I’ve had my simplehuman trashcan for 5 years now and it’s in great condition. I don’t like their smaller home goods like sponge caddies because the size is awkward and I dont like how my scrub daddy sits in it

I really like their garbage can designs/systems. The bags are a bit expensive, but luckily the company has been around long enough that the shapes/sizes are duped/replicated by other sellers. I love the cans themselves, I purchase liners/bags from other companies because the margin is noticeable and there isn't a perceptible difference in quality.

I have had probably three of their trashcans, and they've all been incredible. 10/10 recommend. I do think they sometimes don't hold as much as other trash cans, but they are beautiful and get the job done.

Any of the household appliances I have is from Simplehuman. Trash can to hand soap dispenser, mirror are all quality products that I own. I truly love simple human and would recommend this to anyone!

I had bought their trash can and I can say that my mom loves it! We have had it for a good time now and that have lasted a long time. They have high quality that lasted a long time! mine is going strong and amazing!

I'm a fan - especially of their trash cans. I know that sounds so strange but once you hit a certain age you begin wanting to have a great trash can that doesn't make you hate taking the trash out. We used to always get a cheap one and curse them after a month (and also throw them out sometimes just because we didnt want to deal with fixing it again and again and again) but now we've had our Simplehuman trash cans for like... 3 years? And I still love them!

Very high quality products! I have the bathroom mirror, trash can, soap dispenser, and maybe more?! Anyways, awesome products that fit any style and last a lifetime.

When I first came across this brand it was like an awakening - the fact there was a refined brand for every day home products. Their trash cans are the OG, but a current favorite of mine is their makeup mirror. Such a great brand that has pieces that will last you a lifetime.

Absolutely LOVE our Simplehuman trash cans. We have a large one in the kitchen and a small bath trashcan. They are simple, classic, and don't smudge. Also, if you have a tricky pet (our dog was a trash Houdini) the kitchen trash with butterfly open is nearly impossible for them to get inside. It was worth the money!

Simplehuman products are exceptional! Their innovative designs and high-quality materials make daily tasks more efficient and enjoyable. Because of the price it took me a minute to get aboard the simplehuman trash can train… but I get it now. The dual trash can makes so much sense functionally, and is so sleek. It stays in place when stepped on (it’s sturdy enough so it doesn’t push back if light pressure is applied). I’ve never gotten compliments on a trash can before until now. It is a hefty investment (though I’m confident this will last a long while) and the specially sized bags are pricey too, but I’m all in.

I have loved all products I've owned from Simplehuman. Their wireless mirror is fantastic--have owned for 10 years now and works as well as it did when I purchased.

Overall I do like this brand and their commitment to modern design, but some of their products are hit and miss with some flaws.

The designs are nice and I like the products but I do think it's BS that they sell their own garbage bags meant to fit their specialty sized garbage cans. I know that you can buy dupes etc but it still feels a bit silly.

This review is only about trash cans. When I purchased my trash can it originally showed up with a minor dent on the lid, which fine whatever. Overall, it does its job and looks sleek while doing so. I've had it for about three and a half years and recently the mechanism that holds up the whole lid so you can change out the trash bags broke and I'm not sure why. It's unclear if this is something that's easy to fix or if I'm going to have to buy a new one. Really thought that it would last longer than it did.

Love the look and quality!

Have seen various products over the years, but I will tout their trash bins as top tier. Be mindful of their sizing, because they try to force you to use their brand of garbage bag. I do use regular garbage bags, but I have tried three different size bins, and some fit nicer than others. They stay clean, and last the daily use.

Everything I've purchased from Simplehuman has been wonderful, but admittedly expensive. Their trashcans are great, as are the custom-fit liners, but I do wish that they would try to be more innovative with the bags and make them out of sustainable (or at least recycled) materials, considering the price.

Every product simple human offers is amazing! They’re customer service is even better it shows that this company truly believes in their products and the quality that they strive for.
