This is a nice non-greasy sunblock with an amazing smell. I will definitely be using a lot of this over the summer. The only downside is that it's a little more expensive than the ones I usually buy.

Vacation's Classic Spray was the perfect companion for a holiday to Tropical Brazil. It was incredibly easy to apply, fast to absorb and super light. I also didn't get at all burned even though I have pasty white skin. I also used the spray on my face (applied by spraying on my hand first) and it was one of the only sunscreens not to give me breakouts.

Great experience from top to bottom! I ordered the Classic Whip through the Thingdrop and messaged Vacation to see if I could also purchase a sample of their Vacation scent to include. The responses from their team were helpful, quick, and funny! I received the order quickly and the un-boxing experience was really fun. I loved the little extras they included! As far as the Classic Whip, I love the scent and the ingredients added- the product is great! Very moisturizing. My only piece of feedback would be that it comes out very quickly but it's not a big deal at all. I also LOVE the sample of the Vacation scent I received. I wasn't sure if I liked it immediately after spraying it but after awhile it really does smell like summers by the pool when you were a kid. I'll be purchasing the larger size soon!

I'm a sunscreen fanatic. I love trying different brands, trying to find "the one". I have 3-4 sunscreens I rotate between depending on the day. For Vacation, I tried two products: their mineral body sunscreen (Mineral Lotion SPF 30) and their mineral milk (for face). I am trying to use more sunscreen products that are Zinc based, therefore mineral based. Neither mineral formula smells like coconut, banana, which I personally like. I don't really like strongly scented sunscreens. The body sunscreen blends well, and goes on nicely on the skin. The mineral milk is fantastic- a perfect facial sunscreen for the days you want something minimal, un-tinted and light feeling on the skin.

A brand this committed to leisure better have the products to back it up. They do. In Spades. I have used their sunscreen lotion and spray for several years now and everything else pales in comparison. I have gone so far to buy 3 of the candles and the lip balm collection. When leisure meets irreverence and comes out luxurious, you know you have a winner.

Just like all the other reviewers, I think Vacation is fun, smells good and does what it is supposed to. I knocked off a star as before I had used half of the whip product, the air pressure died and the product just kind of oozes out at this point. This could just be the nature of the packaging, but does change the experience. I’ll be back to this brand to try other products!

When you first spray it, it has that typical alcohol scent that all spray sunscreens have but by the time you’ve rubbed it in, it smells incredible and that scent is long lasting and water resistant. The first thing I did when it arrived was spray it on the back of my hand. After washing my hands three times over the course of a couple hours I could still smell the sunscreen! I also felt that it dried down to be less greasy than most sunscreens. Now, as for effectiveness, I am very fair skinned and burn quickly.. like I’m so pale that many makeup brands don’t even sell a foundation light enough for me. So I really took a huge risk when for two days in a row I used the “Vacation” sunscreen while spending hours in the beating sun. The risk was worth it though because I didn’t burn at all. This delicious smelling sunscreen will be my new go to!

I use both the mineral and classic lotion, both are great and worked great. I survived Bora Bora without any burns! I prefer the classic, but I know the mineral is better to use and it does rub in nicely compared to most. Yes they smell good! (🍸,🍸)

I was really impressed with the smell and texture of the sunscreen! It wasn't greasy and went on well. The branding is obviously very cool and looks nice to bring around. I was a little surprised by the size of the bottle as I thought it would be bigger.

Vacation is a staple in my routine, not only because I live in Miami year-round (aka always on Vacation™️), but also because the products are just that good. They really have crafted the perfect formula at the right price (sorry Sup*rgo*p). The original sunscreen does in fact smell good & a little bit really does go a long way. I typically prefer to use a sunscreen on my face that’s meant for the area, but the times I’ve been in a pinch and used Vacation, it wasn’t greasy and didn’t cause any breakouts. The sunscreen oil is the most luxe experience, and as long as it’s not 90 degrees (since I’m probably already ~glowy~ in that case), I always reach for it first. I appreciate that Vacaction is consistently coming up with new product offerings that always come at a surprise while still feeling exactly on brand. The cherry on top of the cake is that they NEVER break tone of voice on social- their Instagram comments section is the 🔥 place on the on the internet IMO. Not pictured here, but I bought the fragrance months ago and never leave home with a quick spritz (or 6).

Having spun out from Poolside.fm, Vacation has one of the coolest founding stories ever. The aesthetics and marketing are world-class. Was especially a fan of the unique merch that came with the pre-orders (air freshener & scratch ticket - see my photo 📸!). When I ordered Vacation I didn't expect the quality of the product to be amazing, I just wanted to support the company and its coolness. While it ain't no Supergoop, which I still prefer, it's a good sunscreen. Doesn't feel greasy, no breakouts. Not a huge fan of the coconut scent, but I guess it's kind of part of that Miami vibe 🏝

Personally, I find Vacation's packaging to be a little too gimmicky for my taste. For this reason, I don't find myself repurchasing the Classic Whip sunscreen. I do, however, LOVE their SPF 30 baby oil. Great for layering with sunscreen to get a gorgeous glow and safely tanning.

Transport me to: When spraying grand cuvée on my skin, it didn't transport me to a typical beach scene, like their sunscreen-scented products. Grand Cuvée leans toward transporting me to a sophisticated champagne brunch or a sunset rooftop. Scent: When using Chardonnay oil, from the first spritz, it opens with a nice burst of citrus, imagine chilled prosecco kissed with mandarin. I find I enjoy the scent more once the oil settles and dries down after about 30 minutes of wearing it. When I first spray it on, it’s on the strong oak side because of the cognac and amber. I prefer it once it settles because it transforms into a delicate blend of light florals and soft white peach. Wear time: Longevity can vary for each person, but for me, it lasted for almost six hours. In my opinion, I think that is a good amount of time because some perfumes only like to last for one to two hours.

Sometimes the smell of sunscreen is too tropical or too chemical. Vacation was like a breath of fresh air! I loved the smell and how easy it was to apply.

The spray lotion smells like the '80s and I mean that in the possible way. And, it gives great coverage and protection. It does not feel greasy or sticky. I love, love, love this sunscreen.

I went and got the viral spf from vacation that’s like a whip cream and baby let me tell you it burns the heck outta ur eyes but works amazing for sunscreen and DOES NOT LEAVE A WHITE CAST I REPEAT NO WHITE CAST

I brought Vacation sunscreen with me to Mexico, and it honestly felt like part of the whole vibe. Every time I put it on. Whether before snorkeling in Cozumel or lounging under a palapa in Sayulita the scent instantly took me back to childhood summers: coconut, banana, a hint of pool water. It protected my skin all day without feeling heavy or sticky, and I actually looked forward to reapplying it. It was like sunscreen that made the whole trip feel a little more fun, a little more golden.

I've gotten a lot of samples of this brand for free at various events. The nostalgic packaging is super cute and the sunscreen is definitely effective as I've never gotten a burn while using it. Wish the ingredients were cleaner though

I love this brand and their products so much! I use the whipped sunscreen, and it's not only fun to put on, but it's so light and airy that it barely feels like I'm wearing sunscreen. My 2-year-old nephew also loves it!

I tried the classic lotion and spray. Neither absorb into your skin so well. When I started sweating, it ran into my eyes and burned. I didn't put too much on, and haven't experienced that with more "normal" sunscreens I've used in the past 🤷‍♂️
