  • Transparent, traceable ingredient sourcing
  • Gentle, delayed‑release capsules
  • Pleasant mint or citrus essence
  • Smooth, non‑gritty protein powder
  • Overpowering minty capsule aftertaste
  • Occasional fishy vitamin burps
  • Mixed, inconsistent efficacy reports
  • Wasteful recurring plastic bottles

Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

  • I recently started taking the Ritual multivitamin for women 50+ as I’ve been noticing changes with pre-menopause, and so far I really like it. The formula feels thoughtful and I appreciate that it’s made for this stage of life. It’s easy to take daily and doesn’t upset my stomach like some others have. Definitely a supplement I feel good about adding into my routine.

  • I have been taking the Ritual Prenatal Multivitamin’s at my sister-in-law’s recommendation since learning I was pregnant. While I don’t feel much different physically, they must be doing their job as all of my lab work has come back normal, whereas that was not the case beforehand. My only qualm is how strong the taste of the burps are after taking these prenatals. My solution was to switch to taking them at night before bed and it has helped tremendously!

  • I feel like Ritual does a very good job marketing its products, they often collab with influencers and have striking modern packaging for its products. I like the peppermint scented capsules but sometimes it can be a bit much since it does leave an aftertaste. I have tried their choline (recommended) and their synbiotic (jury is still out on) but I would buy only if they are on sale or some other promo is happening.

  • I bought the chocolate pea protein based shake. Like all of Rituals products, full traceability of their ingredient sourcing. They source this from Puris, global leader in sustainable plant-based protein from peas across US and Canada. The taste is smooth chocolate, velvety, and no grittiness. Can shake in your bottle or blend it into a smoothie. The overall rating is four only because I would like to see higher protein content per serving at least 25 or 30 grams instead of 20 grams. It is a bit on the pricier side, therefore, I'd like to see the unit cost per serving of protein improved.

  • Most people only take probiotics without knowing if the strains that are specified in the product have any research behind individually, let alone as a collection of strains put altogether. What ritual gets right is the "synbiotic" meaning a symbiosis of pro-, and post-biotics with two strains of pro-biotics and PreforPro combination of bacteriophages that help reduce the virulence of gut bacteria that don't serve you well and/or causing bloating, digestive issues, and constipation or diarrhea. Bacteriophages have research suggesting they have "antibiotic" like effect without being antibiotics that wipe out helpful bacteria. This formulation also includes post-biotic Tributyrin, a short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) such as butyric acid that are produced when we eat resistant starch by gut bacteria. By supplying it directly it helps our existing gut bacteria help stimulate production of our own native GLP-1. As you can see, Ritual has put a lot of science into their product with added benefit of full traceability of the ingredients. After taking this product for three weeks, I have no side effects to report and can only report reduced bloating from food. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to use probiotics as a strategy alongside dietary changes to improve their overall health and wellbeing especially gut health.

  • solid product, take two every morning, high SuppCo score, bit of a tangy taste, hard to pause refills and a bit on the pricier side but overall pretty satisfied here...

  • I have been using Prose products for over a year now and I’m really satisfied with them. I’ve tried the hair products as well and they’re also amazing. I love how my skin feels and looks after using these 3 products. The cleanser is so gentle and cleans my skin so nicely. The serum makes my skin feel so hydrated, smooth and healthy looking. I use these moisturizer in the morning and the texture is so smooth and silky. Highly recommend this bundle. gifted by prose

  • I’ve been taking their multivitamins for 6+ years and their probiotics for nearly half that. Their supplements don’t bloat me, and don’t overwhelm my body with crazy high percentages of supplements. It’s subtle and requires consistency but I truly feel less brain fog, feel less fatigue and feel subtly less achey. Their new magnesium makes such a wonderful drink and helps me sleep deeper!

  • I've used and use their regular vitamins, prenatals, postnatals, and probiotic. They're easy to take, taste fine, and the subscription aspect is nice so you never have to think about ordering/picking up more vitamins. Customer service has always been helpful, and it's super easy to pause/cancel orders.

  • I started using the prenatals and dha when I was pregnant but have now switched over the postnatals. I prefer the lemony taste of the prenatals because the postnatals mint flavor makes me more aware of the fact that I’ve just taken it if that makes sense (I can feel it in my stomach).

  • It was really expensive for what it was. I don't dislike them, but I can definitely get vitamins that are personalized to me for less.

  • I currently use the daily synbiotic plus daily and I have been living it. I am only on my first month but I have noticed such a difference in my face, skin, and gut health. I love how clean the products are.

