Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • I've tried the Mighty Patch a few times now with good results. It doesn't really work for pimples I haven't opened; it doesn't seem to pull anything out of deeply embedded pimples or pimples that haven't come to a head. However, it definitely pulls the gunk out of pimples and speeds up clearing most of the time. However, I have had some pimples that honestly looked for irritated after putting a patch on them. It at least makes a barrier so no other germs or irritants can get into your pimple.

I wish they would make a patch that actually pulls out blackheads or cystic acne.

  • They actually stay on and get absorb all the ick!

    Feedback

My only complaint- they're thickness makes them more visible, but also better than other brands.

  • These worked relatively well! I would recommend when you need for blemishes in a pinch.

  • MP works great on pimples that need to go away FAST. I love the ability to wear them and no one notices. They work very well and can be used anywhere on the body.

I wish the plastic for the backing had a little more of a tint because sometimes its hard for me to see where the patch is.

  • Love hero mighty patches! They work so well and are not damaging to the skin. I even wear them during the day sometimes

    Feedback

So handy seeing these products and beauty and department stores.

  • I've been using the original patch. It really helps me not pick at my skin, I'm not sure if the healing effect is from that alone, or the bandaid is really doing something additional on top of that. Either way, really happy with the effects of this product! I'll note that the packaging is really nice and seems clean/sanitary, though I wish the sheets were a bit smaller. It feels like I do not go through each sheet quick enough for the individual packaging size of the sheet.

  • Hero works, but is way too expensive, too much wasteful packaging!

Packaging needs to be more minimal, pricing feels outrageous

  • The Original Hero Mighty Patch is pure magic, and I must have it stocked at all times. I've dealt with acne for 20 years, and while I finally have it mostly under control due to regular retinol use, I still often get painful under the skin pimples and whiteheads. That said, the Mighty Patch will heal them in 1-2 days. The one thing you need to note in order for the patch to be effective is that the pimple has to have an opening, so I typically lightly pop it, clean it, dry it, then add the patch on top before I go to bed. It's very gross but satisfying to see all the stuff it sucked out the next morning. Often it's healed with one use, but sometimes I'll need to add one or two more patches. I've never needed to use them more than 2 days in a row.

I wish there were more in a pack for a couple reasons, mainly the convenience of not having to buy several boxes, but also to help cut down on waste.

  • Love these! I’ve used them on small nicks or ingrown hairs to help the healing process

  • The glycolic patches work super well! I am especially fond of the ones with little spikes that infiltrate acne at the source. I do think that other brands do these patches just as well, here doesn't seem to be anything *specific* about Mighty patch that works more or better than others. But these patches do work! Best advice - keep a set in your bag for flights or wear them under masks during the day!

Continue to make different sizes. I love the large patches but they don't quite fit around my chin or nose as well as they could.

  • These are the best acne patches I have tried and always go back to this brand again and again. Can always rely on this product to relieve my acne issues and will be my tried and true.

  • These patches are game changing. You no longer have to pick at pimples and get red scarring. Once you put one of these on an open zit, it fills the patch with what's inside and reduces the pimple within hours. Game changing.

  • I have tried a lot of Hero Cosmetics products and love them! The original mighty patches are the best hydrocolloid patches I’ve tried. Also the rescue balm is great for my healing acne.

The micro dart patches don’t work very well on me.

  • These are my go to now every time i get a pimple. They are great and prevent me from skin picking

  • I've tried both The Original and The Micropoint Mighty Patches and only feel that The Original is worth it. I typically apply a patch over a just-popped pimple and leave it on overnight. My skin is super sensitive and I've never experienced any sort of reaction. There are definitely cheaper options out there, but I appreciate how easy these are to grab at my local Target.

  • There are a lot of pimple patches on the market and these are more expensive than other brands, but do the same exact thing. You also don't get very many in a package. They are really good for people who pick their skin and alleviate my blemishes over night.

    Feedback

There are not enough patches in a package.

  • I’ve been using the green tinted Rescue Balm for a few months and really like it. It’s nice and moisturizing for spots and does a great job at diminishing redness while treating the pimple.

    Feedback

The thing I don’t love about the green tinted Rescue Balm is that it pills a bit and doesn’t always give a smooth look. I tend to wear it more on days I’m doing minimal makeup - hanging around at home or somewhere else I’m not worried about completely covering acne or redness.

  • Absolutely magic - as a man I am rarely in the weeds with cosmetic products but these bad boys are amazing.

    Feedback

Nothing these are scary good and so cool.

  • Pimple patches never work for me - I always end up getting very bad hyperpigmentation and scaring, but these took out most of the pimple gunk!
