Parachute Home earns mixed-but-positive reviews: its linens, robes, and Cloud/Cloud Cotton quilts feel luxuriously soft, breathable, and hotel-level cozy, and many report long-term durability, yet recurring complaints cite premature wear—tears, fraying towels, thinning fitted sheets, loose duvet ties—and occasional sizing quirks. Reviews of Parachute Home suggest the brand is good for elevated aesthetics, cooling linen, and standout robes and comforters, but buyers should expect variable durability across SKUs and manage heat with certain inserts that run warm.

I love my Parachute linen sheets. I got a Jake Arnold set to replace my previous set last year when I got a larger bed. They hold up so well and I will never stray from Parachute for my linen sheet shopping!
We have the sheets set and they’re great! Very clean and crisp
Wonderful brand, excellent quality and customer service.

I have sheets, quilts and towels from here. Slippers, a bathrobe, you name it! I can’t get enough of this brand! So soft, amazing quality. I got burp clothes and bibs too and they are so good. Not to mention the colors they use are the vibe.

Bigggg fan of my waffle towels! Super comfy and dry quickly.
I recently tried Parachute Home’s bedding and towels, and overall, I’m impressed. The quality feels premium without the overly luxurious price tag, which is rare these days. Their percale sheets are crisp and cool, perfect for someone like me who sleeps warm. They have this understated elegance, and the neutral tones make my bedroom look effortlessly chic. Shoutout to their towels—they’re soft, absorbent, and they actually get better after a few washes. That said, not everything was perfect. I found the fitted sheet a bit snug—it’s a struggle to get it on my mattress, even though it’s a standard depth. Also, I wish they had more vibrant color options. While the neutral palette is lovely, sometimes I crave a pop of color to mix things up. Their customer service deserves a mention—they were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question about shipping. Shipping itself was relatively fast, but the packaging felt a little underwhelming for a premium brand. Would I recommend Parachute? Definitely, especially if you love clean, minimalist aesthetics and appreciate quality. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout putting on that fitted sheet!
This would be a five star review, but the quality has TANKED since the origins. I have a percale duvet that's years old and it is lovely and perfect (not too heavy, not too light, soft, crisp). It was perfect out of the package and it's still in great condition despite multiple washes, pets, etc. Purchased some pillowcases in the fall in the same line/color, and the quality is TERRIBLE: tissue thin and scratchy. I doubt they will last or soften without falling apart. Ikea is better quality for the price. I hate when brands do this.
Their products are very high quality/luxurious, and their customer service is excellent. We have their percale sheets and pillow cases, their sateen Duvet cover, their down comforter, and their down alternative pillows. We have been enjoying their pillows and bedding for the past 6 years, and will continue to purchase their high quality products.

I've had more hits than misses with Parachute, but it can be hard to tell what will be great and what will let you down, which is a little frustrating because it's not a cheap brand at all. Things that have been winners: their percale sheets, the vintage linen pillow covers, a few throw pillows we've purchased, and their bath towels. I am very skeptical of their furniture.
I got the linen sheet sets and pillowcases in Bone, and my partner and I love them. We both sleep at really different temperatures, and the linen really helped with the temperature regulation, of avoiding either of us feeling too hot or too cold. Would definitely buy again!
I purchased a linen duvet cover from Parachute about a year ago. Although initially I loved the look and feel of the linen, it has started to pill and the color has dulled. I think linen itself is tricky, but for the price I thought this would have held up a little better.

I own a parachute robe. I bought it for my wedding because I wanted a quality robe that would last and I would want to wear over and over. The quality was so impressive! I can completely see why people splurge on this.
Great brand and great product. I'll be honest though. I go back and forth bw Parachute and Brooklinen.... I feel like they both have similar quality bedding but Parachute has a more elevated brand experience and collection of goods in general.
Love the linen

Can only vouch for my cloud cotton robe, but I love love love it. Just warm enough, but still breathable, and moisture-wicking for post-shower! A worthy purchase.
Have been very happy with the quality of all of the things purchased by this brand so far. We love our duvet, sheets, waffle blanket, and duvet insert !
I ordered an end table from Parachute. It was not quite as pictured (the wood tones were the same color, not contrasting as pictured) but really beautiful nonetheless.
I love my waffle hand towels. They feel so luxurious and have aged well.

I got their robe as a gift from a friend and I absolutely love it. I've always had a love/hate relationship with robes because some are just way too thick/hot, but this one is awesome - it's light, airy, and also love the color.
I bought the fitted sheet and the waffle towels. I love both. I am picky about sheets because I am a hot sleeper but I don't like the feel of linen sheets. I love how soft they are and how great they are for summer but not crazy expensive. The waffel towels are my favorite though. I love a nice plush towel, and these mangage to be so different from that but my favorite towels ever. Great purchase, I recommend them to everyone.
If you enter the store be prepared to buy something. The vibes are a little too on point.
