I received the Fold-Up Bag as a gift from work and so far I really enjoy it. I love that it's eco-friendly and collapsable, and it has an internal zipper to store anything you don't want to get lost in the shuffle. It also has a zipper that allows you to loop it through the handle of a suitcase, which is really convenient for travel. Overall, it's very simple, sleek, and stylish. I envision myself bringing it on a trip already collapsed in case I need an extra bag for things that don't fit in my suitcase on the way home. Bonus points for matching perfectly with my navy blue Away bag.

My only feedback is that it feels like the material could be slightly sturdier/thicker.

I love this suitcase! It's the perfect size for carryon travel, the wheels are wonderful and smooth, and you can still squish more than you think in here like a traditional soft-sided suitcase. I love my colorway (green/tan) too!

Absolutely horrible customer service and shipping. I ordered a carry-on on Dec7, hoping to use it for travel on Dec 18. Paravel sends an email after purchase that I will get a tracking number when the item ships, but that fulfillment could take 5-7 days due to carrier delays. Don't hear anything. On day 7, I reach out to customer service and they say that they will expedite my shipping (on them) and they will personally follow up with a tracking number (idk why you would need to personally send a tracking number, why is that not automated?). 3 days later, still no tracking number, I follow up again. silence. day before travel, still no bag, no tracking, nothing. starting to think I will never get this bag.
