Reviews mention

  • Precise temperature control kettles
  • Quiet, consistent burr grinder
  • Sleek, modern industrial design
  • Durable, well-engineered construction
  • Intentionally slow gooseneck pour
  • Grinder static causing mess
  • Limited espresso grind range
  • Dishwasher-sensitive color coating

Fellow earns strong reviews as a design-forward coffee gear brand that largely delivers: kettles heat quickly and hold precise temperatures, and the Ode grinder is quiet with consistent, flavorful results. Reviews also flag weaknesses—slow pour from the gooseneck for tea, grinder mess and limited espresso range (Gen 1), finishes that chip or fade in dishwashers, and occasional durability quirks like sticky buttons or vacuum canisters losing seal—making the brand excellent for pour-over devotees but imperfect for all use cases.

  • I bought two of the kettles for gifts. It’s a great product. High quality and looks nice in a kitchen. I like the functionality where it keeps the water at the set temperature.

  • my fellow kettle and i hang out EVERY MORNING and its perfect for matcha or coffee! the temperature dial makes it super easy to control the heat for any drink and let's just be clear: it looks hella good.

  • Kettle is so nice and stylish. I love the knob to adjust the temperature and how it can hold the temperature for a bit if you are wanting multiple cups of coffee or tea.

  • Absolutely amazing products. I love my stagg for Vietnamese coffee and brewing teas. Some of colors are very similar to kitchen aid, so if you have the mixer and want it to match. Also has a very clean and chic design so I can leave it on the counter top.

  • perfect grind looks fantastic, and makes we want to make fresh coffee every morning.

would like it to be less static, and to grind espresso. - but they have a product for that now. It's not as quiet as you think but much better than other brands.

  • I used to be a Keurig user, subject to morning cups of coffee that could've been mistaken for burnt liquid soap. While I am far from a coffee aficionado, I can proudly say that Fellow's products have assisted in my learning curve toward the perfect cup of coffee. The temperature controlled kettle was a game changer.

  • The Fellow coffee grinder is outstanding! It delivers consistently uniform grinds, enhancing the flavor of my coffee. The sleek design is both stylish and functional, making it a perfect addition to any kitchen. Highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts!

  • I love my Fellow grinder so much. It's such a fantastic product and works so well. It's so thoughtfully engineered and making my pourover makes me so happy every morning! My dad has the electric kettle and loves it, I think that will be my next purchase.

  • I have a couple things from this brand including the ode grinder and kettle and a few bottles, honestly love them all. We’ve had the kettle for years and to this day it’s one of the best purchases we’ve made for the kitchen. Used daily for coffee and tea, i will never underestimate the value of perfect temp hot water! The grinder is easy to use and it can be a little messy with grinds but i don’t mind. Both the tumbler and straw bottle i have are ridiculously insulated, and are used frequently. I keep a straw bottle around the house that i fill with cold water and it stays nice and cold for a long time, and i have a smaller tumbler that i like to take coffee on the go, however i go through phases where i use it at home if i want my coffee to stay hot for hours between meetings!

  • I have a few fellow products and I love them all. I have the gooseneck cuddle and it heats up in a minute, which is great to be able to have hot water so quickly and I have two of their travel mugs

  • If you’re into coffee you’re bound to have at least one fellow product in your home. We used to have the kettle which was well worth it, it however went missing during our move. My gf uses her fellow mug for coffee everyday. Love them and definitely worth it

  • The Ode grinder is a really well-built piece of machinery. I've only owned a few other grinders over the years (a janky one from Target and a nicer one by Oxo) but this is far and away the best. The rubber lid on the grounds bin gets a little loose over time, so I would not recommend putting that in the dishwasher. I also like the kettle, but the build quality is noticeably lower. Finally, I have their travel mug, which is great but another one that I do not recommend putting in the dishwasher, as the paint fades and chips and the plastic lid warps a little bit.

  • I bought the Fellow kettle a year or so ago. I had high, high hopes for the kettle, with the aesthetics and performance/features. I wanted to be able to start the hot water for coffee before I got out of bed. The bluetooth was very finicky and I had to hang off the bed so it could get within range to connect to the app. Even though I could start it remotely, there was no option to program it for a set time in advance. I tried a lot of third party shortcut apps and workarounds, no luck. Eventually, the top rim rusted and I stopped using it and gave up on the ritual, and switched to cold brew and instant coffee. When I was writing this review, I could not remember what version I have so I went to the website to pull the info, and it seems the current version (Pro) solves all of the issues I had. I am frustrated that I spent so much money and it didn't do what I want and it rusted so quickly and now there is something that does.

  • The Kettle is so fabulous. It's an easy-to-use interface, and I love the option to have it hold your water at a specific temperature. Gooseneck design is sleek, and the slow pour is perfect for mindfully getting your tea or coffee ready.

  • I use Fellow's vacuum canister, ode grinder, and electric kettle regularly. The products are absolutely beautiful and hold up well to repeated use. It really sparks joy seeing these on my counter every day. The products work as intended and I trust them fully for future releases.

I think the Ode is a bit pricey for consumer-use. The Gen 1 Ode is not well-suited for the fine grind settings needed to make espresso or pseudo-espresso using an aeropress. It's perfect for french press, pourover, standard aeropress, and drip brew coffees. The grind consistency rivals that of similarly priced items from baratza or kitchenaid. The new 2nd gen ode claims to do finer grinds, but I have not tested it.

  • I was gifted by a friend the Stagg Kettle and it's stunning! The water heats up really fast so sometimes I'll boil my water in here instead of a pot. However, while that's great for coffee pour-overs, it's otherwise slow for getting water out of the kettle / into the pot. Maybe just me though

  • I only have the kettle, but that and the text for coffee subscription have yet to let me down. The speed of the water heating is amazing!

  • Tried the Atmos Vaccum Canister, and it did not work. I was very excite to try it, as it seemed like a cool design. However, it didn't hold the vacuum fro more than a couple of hours. Also, the method of constantly turning the lid to create the vacuum is a time consuming task.

  • Any coffee enthusiast would have heard of the Fellow Ode grinder. I also have their kettle. The simple, minimalistic design and construction gives makes an appealing gear to add to anyone’s coffee journey. The grinder is quiet so that it does not wake up someone that is sleeping in.
