  • I was originally sold on Ritual due to its branding and 'for skeptics, by skeptics' tagline... Count me in! I had never taken a multivitamin in my adult life (unless an occasional gummy vitamin from the kids I babysat for counts), so I didn't really have anything to compare my experience with Ritual to. I *thought* it was working when I was taking it religiously, but who really knows. I really liked the mint flavoring to the capsules which made taking them easy, but I wasn't the most disciplined, and eventually, two bottles had arrived in the mail since I had last taken them. It was pretty easy to cancel once I really fell out of routine, but I still have those two full bottles sitting in my medicine cabinet eyeing me every time I walk by.

I wish the refills didn't come in another plastic bottle every single month!

  • Simple and great product innovation. As someone who has taken multivitamins and fish oils for most of their life, I appreciate being able to get what I need in a single serving. Also really like the mint flavoring for when you inevitably get that untimely fish oil "kickback" it really does help negate the bad taste. This is one of those few product categories where automated ordering really makes sense, and Ritual's order management and customer service are really easy to work with. The packaging, along with the packaging Ritual uses to ship its products in, is eco-friendly ✌🏼🌎

Nothing! Looking forward to more products in the future 🙏🏻

  • Recently, I decided to try Ritual Vitamins, intrigued by their aesthetically pleasing design and promise of clean, transparent ingredients. While I've found many positives in these supplements, the minty capsules have been a bit of a double-edged sword. One of the things that initially drew me to Ritual Vitamins was their beautiful design. The clear capsules filled with tiny bead-like nutrients are not only visually appealing, but they also make taking vitamins feel like a luxurious experience. The transparent ingredients list and commitment to high-quality sourcing further contribute to the premium feel of these supplements. However, the inclusion of a minty essence in the capsules has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the minty flavor can be refreshing and make taking vitamins a more enjoyable experience, especially if you're sensitive to the taste of traditional supplements. On the other hand, I've found that the minty capsules can cause a burning sensation in my throat, particularly when I take them with certain beverages. This has made me more cautious about when and how I take my Ritual Vitamins. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall quality and benefits of Ritual Vitamins are hard to deny. Since starting my daily ritual, I've noticed an increase in energy levels and overall well-being. The vitamins are formulated to target specific needs, such as women's health or prenatal care, ensuring that each blend is tailored to provide optimal support. In conclusion, while the minty capsules may not be to everyone's liking, Ritual Vitamins offer a visually appealing and high-quality option for those looking to enhance their daily health regimen. The transparent ingredients and targeted formulations make them a valuable addition to any wellness routine. However, if you're sensitive to mint or prone to experiencing discomfort from the minty capsules, it might be worth considering alternative supplements or experimenting with different ways to take them to minimize any potential irritation.

  • I’ve found that Ritual is the only way I’ll consistently take vitamins. And for that, it gets a big 5 stars from me. I’ve used Ritual for years now. I love the minty smell and minimal packaging. But more importantly, I love how they’ve formulated it with the vitamins and minerals that are often missing from the average diet / lifestyle. They’re making up for what I’m naturally lacking in that area. I also feel like they’ve nailed the perfect amount of communication and commitment for a subscription service. I know it’s easy to edit if needed or to just keep rolling monthly - they don’t hit me over the head either way. This isn’t always the case - it’s set a subscription service standard for me.

  • Ritual is a great daily vitamin, my fiancee and I take it daily for about 2 years now. I really appreciate the minty flavor because daily vitamins can taste so gross. The only thing that can be improved is the packaging. I appreciate the eco friendly packaging but its SO messy. If you rip it just slightly off the dotted line this paper dust goes everywhere.

  • I love this brand! One of the only daily vitamins I can take on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous. Simple, real ingredients. Easy to swallow without a nasty aftertaste. The subscription is super easy to manage/delay/cancel and very sustainable packaging. 10/10 brand and product!

    Feedback

    It’s perfect.

