UPDATE #1: After I wrote my initial review below on 2/17, I received an automated refund e-mail from Prima on the same day, 2/17. No e-mail follow-up whatsoever. The refund was a partial refund and did not include the original shipping charges + tax, though the merchandise clearly arrived broken. I e-mailed the company regarding this discrepancy on 2/17 and, of course, I did not receive a response. UPDATE #2: On 2/18, I received a voicemail from the CEO providing his cell number. I texted him back, asking if he could please e-mail me since I'm about 2 weeks out from having a baby + work + three other little kids. Phone calls without a child yelling in the background are incredibly difficult. He said: "I need to resolve this over the phone" and "We need to address your claims online. I'd appreciate a phone call so this does not escalate further." Instead of an apology for what happened and the poor manner in which it was handled, I received the vaguely threatening statement above. UPDATE #3: On 2/19, I received another automated refund confirmation e-mail from Prima for the shipping charges + tax. No e-mail follow-up. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ On Jan. 31, I placed an order with Prima for their Gua Sha Jade Stone. When it arrived on Feb. 6 and I took it out of the box, not knowing that it was cracked, I cut my hand on it and spent the better part of my evening (8 months pregnant) in the ER receiving sutures. I reached out to the company that night on Feb. 6 to let them know what happened. On Feb. 10, I received a response from Rebecca. She made no mention of the injury to my hand, offered no apology for what happened to me, and could not even be bothered to simply ask if I was okay. In her e-mail, however, she did offer me a replacement or an order refund and asked me send her photos of the broken Gua Sha Jade Stone, knowing that I had already hurt my hand on the broken item, instead of simply providing a return shipping label. Reluctantly, I sent the requested photos within 20 minutes of her e-mail on Feb. 10, requested the offered refund, and also let her know how disappointed I was that she couldn't even find the time to ask if I was okay. And, then, I was completely ghosted. Prima will not respond to my e-mails, though I receive automated e-mails with each e-mail I send confirming they have received them. They have deleted my comment from social media without responding and promptly blocked me from their Instagram page instead of addressing my complaint. Prima offered me a refund in writing and has failed to provide it, and has now seemingly cut off the lines of communication. More than anything, however, it is clear that this company does not care about the wellbeing of its customers—or, at least, mine. I would caution anyone before ordering from them.

Was hired to do some UGC for Prima awhile back and this is one of the very few brands that has sent me product that I have repurchased from. The body oil is insanely hydrating and smells great for having CBD in it. Only negative thing to say is it is expensive, but fun to splurge on. Having a few products looks great on the shelf, too.

I have extremely dry , sensitive skin and the Afterglow makes my stressed , dry skin, feel soft , supple and balanced . My friends can’t believe my age. I also feel comfortable knowing the ingredients are good for my skin and feel very pampered using it.

I love Prima! They have the most beautiful packaging and very useful products that work! I love that they are vegan and cruelty free. I love that they are a B corporation. They also recycle their own packaging. Their rewards program is phenomenal and the app is well organized. The website and blog is such a great resource and beautifully designed.

Prima products are my go to everyday. Across the board, Prima’s products are high quality, luxurious, and reliable. I use the afterglow face cream every single night and the body oil as well as skin therapy whenever I get out the shower. Prima always has fast shipping and their customer service is incredible.

LOVE this brand, particularly the Sleep Tight blend. It helps me get deep, restful sleep. As an added bonus, it helps my mood and focus. Would be a customer for life but having a hard time getting more now that it’s sold out on their site.

I use the CBD oil for my legs especially after a long night of bartending. I gifted a bottle to my mom who has swelling from chemotherapy and my grandma who has constant pain in her hands and shins, both love it. Will be getting these as Christmas gifts for other family members soon!

I love to use the Beyond Body oil after a long day at work on my back or my upper thighs. I would say it takes about 20 minutes to set in. It was really helpful back when I didn't have an apartment with a bath to soak in. I also loved how big the bottle was, it took me a little over a year to run out completely. The price is a little steep, but purchasing once a year isn't bad.

Update: Although the website still shows my purchase as not having shipped yet, I have received it. Thanks to Oliver and any additional customer service folks who made sure this was addressed. I hope the warehouse problems are sorted out. I do love Prima products, but was very frustrated by the delay. Prima makes wonderful products. Getting Prima to actually ship the products is the problem. I ordered the body oil weeks ago. I have followed up with the company twice. Both times they cited warehouse problems and assured me it would ship "today or tomorrow." It still has not shipped. These are not inexpensive products, and it is not unreasonable to expect better customer service. I see I'm not the only person encountering this problem. I would suggest to Prima that they not process payments until an item ships. Also, make it easier to cancel orders for people who get tired of waiting.

I have only tested the Niacinamide serum & body lotion... but both did not dissapoint! Aside from the stunning packaging and branding, this innovative brand brings CBD ingestibles and topicals to the skincare game in a whole new way! I really want to try the new body oil.

I ordered the serum CBD Based. First of all the experience on the website is delightfull - very happy with the journey 2/ the delivery is a bit slow byt fair enough the warehouse is based in California and i ordered during peak season (christmas holidays) 3/ unboxing experience is PERFECT 4/ the product is amazing, the smell, the texture - looking for the result in few days / weeks

I've tried most of their products including the everyday CBD, the nighttime formulation, and the anti stress formulation. All are good products. I do feel the positive, relaxing effect of the CBD in each of them. I recommend starting with the Daily CBD. Price point is near industry standard, but their rewards program is pretty good to keep you coming back later.

Love love love the brands, the customer experience when you reach out to them (I did multiple times from basic subscription question to comparison with competitive products) is just amazing. You can see that every newness is made for the customer and they listen to them. I use the daily since February and love it on my overall health. My husband uses the sleep caps at night and sleeps better. Nothing worked for him until Prima. Melatonin made him too sleepy the day after. I did not try the skincare line but I heard good positive feedbacks. Looking forward to trying.

Love the body oil!

I've only tried the Beyond Body Oil, but that oil is just sublime. Smells wonderful but not too strong. And it's absorbed by my skin very quickly and leaves it feeling moisturized. I either mix it in with my body moisturizer or apply on its on.

I tried Prima's CBD supplements (The Daily and Sleep Tight), and while I liked them well enough, I don't think they were quite as effective as other CBD supplements I've tried. The packaging was also just slightly underwhelming — they come in beautiful glass jars, but something about the plastic top and the way the capsules come out made it feel a little cheap (not CHEAP cheap, but I was just hoping for more for the money).