  • I’ve been taking Ritual multivitamins for a while now and I’m really impressed. The capsules are easy to take, have a clean, minty taste, and don’t upset my stomach like other vitamins sometimes do. I love that they’re made with high-quality, traceable ingredients, so I know exactly what I’m putting in my body. I’ve noticed more consistent energy throughout the day and peace of mind knowing I’m covering nutritional gaps. The subscription is super convenient too—I never run out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, transparent daily vitamin!

  • As a girl who has always suffered from horrible gut pain, these are a god send. I’ve been taking these for about 4 months and I’ve 100% seen a difference in my gut health and overall feel healthier. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone with similar problems!!

  • I've been taking the men's 55+ multi-vitamin for several months now (i'm only 39) and it goes down easy and is just a nice way to know i'm getting all my nutrition. No fishy taste, sometimes i burp up the minty-ness but thats fine.

  • I was originally sold on Ritual due to its branding and 'for skeptics, by skeptics' tagline... Count me in! I had never taken a multivitamin in my adult life (unless an occasional gummy vitamin from the kids I babysat for counts), so I didn't really have anything to compare my experience with Ritual to. I *thought* it was working when I was taking it religiously, but who really knows. I really liked the mint flavoring to the capsules which made taking them easy, but I wasn't the most disciplined, and eventually, two bottles had arrived in the mail since I had last taken them. It was pretty easy to cancel once I really fell out of routine, but I still have those two full bottles sitting in my medicine cabinet eyeing me every time I walk by.

I wish the refills didn't come in another plastic bottle every single month!

  • Simple and great product innovation. As someone who has taken multivitamins and fish oils for most of their life, I appreciate being able to get what I need in a single serving. Also really like the mint flavoring for when you inevitably get that untimely fish oil "kickback" it really does help negate the bad taste. This is one of those few product categories where automated ordering really makes sense, and Ritual's order management and customer service are really easy to work with. The packaging, along with the packaging Ritual uses to ship its products in, is eco-friendly ✌🏼🌎

Nothing! Looking forward to more products in the future 🙏🏻

  • Recently, I decided to try Ritual Vitamins, intrigued by their aesthetically pleasing design and promise of clean, transparent ingredients. While I've found many positives in these supplements, the minty capsules have been a bit of a double-edged sword. One of the things that initially drew me to Ritual Vitamins was their beautiful design. The clear capsules filled with tiny bead-like nutrients are not only visually appealing, but they also make taking vitamins feel like a luxurious experience. The transparent ingredients list and commitment to high-quality sourcing further contribute to the premium feel of these supplements. However, the inclusion of a minty essence in the capsules has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the minty flavor can be refreshing and make taking vitamins a more enjoyable experience, especially if you're sensitive to the taste of traditional supplements. On the other hand, I've found that the minty capsules can cause a burning sensation in my throat, particularly when I take them with certain beverages. This has made me more cautious about when and how I take my Ritual Vitamins. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall quality and benefits of Ritual Vitamins are hard to deny. Since starting my daily ritual, I've noticed an increase in energy levels and overall well-being. The vitamins are formulated to target specific needs, such as women's health or prenatal care, ensuring that each blend is tailored to provide optimal support. In conclusion, while the minty capsules may not be to everyone's liking, Ritual Vitamins offer a visually appealing and high-quality option for those looking to enhance their daily health regimen. The transparent ingredients and targeted formulations make them a valuable addition to any wellness routine. However, if you're sensitive to mint or prone to experiencing discomfort from the minty capsules, it might be worth considering alternative supplements or experimenting with different ways to take them to minimize any potential irritation.

  • I’ve found that Ritual is the only way I’ll consistently take vitamins. And for that, it gets a big 5 stars from me. I’ve used Ritual for years now. I love the minty smell and minimal packaging. But more importantly, I love how they’ve formulated it with the vitamins and minerals that are often missing from the average diet / lifestyle. They’re making up for what I’m naturally lacking in that area. I also feel like they’ve nailed the perfect amount of communication and commitment for a subscription service. I know it’s easy to edit if needed or to just keep rolling monthly - they don’t hit me over the head either way. This isn’t always the case - it’s set a subscription service standard for me.

  • ok - I’m biased, but the cost of these vitamins is worth it. i’ve been using these for over a year and I am really bought in. The delivery system is backed by science, the sourcing is legit, and I appreciate that they’re intentional about which vitamins they include in their multivitamin. I also really like their probiotic and have noticed positive impacts! Will continue to order.