  • Tried Ritual prenatal and post-natal. The subscription service was really easy to manage, but other than that I disliked: - the fish oil taste lingers - pseudoscience claims (you don't actually need different post-natal vitamins) - misinformation: 1) "clean" marketing is deceptive to consumers as it's a meaningless and unregulated term, and 2) they use (& specifically promote the use of) methylfolate instead of folic acid, despite the fact that folic acid is the only form of folate that has been shown to help prevent neural tube defects.

  • I honestly only buy these because of the sleek packaging and cool capsules, but after about 5 months of taking them my daily life is definitely improved! They are all sourced ethically and traceable and I am a huge fan!

    Feedback

I think this brand should definitely explore specialty supplements… like Energy and Sleep. I’d buy it in a heartbeat!

  • Bought the OG "Instagram Vitamins" subscription because I was impressed by how well researched & sourced all the ingredients were. The mint tab they include makes the pills very palatable and easy to take everyday. I also loved the monthly updates they gave you - "You've been taking Ritual for 2 months now so you're now experiencing x health benefit"

    Feedback

Just like all supplements, difficult to actually say if there was a noticeable impact on my health. Wish that the monthly refills didn't come in yet another plastic bottle. Price point is high so ended up cancelling after a few months.

  • I tried ritual for three years off and on. The first year I felt great but over time I started getting lazy and didn’t take them. I think they are fine.

  • I've long been a fan of the Symbiotic, one of the first supplements on the market combining a prebiotic, probiotic, and post-biotic into one. My digestion feels the improvement when I'm taking it versus when I'm not. Since then, I've added the Multivitamin and Hydracera (an early consumable Hyaluronic Acid supplement) into my daily routine. Ritual remains a brand I trust, from its ingredient sourcing to third-party testing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted supplement.

  • I was taking the multivitamin before (keep meaning to order more) I like that it has something minty in it so you don’t have weird burps or get indigestion from the supplements.

  • I want to be a vitamin person and I tried the mens version for 2 months. Unfortunately I just didn't feel any impact to make it worth the cost. I will say that if you take it on an empty stomach, it won't hurt make you feel sick like some vitamins.

    Feedback

    Energy boost would be nice.

  • I love that the womens multi vitamin is completely vegan and that the company gives full transparency for where they source the ingredients in the product and they also explain what each vitamin they include is for and why it’s important. I also really liked that the mint flavoring capsules masks the taste of the vitamins while you are taking them. Unfortunately I get all vitamin flavor in the inevitable after burps.

    Feedback

More flavor options, and a lower monthly price point would make it more justifiable to take them as a everyday all year ritual.

  • I really enjoy the scented pills, but I think the best part about Ritual is that they're the only multivitamin for women I've found that also has magnesium and iron, as well as vitamin D. I'm anemic so the iron helps, and magnesium isn't typically included in other multivitamins.

    Feedback

    1. Please offer international shipping 2. Vitamin B complex could be more complete 3. Some iron compounds increase appetite, so some clarity on this or an improved version which does not increase appetite would be great. 4. Make it easier to unsubscribe -- one-click without having to email customer service

  • After using it for about 2 years, I can't say with confidence that it's "totally changed my life" or anything. But it did get me into the good habit of taking a multivitamin daily. I've tried that many, many times in the past but hated the taste, the texture, the way they often made my stomach feel. This one is great! Can take it at any time of the day, don't have to take it with food, and doesn't taste horrible.

    Feedback

Obviously, the price is somewhat obnoxious. I get that they're pretty, but is it really that necessary? Thankfully, they offer a lot of discounts, some referral rewards, but it's not something I would pay full price for for a month.

  • Use the daily multivitamin + daily shakes. Really enjoy the shakes on my end and recommend mixing the protein powder with a bit of oat milk (comes out delicious and can be a snack or meal replacement).

    Feedback

Wish there could be a better way to manage my subscription as my mom and I both often times have too many vitamins and have to keep updating our orders on the site.

  • I’ve used these for prenatal and postnatal vitamins. Packaging is cute and delivery is very convenient.
