Parachute Home earns mixed-but-positive reviews: its linens, robes, and Cloud/Cloud Cotton quilts feel luxuriously soft, breathable, and hotel-level cozy, and many report long-term durability, yet recurring complaints cite premature wear—tears, fraying towels, thinning fitted sheets, loose duvet ties—and occasional sizing quirks. Reviews of Parachute Home suggest the brand is good for elevated aesthetics, cooling linen, and standout robes and comforters, but buyers should expect variable durability across SKUs and manage heat with certain inserts that run warm.

I had been eyeing the Organic Resort Stripe Towels (Camel with Soft Black) for a while and finally decided to order them—and I’m so glad I did. The color combination feels fresh and elevated, and the stripe adds just enough interest without overwhelming the space. In my small bathroom, where decor moments are limited, they make a noticeable impact. The quality feels worth the investment. They’ve held up well in the wash so far—no loose threads or fraying—and I appreciate that they’re made from organic cotton and are OEKO-TEX certified. They’re definitely a bit of a splurge, but they feel intentional and well-made. I also picked up the matching shower curtain liner (which was out of stock for quite a while), and it’s been great. It’s mildew-resistant, fully waterproof, and best of all, machine washable—such a practical upgrade.

I have been searching for years for a comforter that envelopes me in the clouds - this one does that and more. It is so comfortable!!! The downside, with all that puff comes a TON of warmth. As a 40 something woman who suffers from night sweats with a husband who likes to sleep cold, this did not suit us. If you are someone who doesn’t mind being warm at night and want to sleep among the clouds, this is a must buy … totally worth the high price. If not, look at something with less puff!

Extremely luxe and cozy. We got towels, sheets, a quilt and a robe as a wedding gift and I love them. They've held up well so far a couple years in. The colours all complement each other nicely as well without being identical.

I got all my bedding from parachute as wedding presents. Everything has held up really well except the strings inside the duvet cover ripped off pretty fast. Maybe they just were strong enough to hold the heavy duvet inside. Other than that I have been really happy with all the bedding! It still looks very nice after many years too.

Yes, these are premium items, but it's sad when you pay a premium and they don't last long. I love the colors and the material they use. Sadly after 1 wash of our brand-new towels, the threads are all pulled out and just look cheap.

Their linen sheets are incredible and have held up well after weekly washes for over a year. I've tried other DTC bedding brands and this has been the best. The price can be a bit high, but it is worth it for the quality. Also, their linen robe is amazing for summer weather!

I would love to see a men's linen shirt & pants. men's slippers, etc.

Great customer experience via chat / email and in store. I boldly asked for a discount as I have always wanted to try their bedding and someone got back to me right away with the tip of sales during Memorial Day Weekend and around the Holidays! When the time came to pull the trigger on the cloud quilt, I got the discount, purchased more than I intended and the in store experience was wonderful!

I LOVE the cloud quilt and brag about it often to friends. I will say, it can be quite large so for our king bed we downsized and the return process was so EASY! I also bought a mattress topper, pillows, shams, a duvet cover, throw pillows and vases....I will give all products at 10 out of 10. The mattress topper was an unexpected purchase and has changed the sleep game. The duvet cover is soft and just what we were looking for. The pillows were unexpected as well - we are big Casper fans but now like these more! We purchased the king down alternative ones. The vases we got on 'last chance' and they're the perfect edition to our entry way tables. Made by a small company that also sells on Etsy!

Do you want a life changing experience? Then you need to finally upgrade your bedding with Parachute. As someone with an autoimmune disease sleep is incredibly important to me. I upgraded my bedding in my late 20s because I was having cortisol spikes and waking up at 2am every night, so I decided to treat myself by getting my first set of real adult bedding and I’ve never looked back. Recently my mom stayed in my bed while helping me move and she was so shocked with the quality of her sleep that she went and purchased the same set the next day.

I wish the produce was more affordable but the quality definitely makes it worth it!

I’ve worked in product development for home goods, so my standards for bedding are unreasonably high. Most “luxury” linen sheets fall apart on closer inspection — rough finish, bad stitching, weird shrinkage, or that plasticky softened feel that disappears after two washes. Parachute’s linen bedding actually holds up. The texture is right — airy but not flimsy, with that weighty drape that makes a bed feel intentional. They don’t try to over-process the fabric into fake softness. Instead, it breaks in naturally over time the way linen should. And they fit — no fighting with the corners or waking up to a half-undone fitted sheet situation. I’ve had mine for a while now (probs like 8 years at this point), washed them a bunch, and no weird pilling or stretching. The buttons on my duvet cover are all still intact as well. Really lovely quality

