I was gifted the mango jalapeño vinaigrette, and I put it over my salad recently. The flavor was hot and sweet, and I enjoyed it! Will it be my go to? No. Did I enjoy it? Yes. It was surprising, and it was good.

I've tried several of their dressing/marinade products and have not been a fan when strictly used as a salad dressing......but it's not too bad as a marinade, though you need a TON to use to impart flavor which can be disgustingly expensive. Just like you'd think it's very Acid forward and bright, so it makes a good marinade for veggies for sure. Personally like a bit more sweetness and herbaceous quality to marinades and dressing but it's honestly not bad at all. Great label and packaging too.

I’ve tried them both now, they pack a punch! Very vinegary (but is that a surprise?). I’m so happy to have this to reach for when I’m making soup or even stir-fry/ bowl. These would make great gifts.

I bought the Garden Heat Living Vinegar and have been putting it on pretty much everything. It's a great addition to some ketchup for that extra tang, but also great in more complex dishes like a Filipino tofu adobo or as simple as a stir fry. Definitely can't wait to try the rest of the vinegars and see how they compare to this one!

YES YES YES! Living Vinegars : I love these as an addition to salad dressings, but even more so as a cocktail alternative! I've been drinking these with sparkling water as a pre-dinner mocktail and not only do you get the benefits of vinegar preparing your digestive system, if you put it in a fancy wine glass you feel like your having a delightful cocktail. I love the meyer lemon honey, the rosé strawberry, and the cabernet port. Living Tonics : I've only had the passion fruit, with soda it is officially my favorite drink ever! Vinaigrettes: The Yuzu Peppercorn is great, a tad sweet for my liking, but I still love it on a salad! Can't wait to try the other flavors. LOVE that I can buy most of these at Whole Foods!

I tried the Shio Ramen Broth Bomb, as described by Acid League " This is dashi taken to a new dimension," and I agree. This is a plant-based alternative to seafood dashi, yet it hits all the flavor spots. I used it when making noodles and salads. Also, who doesn't love the aesthetic?

I'm excited by everything they're doing and would try anything they came out with. I've used their Living Vinegars to dress salads, for quick pickles, and mocktails. Product aside, the branding is beautiful and totally translates on their website and their social. I browse for genuine fun.

Bought the ramen and pho concentrates and was really impressed! Both had really amazing flavor profiles, and I can see myself using either for other recipes as well. Very excited to try more from here!

These bottles of vinegar!! My go-to snack is a baguette dipped in oil and vinegar so I'm constantly rotating through fun flavored oils and vinegar. These are so delicious, very versatile, and pretty enough to leave on your counter! I have yet to make my way through the other products Acid League offers, but I'm sure they're great considering how many bottles of vinegar I own and love from them.

I love the Cabernet port vinegar. It’s versatile and delicious, especially in soups and stews. I also like the Strawberry Rose Vinegar and made an easy dressing with fresh strawberries, vinegar, Graza drizzle olive oil and seasoned with salt and freshly ground pepper. Just blend until smooth and add some fresh thyme. So good, especially with goat cheese in a spinach salad. I also like the seafood hot sauce, a great condiment to use on tinned fish. The pineapple habanero hot sauce is brilliant too. I thought it was really good on spicy potato tacos🌮 I’m very happy with any of the products I have used so far. I think my favorite might be the Meyer Lemon and honey. I use it all the time. Quality and the flavors are ✨🎇

The mushroom concentrate is a game changer in the kitchen.

love the living vinegar part but flavors are not to my likings from a few flavors that I've tried.

Very impressed with this for a non alcoholic drink! Reminded me of grape juice a bit but unlike anything I’ve had before. Would definitely recommend this to have at a party or for any occasion. Would definitely drink the Proxy pastiche again.

They make so many different products it's hard to keep track. I love the bottles, and my favorites are their vinaigrettes. A bit overpriced I think.

I looooove vinegar and when I saw their beautiful packaging I was excited but so far I haven't been wow'ed by what I've tried (2 things). The Pink Peppercorn Honey Yuzu is a bit too sweet. I was hoping for a tangy, pepper vinaigrette but all I get is an overwhelmingly sweet citrus taste without the vinegar and pepper taste I was hoping for. I have also tried the Shio Ramen Broth and it's just okay. Again, the flavor just was more underwhelming than what I expected. It lacks the depth I was hoping for in my ramen. I've been using it more as a seasoning to my soups rather than on it's own. The bottles are so pretty and I'm still holding out hope that I find a flavor that lands with me. Maybe the malt vinegar?

Great idea. Really enjoyed one of the whites. The red tasted like a port, not great for pre-dinner
