A key strength noted in reviews is the impressive quality and durability of their bedding, which many users find comfortable and luxurious. • I just LOVE this brand! Their quality is very high and it just elevates your sleep. I first bought their duvet cover and the texture of the linen is just awesome. Every night going into bed, it is soft, comfortable and it brings your sleep to a better quality. Then I bought the fitted sheets, and sham, pillow case and literally I have all linen beddings now! Their colors are neutral/natural which fits with my interior. Love it!

  • I recently tried Parachute Home’s bedding and towels, and overall, I’m impressed. The quality feels premium without the overly luxurious price tag, which is rare these days. Their percale sheets are crisp and cool, perfect for someone like me who sleeps warm. They have this understated elegance, and the neutral tones make my bedroom look effortlessly chic. Shoutout to their towels—they’re soft, absorbent, and they actually get better after a few washes. That said, not everything was perfect. I found the fitted sheet a bit snug—it’s a struggle to get it on my mattress, even though it’s a standard depth. Also, I wish they had more vibrant color options. While the neutral palette is lovely, sometimes I crave a pop of color to mix things up. Their customer service deserves a mention—they were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question about shipping. Shipping itself was relatively fast, but the packaging felt a little underwhelming for a premium brand. Would I recommend Parachute? Definitely, especially if you love clean, minimalist aesthetics and appreciate quality. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout putting on that fitted sheet!

  • My fitted sheet I bought 1 year ago has thinned to the point of having multiple holes. I can’t find my original order information which means no resolution with customer service so far.

  • Their linen sheets are incredible and have held up well after weekly washes for over a year. I've tried other DTC bedding brands and this has been the best. The price can be a bit high, but it is worth it for the quality. Also, their linen robe is amazing for summer weather!

I would love to see a men's linen shirt & pants. men's slippers, etc.

  • Yes, these are premium items, but it's sad when you pay a premium and they don't last long. I love the colors and the material they use. Sadly after 1 wash of our brand-new towels, the threads are all pulled out and just look cheap.

  • Do you want a life changing experience? Then you need to finally upgrade your bedding with Parachute. As someone with an autoimmune disease sleep is incredibly important to me. I upgraded my bedding in my late 20s because I was having cortisol spikes and waking up at 2am every night, so I decided to treat myself by getting my first set of real adult bedding and I’ve never looked back. Recently my mom stayed in my bed while helping me move and she was so shocked with the quality of her sleep that she went and purchased the same set the next day.

I wish the produce was more affordable but the quality definitely makes it worth it!

  • Would have been a perfect rating if it wasn't for the extraordinarily high pricing. Please note that Parachute does have items that are of incredible quality, for the home and bath decor and linens as well as robes. The prices for the furniture are outrageous and close to RH pricing. What is totally worth the splurge and closer to reasonable pricing based on the quality are: bed linens, bath towels, robes, and blankets. The furniture (which there is little of) is gorgeous and definitely looks very luxe. I would say that Parachute is like a mix of West Elm / CB2, and the scandi version of RH. I have bought for myself and also gifted the robes as well as the thin knit ribbed blankets (which are fantastic and like a summer weight blanket while still being cozy). Absolutely love Parachute.

  • i do think their products are worth the investment. i’ve since converted to having only parachute bedding. their linen is my favorite material followed by percale then sateen!

they only do sales twice a year (memorial day and black friday if i’m remembering correctly). wish they did these more frequently but i guess it also helps me to limit my purchases so i’m not breaking the bank lol.