Would have been a perfect rating if it wasn't for the extraordinarily high pricing. Please note that Parachute does have items that are of incredible quality, for the home and bath decor and linens as well as robes. The prices for the furniture are outrageous and close to RH pricing. What is totally worth the splurge and closer to reasonable pricing based on the quality are: bed linens, bath towels, robes, and blankets. The furniture (which there is little of) is gorgeous and definitely looks very luxe. I would say that Parachute is like a mix of West Elm / CB2, and the scandi version of RH. I have bought for myself and also gifted the robes as well as the thin knit ribbed blankets (which are fantastic and like a summer weight blanket while still being cozy). Absolutely love Parachute.

i do think their products are worth the investment. i’ve since converted to having only parachute bedding. their linen is my favorite material followed by percale then sateen!

they only do sales twice a year (memorial day and black friday if i’m remembering correctly). wish they did these more frequently but i guess it also helps me to limit my purchases so i’m not breaking the bank lol.

i was a very early adopter of linen sheets having to originally order from europe as there were almost none in us. parachute was 1 of the 1st & i bought a king sized sheet set as soon as i learned about them in 2015 . they were pricey, but quality linen usually is & i see it as more of an investment as some i have from abroad are still in near perfect condition. they arrived packaged nicely & laundered well. after i slept on them once i put on a guest bed so only slept on & washed several times since purchase. unfortunately they have been a lot of money down the drain. as i was putting on the fitted sheet last time a huge hole ripped where the mattress rounds outs so i cant use it. the flat sheet is showing lot of areas where easily see linen thinning & i know if i pulled (as one does with a sheet) it will rip but most bizarrely it has generated mass amnt white lint fuzz all around the outside bed frame & is everywhere.
Feedback
their quality is obviously sub standard especially for the price!! i have a linen top sheet from h&m home that is showing no signs of wear & was 70% less expensive & used on main bed so used far more. obviously a lot of time has passed but i was interested in what cust service would say abt the hole & thinning fabric & maybe offer me replacement at very good cost. their cust service was not helpful only saying linen is not meant to withstand heavy use (after i told her it is bedding after all & was in guest rm), claim no one ever had issue with lint & offered me 10% off which i could do giving my email.

High quality sheets and pillowcases. Totally worth the money. Really soft and luxurious.

I’ve had the Parachute waffle towels and robe for a few years now, and they’ve held up beautifully to daily use. They remain soft, comfortable, and in excellent condition—no signs of wear or fading. The texture and colors complement our home aesthetic perfectly, adding a clean, relaxed feel to our space. I’ve always washed them on cold and tumble dried on low, and they’ve maintained their quality without issue. Highly recommend if you’re looking for bath essentials that are both functional and stylish.

Was hesitant to buy based on price but really happy with the quality of these products. I've used their sheets and duvet covers (cloud cotton fabric) and they're so cozy! They also have super elevated little details like a "long side" tag on the sheets which I find super helpful.

I’ve had the all year down insert for 4 years and it’s like a cloud. Extremely comfortable and the perfect temperature. Definitely worth the price.

Only recently it started deflating a bit on one side, I should be able to fluff it up in the dryer.

Hate their linen sheets. They did not get softer over time like I expected and I found them quite rough to start. I do like their selection of colors, though.

Not worth the money.

I can’t speak on their bedding. I bought towel in 2019. This was to be a leveling up from the towels we’d used while raising our kids. We were in a new city and I wanted my first “plush” (for me) towels. Within a year (but just outside the return window) the towels are a mess. They’re comfy and the sheets are nicely large, but they’re full of snags, pulls, threads hanging, etc. The towels I used for over a decade were in better shape. After all of my research I narrowed it down to two companies and I took a chance on Parachute and I chose poorly. Im afraid to try their linen sheets now.

The towels are just not holding up to regular use. They shouldn't be this bad in less than 2 years.

These sheets are so soft and quite durable! They are also pretty great at looking nice without any extra ironing or steaming.

I love the duvet but wish it had a zipper instead of all those buttons.

I have bought many things from Parachute and I bought a set of towels in October 2022. A few months ago I noticed that the edges of these towels were shredding and they’ve gotten very bad recently. I stopped using them and contacted the company and they said because I bought them a year and three months after I complained — they will not be responsible for them they will not do anything if it’s been over a year. I have a set of Target towels that I bought five or six years ago that are holding up very well still. For the price that I paid for my parachute towels, they should be still holding up at this point and I’m very disappointed that the company isn’t Doing anything about it. I bought Coyuchi towels over the holidays and I am very happy with their quality. I will no longer be shopping at pParachute unfortunately
