  • Sleek, minimalist design aesthetic
  • Noticeably softer, cleaner-feeling water

  • Comfortable, even water pressure
  • Inconsistent efficacy for some users
  • Single, non-adjustable spray setting

Jolie earns largely positive reviews for delivering softer-feeling water that often leaves hair smoother, less brassy or oily, and skin less dry or irritated, while preserving pleasing water pressure and offering sleek, easy-to-install design. Reviews also flag inconsistencies in results (some see no change), occasional reduced pressure or leaks, difficult filter changes and head rusting/yellowing, a single spray setting, and ongoing filter replacements that some find burdensome.

  • I have been using my Jolie Filtered Showerhead for almost 8 months now and I will never go back to unfiltered water! I felt a difference immediately after installing my Jolie but it’s the long term benefits I started seeing after the 6 month mark that will keep me a Jolie customer for life. My hair is healthier and shinier, my skin is glowing, and I’m not dealing with the same dryness and irritation that I truly thought was chronic. Who new the quality of your water could change so much! Also! Loved the unboxing experience and easy installation - couldn’t have been easier.

  • Waited awhile for this beautiful shower head but it was well worth the wait. It has made my hair so full and bouncy. I love it!

Faster shipping would be great but as a business owner myself I understand about the state the shipping industry is in right now.

  • Had high hopes for this brand, when I received package, almost everything had tears, the outer box, the inner box. Clearly a made in China brand that I'm paying for the high cost of design only.

Doesn't justify a $180 I paid for. Other uglier filters have better filtration.

  • Waaay easier than expected to install. And it's way more aesthically pleasing that our prior showerhead. Removing tye old showerhead is a reminder why we got this - there was gross residue build up on the old head - from chemicals and crap in the water.

  • They are finding more and more reasons why tap is bad for your skin, especially important if you have young children. Definitely something people need to use if they care about their long term skin care. Save your money on all the creams!

  • I've been using Jolie shower head for about 2 years now. The water at my house is very hard, and with bleach blonde hair... it simply doesn't mix! This shower head makes such a huge difference and I can tell when it's time to replace the filter as my hair isn't nearly as soft. As much as I dislike having to pay for replacement filters, I love how good it makes my hair feel so I will continue to pay and be happy!

  • I've been using Jolie for over a year now in San Francisco. I l love how the filters are on subscription base, so I know exactly when to swap it out. The filter also seems to work pretty well!

  • I love my Jolie! I have had it for a few years now. it is a little annoying to replace the filter every 3 months but not too bad, the shower head itself also needs a good cleaning every so often but overall it is a great shower head and amazing water pressure.

  • I honestly don't know if I noticed much of a difference when using the shower head. I've used it for over a year and had the replacement filter subscription. I've cancelled my filter subscriptions, but still use the shower head. It's been a few months out from the recommended filter replacement time, but like I said, I don't think I really notice a difference. I think it looks nice, but not worth it for me.

  • I've been using my Jolie showerhead for the past month & I am loving it so far. My skin is noticeably softer & my hair feels silkier.

  • Easy to use product. The biggest down sides are cost (honestly way too high for what it is) and customer service. Customer service takes a while and the login can be glitchy

  • Waited until I moved to install this in my shower and I really am so impressed! I didn't realize how much of a difference a new showerhead could make for my hair, it feels so much softer now.

  • YASSSSSS. My hair and skin feel so much better after showering, there are barely any hard water stains to clean, and the water tastes clean (is that weird to say?). The unboxing experience is great and the tools are high-quality. Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Metrics into how long the filter will last (i.e., does a family of four need to change it out more frequently than a family of two?)

I tried the Jolie filtered showerhead, and my hair and skin feel the difference

  • SKIN IS SO MUCH BETTER. It's no secret that the LA water sucks. Not only does this make my skin and hair feel so much better, but also no more needing to clean up all the hard water in the shower all the time. It's actually pretty scary how gross our water is, so absolutely love this product and will be purchasing more for the entire house.

More color options such as brushed gold/bronze

  • I needed a shower head and this was a great replacement.

  • I got this when I lived in LA because the water in my apartment was very hard and mineral-heavy. Pros: Does exactly what it is supposed to do (a.k.a. fixed my hard water problem, and as a result, made my hair less frizzy); cool design; very easy install Semi-Con: Shitty water pressure unless you take it apart and remove the washer that causes the shitty water pressure (not too hard, just kind of annoying)