  • i was a very early adopter of linen sheets having to originally order from europe as there were almost none in us. parachute was 1 of the 1st & i bought a king sized sheet set as soon as i learned about them in 2015 . they were pricey, but quality linen usually is & i see it as more of an investment as some i have from abroad are still in near perfect condition. they arrived packaged nicely & laundered well. after i slept on them once i put on a guest bed so only slept on & washed several times since purchase. unfortunately they have been a lot of money down the drain. as i was putting on the fitted sheet last time a huge hole ripped where the mattress rounds outs so i cant use it. the flat sheet is showing lot of areas where easily see linen thinning & i know if i pulled (as one does with a sheet) it will rip but most bizarrely it has generated mass amnt white lint fuzz all around the outside bed frame & is everywhere.

their quality is obviously sub standard especially for the price!! i have a linen top sheet from h&m home that is showing no signs of wear & was 70% less expensive & used on main bed so used far more. obviously a lot of time has passed but i was interested in what cust service would say abt the hole & thinning fabric & maybe offer me replacement at very good cost. their cust service was not helpful only saying linen is not meant to withstand heavy use (after i told her it is bedding after all & was in guest rm), claim no one ever had issue with lint & offered me 10% off which i could do giving my email.

  • Was hesitant to buy based on price but really happy with the quality of these products. I've used their sheets and duvet covers (cloud cotton fabric) and they're so cozy! They also have super elevated little details like a "long side" tag on the sheets which I find super helpful.

  • I’ve had the all year down insert for 4 years and it’s like a cloud. Extremely comfortable and the perfect temperature. Definitely worth the price.

Only recently it started deflating a bit on one side, I should be able to fluff it up in the dryer.

  • High quality sheets and pillowcases. Totally worth the money. Really soft and luxurious.

I liked everything about the product

    Verified purchase
  • Hate their linen sheets. They did not get softer over time like I expected and I found them quite rough to start. I do like their selection of colors, though.

    Feedback

    Not worth the money.

  • These sheets are so soft and quite durable! They are also pretty great at looking nice without any extra ironing or steaming.

I love the duvet but wish it had a zipper instead of all those buttons.

  • I have bought many things from Parachute and I bought a set of towels in October 2022. A few months ago I noticed that the edges of these towels were shredding and they’ve gotten very bad recently. I stopped using them and contacted the company and they said because I bought them a year and three months after I complained — they will not be responsible for them they will not do anything if it’s been over a year. I have a set of Target towels that I bought five or six years ago that are holding up very well still. For the price that I paid for my parachute towels, they should be still holding up at this point and I’m very disappointed that the company isn’t Doing anything about it. I bought Coyuchi towels over the holidays and I am very happy with their quality. I will no longer be shopping at pParachute unfortunately

  • I purchased their cloud duvet cover because I wanted something more mature and comfortable and I am blown away. Every single person that lays in my bed asked me where I got my duvet and pillowcases from. So incredibly comfortable and worth the price! I look forward to climbing into bed every single night

    Feedback

The strings inside the duvet cover (that tie to your down comforter) are just horrible quality and lowkey falling apart. It’s a little frustrating considering how expensive it is but I’ll just sew new ones on if they fall off!

  • Came with runs in the duvet cover. Tried to return and they said I would have had to carry it to a store and show them the run in the cover. Too lazy to do that so I kept it. It’s incredibly lightweight, I don’t over heat, super comfortable but just not worth the $$ since it was a bad customer experience and the material gets caught on everything. There’s a ton of runs in it now and I’ve had it for less than a year.

    Feedback

Wouldn’t buy the honeycomb style because of The runs. And it came like that!

  • LOVE.. great product and amazing shipping/user experience! personal favorites - Sateen - (if you are warm sleeper, pass or save for your winter sheet) - Linen Sheets - so soft and breathable, great quality - Cloud Quilt - feels more like a therapy blanket to me, has changed my couch set up and I style it at the end of my bed - they do a 20% sale 2x a year so always good to wait since its $$$

  • I can’t speak on their bedding. I bought towel in 2019. This was to be a leveling up from the towels we’d used while raising our kids. We were in a new city and I wanted my first “plush” (for me) towels. Within a year (but just outside the return window) the towels are a mess. They’re comfy and the sheets are nicely large, but they’re full of snags, pulls, threads hanging, etc. The towels I used for over a decade were in better shape. After all of my research I narrowed it down to two companies and I took a chance on Parachute and I chose poorly. Im afraid to try their linen sheets now.

    Feedback

The towels are just not holding up to regular use. They shouldn't be this bad in less than 2 years.

  • Ordered body pillow and body pillow case. Case was completely the wrong size. Looks v sloppy.
