Lush is a popular brand known for its aromatic and fun bath products, particularly its bath bombs. The brand is also appreciated for its eco-friendly ethos and vegan products. However, there are concerns about the high cost of the products and their overwhelming scent. Criticisms also surround their customer service, and issues with gift cards not being redeemable online. Some customers have reported skin reactions due to the potent fragrances and feel the brand has prioritized quantity over quality in recent years.

  • Lush is such a luxury item for me. I love everything so much! I take baths every night before bed and the bath bombs are so amazing. I love the one called sleepy as it has lavender and chamomile and really gets me ready for a good, long sleep.

They opened a pop up store near me for the holidays and I was so excited. I wish it was always there, not just for the holidays.

  • A shameful company with an anti-Semitic policy.

  • Obsessed with their bath bombs and shower bars!

  • Love my lush products! The store is wonderful and the products are even better.

  • I received this complimentary from Lush. Smells so good even after my bath. With these bombs I just fill my bathtub with warm water and drop one in and the water has a really pretty color. Both would make a great gift for someone special. I feel like it is spa day when I used them. It’s soothing in the bathtub and leaves my skin so soft. Great for a fun and relaxing bath. These are literally the best bath bombs I have ever encountered.

  • Overhyped and overpriced garbage. I haven’t tried a single lush product that felt even equal to the quality of any drugstore brand let alone something more lux.

  • No one makes bath bombs like Lush. Or any of their other vegan products, to be honest. Everything smells wonderful, their products are very innovative, and they're very distinct packaging is iconic. Not all products work for every person, but there is definitely something for every skin and hair type.

  • Love the bath bombs overall. Some are a headache with tub drainage due to little particles/flowers etc that don't dissolve, which ends up clogging my drain.

  • Lush has been a staple in my home since I was a child. Their soaps are like no other, and of course, the bath bomb is a revelation. I’ve also been subscribing to their kitchen box, and love the opportunity to get five products that aren’t usually available in stores each month! I’m taking off one star for the shift in their products over time. I would give them a 4.5 if I could! Things are just more highly scented than they used to be (some overpoweringly so) and I get the sense that some of their product lines are pushing for quantity over quality. Still, the brand overall is well worth the money.

  • Skincare and body care that doesn’t have hash chemicals. I love there bathbombs, they make bath soaks luxurious. Also love their face mask

  • I’m so glad I get to leave a review for Lush. I could not say enough good things about this brand. From their inclusivity to their all natural products lush is a company that really is doing it all. I would support this brand with any endeavor that they choose to embrace with their line of products. Really proud of them.

  • Most of their products have very potent, wildly excessive fragrances added to them which makes my skin itch or react weirdly. I do like some of their bath bombs! Sadly they have the habits of discontinuing products and replacing them constantly with new ones..

  • Lush makes beautiful, indulgent body scrubs that come packaged like ice cream in attractive cardboard containers. Right now, the limited edition Candy Wash and Barbie Dream are my new favorites. I love that they also offer vegan shower gels, like the apple-scented Luigi gel. Their shampoo bars are good for the environment and help reduce plastic waste but didn't work well with my thick hair when it was longer however they may be a great alternative to regular shampoos for people who travel a lot and want to carry less liquids in their bag.

  • I just don't like this brand, the scents are too intense and I would never put any of their products on my face... bath bombs are cool but it's all just too overwhelming for me personally

  • Lush makes a lot of great soaps and bath bombs! The store setups are always nice too. I don't currently have any products bug they are a go to for gift giving.

  • Not a huge fan of Lush. I find their scents quite overwhelming at times. I do enjoy their bath bombs though.

  • Lush reminds me of a more eco-friendly Bath & Body Works. To me the scents are too overwhelming & give me a headache, the bath bombs are fun, but be prepared to clean your tub of lots of glitter & sparkles & left over color!

  • I've been a big fan of Lush for nearly fifteen years. Their solid products are amazing, especially if you travel frequently as they don't count as liquids. I could take or leave the bath bombs and other bath treats as I'm not really that type of person.
