The products are praised for their durability, spaciousness, and the ability to fit a ton of stuff while maintaining their shape. However, they have had issues with quality in the past, such as faulty zippers and feet falling off. The brand is also criticized for its expensive pricing and poor customer service, including issues with shipping and handling. Some customers also expressed the wish for more secure zippers and less use of leather in their products.

I took some time before reviewing to really see how functional the tote can be. This tote is by far my favorite and most versatile one yet.  I used it for one of my recent trips. It can fit so much, looks amazing and overall a wonderful tote. 

I highly recommend getting the tote and will be looking into further items. 

I can't say much about their more expensive weekenders as they're probably stay on my "want" list for much longer but don't ignore their packable line!! The small packable backpack has saved my life time and time again. It's durable and thick but still folds down nicely.

Medium cabana tote.  I ordered the bag with monogram on a Thursday and paid for express shipping.  It arrived with a ripped open plastic bag, and no receipt or monogram on Monday afternoon.  Took them til Tuesday morning to get back to me.  I told them I needed it delivered Wed am at the latest.  They said ok.  But Tuesday at 8 pm FedEx still had not picked up the order from their warehouse and when I emailed to cancel they (immediately this time) wrote back and said sorry no can do.  Equal or higher quality products with better customer service widely available. Must be they are struggling to launch.  Shop elsewhere.  

Love my medium bag. It travels perfectly, fitting a ton of stuff while maintaining it's shape and sits perfectly on top of the away bigger carry on. 

I love my Paravel tote that I got through Thingtesting! It's spacious, the inside and outside are both beautiful. It is high quality and a sturdy tote bag which is something I look for. I wish the top zipped shut instead of the clasp, that way I could make sure my items are more secure. Not sure I would pay full price for it though. Overall though I love it! 

High quality canvas tote with a very classic design. Shipped well and I like the stitching on the bag. Not sure I would pay full price for the bag though, it isn't weather resistant and the color definitely gets dirty easy. 

Beautiful bag that looks great.  Excellent for the beach. I do think the medium is a little too small for a family of four for the pool or beach. Also would be nice if there was another zipper compartment inside the bag. 

I have the passport holder and fold-up bag. I really like both, but wish that 1) they could be customized after purchase and 2) that the brand used less leather. Especially when I use them for flying it would be nice to cut down on emissions in my accessories!

Now this is a ludicrously capacious bag. This tote ain't kidding around. It's HUGE, I don't even know how anyone could fill it up all the way and if you can, then you have too much stuff. 

I used it during a weekend trip and while it held everything, I wish  it could zip shut and that there was more padding on the straps for more support.
