Reviews mention

  • Luxe, breathable linen bedding
  • Cloud quilt’s cocooning warmth
  • Elegant, cohesive neutral palette
  • Plush, comfortable waffle robes
  • Prematurely thinning fitted sheets
  • Fray‑prone, snagging waffle towels
  • Weak duvet‑tie construction
  • Percale wrinkles after washing

Parachute Home earns mixed-but-positive reviews: its linens, robes, and Cloud/Cloud Cotton quilts feel luxuriously soft, breathable, and hotel-level cozy, and many report long-term durability, yet recurring complaints cite premature wear—tears, fraying towels, thinning fitted sheets, loose duvet ties—and occasional sizing quirks. Reviews of Parachute Home suggest the brand is good for elevated aesthetics, cooling linen, and standout robes and comforters, but buyers should expect variable durability across SKUs and manage heat with certain inserts that run warm.

  • I have a couple of sets of sateen sheets, and a couple of comforters. I've had them a few years now, and I feel like the quality has stood up over the years. The sateen feels luxe and comfortable. I have the cotton voile quilt, and I wish it was a little softer - it's a little on the rough side.

  • I have the parachute duvet cover, although I do like it-I don't LOVE IT, sometimes the extra fabric looks messy to me and I wish it came in more fitted sizes

  • I currently have their linen sheets sets in bone color and it’s very nice quality. I love the color, very trendy. Super soft sheets and very nice for fall/winter time.

I think the price is quite expensive.

  • Very comfortable, great color options.

They seem to fall apart about a year after purchase, I've already been through two fitted sheets in three years.

  • I have a dubet and sham set along with a robe. I feel luxurious every night and they are so easy to clean. They give a comfortable yet sophisticated look. I have had mine for years and have no plan on getting anything new anytime soon!

  • I have the white silky duvet and shams and they really are nice. I wish the price was a little lower because I don’t know if I’d buy it without a seasonal sale but they are great!

  • You could bury me in my Parachute Cloud Quilt. It is an investment but the warmth, weight, and texture that it provides my bed is well worth it. It feels like a cloud whether you are underneath it or laying on top of it. I also love that it is reversible. My only issue with it is that it can be a bit cumbersome to wash, often taking multiple delicate cycles or time outside air drying. Other than that, it is perfect! I would try any other Parachute product in a heartbeat.

  • Parachute Home has excellent customer service and a quality product. As compared to similar brands, like Coyuchi, for example, their prices are much more accessible. When I had an issue with a quilt I'd purchased from them, they happily replaced it.

  • I have a percale duvet cover, soft luxe fitted sheet and pillowcase set, and bathrobe from Parachute. My favorite of these is the fitted sheet because of how soft it got over time, but it ripped in one of the corners. The other items were, in my opinion, not worth the price. We were gifted all the items, which was great. But I honestly think there are much more affordable and better value options.

  • Parachute makes some really nice stuff for around the home. I purchased a cloud quilt a few years ago, and while it was expensive, it hasn't left the bed since. It is great during the winter and summer months.

  • I have the down pillow and the percale duvet cover. The pillow is best suited for back sleepers, definitely not side sleepers. I like the duvet cover, good quality, only con is that it get super wrinkled after washing.

  • My review may be a bit unconventional for this brand, as I've only tested their sleepwear and slippers! I have two linen lounge sets, and they're incredible all around. Great quality, comfort and they keep getting better over time (as linen does). If I could live in their linen lounge-wear, I totally would. I also have their sherpa slippers, and when I'm at home these are always my go-to. Super comfortable, but sturdy, and easy to clean. I just throw them in the wash with towels, and voila! Good as new. Eager to try their bedding & towels as well, I've also heard amazing things about their robes!

  • We have purchased Parachute sheets. We’ve used them for months and really like the cotton. But the more we wash and dry, the more they shrink. I can barely put them on the mattresses.

They said to wash in cold water, but I wash in warm. I dry in low heat, usually taking them out a bit damp. I’m not sure what else to do to keep them from shrinking.

  • hands down the best towels (the waffles) - NOTHING compares; I've even tried to buy the Quince dupes just wish the towels were a bit less expensive, haha haven't tried the linens though! I swear by my simple amazon bamboo sheets :)

  • My go-to for all bedding. And their towels/waffle robe !!!! So simple and great quality.

I don’t love the house slippers. They’re very tight to the foot - not what I want from a slipper I wear for comfort at home.

  • I own several pieces of bedding and I have been pleased with everything. I have not had an issue and I think that the quality is there for the price.

Cleaning-- if there was a way to get Parachute to clean the items that would be even better. At the moment-- trying to find a laundry mat willing to clean

  • I bought a linen quilt from Parachute a few years ago during one of their semi-annual sales and it has held up really well. It’s cooling for summer but still feels comforting. I’ve had no issues washing it!

  • So soft and comfortable, very luxurious feel. A little over priced, and within a couple weeks of regular use there were snags in both the fabric and hem. Otherwise an excellent product if you’re willing to shell out the money.

    Overpriced, could use more durability.
