Fellow earns strong reviews as a design-forward coffee gear brand that largely delivers: kettles heat quickly and hold precise temperatures, and the Ode grinder is quiet with consistent, flavorful results. Reviews also flag weaknesses—slow pour from the gooseneck for tea, grinder mess and limited espresso range (Gen 1), finishes that chip or fade in dishwashers, and occasional durability quirks like sticky buttons or vacuum canisters losing seal—making the brand excellent for pour-over devotees but imperfect for all use cases.

There kettle is top notch! Totally worth the quality and sleekness if you make matcha every morning or even coffee! It’s precise and works well!
I have the Stagg stovetop kettle, not the electric one. It has a lovely gooseneck design, well balanced and very functional. The stainless steel finish is minimal and easy to clean. They only downside is a slight bit of rust that has developed on the inside bottom of the kettle, from accidentally leaving a bit of water in it one night. I was surprised how quickly the rust formed, but it was past the return window. It was mostly my fault for forgetting to empty it, but still disappointed the stainless steel didn't hold up better to 10 hours of wetness.
I recently purchased the Carter 3-in-1 Lid System. It keeps things cold overnight even so it keeps the beverage temperature hot or cold for long. I primarily use the straw option, which can leak a bit if tipped over. The Carry and Cold Lids are both nice as well. High quality coffee cup and very stylish. Fits well in a car cupholder.
I've had a Fellow kettle for years and absolutely love it. Not only do I find they design their products elegantly they also design them to last. I've had zero problems with my kettle...although you do need to oil the wooden handle from time to time to prevent it from cracking.
High quality (high investment) coffee tools that work as good as they look. We have had our grinder since 2020 and it's still in excellent condition. The machine looks great on our counters and has various settings for the types of coffee we might run.
As someone who works in content creation, I appreciate products that combine style with functionality, and Fellow does just that. Their coffee gear, from pour-over kettles to grinders, is designed with both aesthetics and performance in mind. The quality is top-notch, with precision engineering that enhances the brewing experience, whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or a professional. I particularly love the sleek design and attention to detail in every product. While Fellow’s items are on the higher end price-wise, the craftsmanship and ability to elevate your coffee routine make it a worthwhile investment for those who are serious about their coffee experience.
I've purchased two different grinders, a scale, carafe, and pour over. The grinders in particular are great quality, the first one i purchased was their initial launch and it holds up just as well as the new one i bought. Their customer service is remarkable and any issues i've ever had (which were minimal) were immediately fixed and/or resolved by customer service. It is an added bonus their aesthetic parallels the quality of their products.
My pour over + kettle is my favorite morning routine.

I currently own three of the Fellow Stagg EKG electric kettles -- one gooseneck in copper and two regular with black/walnut handle. I've gotten all my friends addicted to the kettles, especially those who have young kids. They love using the temperature control for making baby formula.

I have way too many Fellow products at this point, but I absolutely love them! Every time I walk into the kitchen and see my matte black kettle or take a sip from the thin lip of the Carter Mug, I'm happy. Negatives, but not dealbreakers: The kettle pours super slowly because it's meant for pour-over. I don't have the patience for it so I take the lid off and dump the water from the lid (I'm sure the Fellow product designers would hate to hear that). I could just get the tea kettle, but I like the swan's neck spout of the Stagg. Also, I found that their vacuum canisters don't keep their suction, causing them to be loose and not air-tight. OXO's are better.

We own several Fellow products and we've gifted several, as well. They are sleek and simple to the eye, but professional quality. Whenever we need anything coffee related, we look to Fellow first.
I give it a 4 because of the grind setting not being fine enough, and the fact that I have to replace the burrs for it to be so makes me upset. The design is flawless, minimal, and sleek. Very beautiful, but the fact that I have to outsource for burrs to make sure my coffee is fine enough is disappointing.
I bought their burr grinder a few years ago and have probably used it everyday since. It is exactly what I was looking for. Love the look and quality.
I have a mug from Fellow - it's pretty good with insulating and keeping drinks at their temperature, and easy to wash too. I did however throw it in the dishwasher a few times, and the black coating near the mouth is beginning to chip off.
Beautiful and looks great in your kitchen. Got the grinder.
I have used my EKG Stagg everyday for the past year. I'm obsessed with it.

Love all their products. High quality. Great customer service. Highly recommend for any coffee lover.
I purchased the Fellow x Great Jones (green) electric kettle and would say it was one of my favorite purchases this year. Yes, it's expensive and no, it isn't necessary. I've used so many electric kettles in the past and also have a very simple stove top pour over kettle with no thermometer. The electric kettle was an "upgrade" purchase for me and I use it constantly for my iced pour over coffees, matcha lattes, and miso soups since it has such great temperature control. It looks great on the counter and was a great purchase for me to make my apartment feel like a more permanent home.
