I originally ordered their Thingdrop, which didn't go as planned, but the company was great about trying to correct the issue! I ended up trying their Proxies bestsellers series, as I've been into trying alcohol alternatives and was intrigued by non-alcoholic wine. I didn't really know what to expect, and would put the wines more in the 'sophisticated juice' category. They definitely don't taste like wine, but are still really interesting tasting with lots of new-to-me ingredients. I don't think I would normally drink them on my own as a substitute for a glass of wine, but they'd be great to have at a party or other gathering where you didn't want to drink but felt like drinking something a little special!

It feels like Acid League reads my mind.. every single release is something so dreamy and perfect for my kitchen. I am a huge fan of vinegar so that definitely helps. I use their vinegars for salad dressings and a touch of acid in cooking, and also been really loving some of the newer pantry products like the triple garlic, fish sauce, saffron gold hot sauce. But, my all time favourite product from them is the Passionfruit Oolong tonic! It's dreamy, I put it into some cold still water with ice and it's a perfect refreshing morning drink. Also mixes really well into cocktails. Acid League's products really put me in my element in the kitchen, I absolutely love experimenting with special vinegars and sauces <3

The Miso Caesar dressing is a delight -- healthy and flavorful with a nice little kick to it. Currently using it on salads several times per week and glad to have it in the rotation.

This is such an impressive brand! Before I even tasted anything, I loved the look of all the products. The packaging is beautiful and every flavor is intriguing and has the right balance of familiar and intriguing. My wife and I purchased the Strawberry Rose Vinegar and loved it. The vinegar is bold and punchy, and the unique palette is really inspiring. My wife's coffee shop now uses it in a "shrub" cocktail they serve. This brand is a no-brainer for gifts for food lovers and cooks. I'll probably start treating myself to more from the brand soon.

The shio ramen broth, and honey lemon vinegar are remarkable. I do lurk in whole foods and wait for the brand to be on sale, but if i'm out, i'm going to purchase full-price.

I love the packaging of Acid League. It's very capturing and clean. I've tried a few of their vinegars and condiments and I am always intrigued by their flavor combinations. I think they are super innovative and offer products that are very different than what you normally find. The few products that I have tried have not been my favorite, though I have used them til the end. I'll keep trying them out!

I absolutely wanted to love this salad dressing. The idea of a Thai vinaigrette sounded amazing. Unfortunately I found it too sweet and with a strange note of Rosemary that was not Asian at all.

Love this brand. The Meyer Lemon has become a fav. I need to try the others.

I tried their carrot ginger dressing, which has a very light, bright, citrus-y flavor. I would have liked a slightly thicker mouth feel to it. Being so acid-focused, it didn't really coat my veggies the way most dressings do-- you really needed a lot more of it to give it the full amount of flavor.

Their non-alcoholic Wine Proxies are notttt itt. I think they realized since they don't look available on their site. Definitely makes sense for them to stay in the vinegar lane since the wines tasted more like vinegar than the notes and other ingredients. Vinegar makes a great gift, added the berry balsamic to a pantry themed birthday gift and she absolutely loved it!

Tried the Mango Jalapeño Cilantro Vinaigrette for my salads and it was mid. It's not bad but it didn't wow me, and was honestly forgettable.

Acid League vinegars are amazing, the taste is smooth and delicious. The packaging is very refined and easy to pour.

Everything I’ve tried from this brand has really impressed me. I’ve tried a few vinegars and sauces, and my absolute favorite is the pineapple habanero hot sauce. I will absolutely continue to repurchase.

While I did not get to try this product I couldn't help but write a review. I signed up for a recent drop and got an email saying I would be refunded. This is because they had an issue with the product and they would rather refund me than send bad product. This has really made me like this brand even though I haven't tried it they really care about their product and the people who buy it and that doesn't happen often.

Beautiful Packaging and delicious vinegars. Really elevates something ordinary in the kitchen into something elegant and interesting. Nearly everything can benefit from a hit of acid! Excited to see where Acid League takes us in the future.

I've only tried the vinegars - and loved them. Would love to try other products!

I find the flavors of their vinegars to be very overpowering and strong. I would love to someday try their non-alcoholic wines.

Ordered the trio of proxies for a dinner party I hosted and wowed my guests :) The bottles are beautifully designed (passes the vibe check!), and delicious to drink- not too sweet and not too bitter/dry. Would recommend to drinkers and non-drinkers alike.
