BÉIS earns largely positive reviews for sleek, thoughtfully engineered travel gear that works—roomy carry-ons with cushioned handles and built‑in weight indicators, Weekenders with smart shoe compartments, and work totes with practical organization—while recurring complaints cite heaviness (especially Weekenders and totes), scuff‑prone light colors, smaller‑than‑expected interiors on some rollers, and mixed product durability and customer service. For buyers, the brand delivers strong functionality and style, but those sensitive to weight or wear should choose darker shades and consider rolling options over shoulder carry.

I have the carry on and mini weekend in Maple and am in LOVE. Only need one piece for a weekend trip, the pair allows you to pack for at least a week trip. The design and colors are amazing. Instagram favorite! My mom just got all the females in our family bags for Christmas!

I love the quality and look of the Carry-On Roller. It is just big enough to fit everything I need for a short trip, yet not too big to use as a carry-on. I have the full size suitcase too and have always been happy with the quality of Beis luggage.

I thought the idea was really practical, but this bags becomes quickly really heavy and for most airline when you travel in economy class the weight surpasses the limit and you'd have to pay extra. I don't use it really to get out of the country, but when I travel by train or bus, I tend to consider it. It is really good quality too.

I love this bag. It’s so lightweight with perfectly sized and executed compartments. I love that it’s expandable and has a luggage scale built in on the side. The cushioned handle is a nice touch. The wheels are super glidable and easy to control. I’ve never had a problem with this bag.
Beis is my new favorite brand for travel accessories! The luggage and bags are sleek, stylish, and incredibly functional. I love the thoughtful details, like multiple compartments and durable materials, which make packing and organizing so much easier. Plus, the designs are timeless and chic. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer trip, Beis has everything I need for a stress-free and stylish journey. Highly recommend!
I just bought the work tote as my bag for law school and it has been an absolute GODSEND. I was in the market for a new bag and had a handful of requirements: structure, internal pockets, and a zipper, all while looking classy enough to wear in a professional environment. Beis completely delivered and fits everything I need. LOVE IT!!!
Have multiple bags from beis. They have great Black Friday sales. Restocks take forever. I’ve had to go with other companies because restocks wouldn’t happen for over 6 months (particularly the diaper backpack.) The bags I have been able to get are great. The only downside is the weekender with the bottom packing cube can be really difficult to put on and off.

Away vs BÉIS vs Monos Luggage Review: I tried all 3, here’s my verdict
Bought my wife the makeup bag at first then she went back to buy a roller bag and the duffle to pair with it. Needless to say she absolute loves it. Very stylish and good quality.

Keeping stock on the website. Had to wait a while for restock.
My Beis weekender bag has survived numerous weekend trips and still looks brand new. The thoughtful design includes a separate compartment for my workout shoes and enough pockets to organize all my supplements and snacks. It's stylish without being flashy and durable enough to throw in overhead bins repeatedly.

I have the medium sized roller bag and love it! I travelled all around Australia and Asia with it during my study abroad and it maintained great condition / held up to 2 week's worth of outfits. The bag has many features to help with organization such as a waterproof pocket, two laundry bags, and a zipper for paperwork or flat items.
I have both the carry on weekend bag and the carry on suitcase and they're both fantastic. I was skeptical that anything could be that different or that much better than my Away luggage (had comparable items in each category from Away for years) but I decided to take the plunge and now I'll never go back to Away, I think! The carry on weekend bag itself is probably the most innovative-- the compartments are super clever, especially the shoe compartment. I'd be curious to see if someone has tested both this and Dagne Dover and has feedback about how they compare. It's all really functional, and I feel really put together having matching luggage and carry ons for the first time-- a silly little thing but it does make a difference. All in all, really great products and purchase and really thoughtfully designed travel gear.

Customer service was not great-- I ordered overnight delivery to try to get in time for a trip. They arrived super late, no one ever answered my emails, not even to confirm receipt. Made me feel less great about the purchase and the brand!
My mini weekender bag is great I have taken it on flights and it fits under the seat. I am able to fit everything I need inside it for a quick trip or I pack some inside the weekender bag and the rest in a suitcase. The bag sits perfectly on top of suitcases and makes it easy to maneuver around the airport because the bag alone can get very heavy if its simply being carried on your shoulder.
Team! Finally bought a Beis bag! Got the Work Tote (normal size, not large). Pros: It is everything I need it to be. I have a 15" macbook, which is a b*tch and a half to fit into most work totes, and too heavy not to have a bag with a shoulder strap. While my computer doesnt fit into the laptop sleeve, it fits into the bag no problem and I use the sleeve as another pocket. The bag is pretty, structured, and super functional. Cons: There is a reason this doesnt cost £100s of pounds. It is not a luxury bag by any means. Feels a bit like beautiful, sturdy box. Let's see how long it lasts. Would still buy it again!

Love my travel bags!

Wider color range?
Mine scuffed pretty quick and cracked as well. Pretty dissapointing since its fairly new. I love the maple color and the wheels and zipper locks work fabulous. Just wish the shell was sturdier honestly.
I love my beis but they don’t fit in any of European carryon checkers. They also can scuff pretty easily depending on what color you get.
NO NOTES! I'm going to review the carry on, large check and little sling bag. Material: I find the hardshell suitcases to be more firm than Away, which is important because who handles suitcases with care? I certainly don't when I'm schelping them all over the world. Size: I love how big the suitcases are. They're bigger than Away suitcases and I love knowing that I'm not running out of space when I pack. Also, I love that the carry on is expandable because when compact, it fits in the overhead bins for US based airline. However, once I land, I usually expand it to throw the jacket I had on the plane in it. I've done extensive driving and train trips and I always use the expanded space. I will say, I did a month long trip in France last summer and while the bags were perfect size for containing my things (that I needed for such a long trip), they were cumbersome for european travel (where suitcases are MUCH smaller -- I could always find my bags by simply seeing what was the biggest bag on the suitcase stand). Function: The fact that theres a built in scale is honestly reason enough to buy the bag. Hand held scales are annoying to me. Its always a little tricky to hold your bag by the scale and then I have to take it with me (added weight) if I want to weigh my bag on the return trip. This built in scale couldnt be more useful or accurate. The Sling: I love the sports sling. The best feature is the hidden the water bottle holder that tucks back into the sling once you're done using it.

I thought I would love this brand. I have been disappointed. I registered for the diaper bag, and I personally purchased they duffel. BOTH have started to pull at the zipper, and the straps - all with minimal use. I think I've used the duffel 5x. The diaper bag is roomy, and I do still love the features. On the other hand, I have gifted the carry on and the weekender, and that person seems to like them.
I got their work tote in black croc and used it throughout the year for work and school. It was well designed, sturdy and lasted with minimal wear and tear! Will definitely be purchasing other bags in the future.
I have the 26" Check-in Roller, the Weekender, and the Dopp Kit all in Navy. I purchased these mostly because I had an international trip to prep for, and had yet to invest in quality luggage. I absolutely love these products and recommend them to all of my friends! The Roller having a soft handle means that your hand doesn't have to cramp lugging it around, and it's great that it comes with some laundry bags for your travels. I love the bottom zip compartments in both the Weekender and the Dopp Kit, so I can separate my shoes and some of my toiletries respectively. I also love that both the Weekender and Dopp Kit open into a rectangle, so you can actually see everything inside!

My only wish would be if the Weekender were just sliiightly bigger, but it also may be my own fault for keeping the Dopp Kit inside of the Weekender, which eliminates some space. The website was a little bit clunky at the time when I was trying to purchase. It looks super sleek, but it was a bit slow. Hopefully that's resolved into the future!
