.
I really like what ritual stands for. They make vitamins super accessible and make their information super digestible to people who are not health-obsessed. Their products are made for everyone and the vitamins have a great minty fresh taste.
I have been using Ritual's essential protein and love it! The flavor is fantastic and am always searching for a protein powder without any added sugars and this one nails it :)

I wish I didn't have to subscribe and I could purchase 1/x.
