Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

I'm pretty impressed with Hero's original Mighty Patches! I think they really do make a difference in healing/removing certain blemishes. They work so well on anything that's reached the surface - like wear one patch overnight and it's wiped out by the morning! For anything below the surface though, they're pretty useless. I tried the Micropoint version which is supposed to do that but didn't think it did much at all for me. I would've really loved if they had something more effective to remove those tricky blemishes you can feel coming before they reach the surface but hey! I'll take what I can get! Also love that they're so matte and clear - so pretty unnoticeable, especially for anyone trying to get those spot treatments in during zoom calls!
So far, these are the best pimple patches I've found though I will say, they are a little pricey. I do find them to be very high-quality and they do what they say they do. I've never had issues with adhesion either!
They work pretty wel!
Innovative technology.
not for me, do not notice a difference despite how many ads I see of people promoting these
It's my hero in this slightly embarrassing moments.

Love these! Perfect to pop over and pimples or red spots on my face. I especially like to pack in my carry on bag when I’m traveling. I’ve tried other pimple patches and others don’t compare.
I find their pimple patches quite visible compared to Rael.
After trying a few different brands, they have become my go-to for pimple patches. They seem to be the most effective on my skin. I'm able to leave them on for a few hours during the day instead of overnight.
My favorite pimple patch brand. The original work best.

I like this in concept, but it's very noticeable and after a few hours the patches become milky white, making them look like a gigantic pimple... Also, this are white heads, so they are definitely limited. Nonetheless, good to have at hand to control a surprise breakout.
I like these patches, but I sometimes feel like they are not strong enough! They take down the swelling of something new, but does not dry it out that well for longer term healing!
One of the only brands of pimple patches I've found that really do work!
While traveling, my skin reacted poorly to the change in environment and stress of traveling. I was in a pinch and decided to try the Rescue Balm given its convenient, eye-catching packaging. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of consistent use, I didn't notice a difference in my skin. Perhaps their other patch products work better, but I didn't experience the efficacy I'd want out of this product.
Mighty Patch works amazing, but lots of other companies have the same patch with the same ingredient for a lower price.
Patches are ok. Skincare products are better.

Their pads work really well, they are thin but stick very firmly, especially "stealth" when makeup.

Tried the mighty patch and have mixed feeling about it. It was messy when I remove the patch. Didn't quite dry it up as I hope. Also, bought the bigger mighty patch for forehead, hose, and chin. These are more expensive than your basic Biore strips and not effective either. It unfortunately does little to nothing at all to the skin, it felt almost as if I just stick a piece of tape to my face and peel it off.
I mean...She understood the assignment! These really are a life saver. I have very sensitive skin and these work beautifully.
Unremarkable for the price in my opinion. The patches work, but just as well as any other hydrocolloid patch. I haven't found their rescue spot treatment to be all that effective either. I just buy the store brand patches now--I don't miss the Hero Cosmetics ones.
