Fever-Tree reviews state the brand works: its mixers reliably elevate cocktails, with ginger beer and tonics repeatedly praised for bright, fresh flavor and lively carbonation; however, several reviewers cite excessive sweetness in some SKUs and changing ingredient formulations as downsides, so buyers seeking a less sweet or more natural profile may prefer alternatives.

  • I really like Fever-Tree’s ginger beer — it has a nice kick without being too sweet, and I’ll sometimes drink it on its own, not even using it as a mixer. It’s great that they offer a light version too, since the regular one is pretty sweet for someone that doesn't really drink sodas. I’ve been meaning to try their Bloody Mary mix, but I haven’t been able to find it yet.

  • Sure, it's more expensive than other tonics or cocktail mixers. But it's truly high-quality and you get what you pay for when it comes to Fever Tree. I like all the different flavors that they offer now (especially the grapefruit tonic).

  • Fever-Tree is my go-to tonic. It’s a step up from Schweppes and really lets good gin shine. My favourite flavour is their Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water. It’s a little lighter on the calories and provides the perfect base for any gin and tonic. I always tend to go with a more simple tonic and let the gin and any garnishes add any extra flavours. Cheers!

  • I am a super annoying cocktail snob, and many times even make my own tonic water. Fever Tree is one of the best, though. I have no complaints about their tonics and I really love their grapefruit soda.

  • I purchased the gin that promoted the fever tree as the mixer at the carrington steak something something hotel. I saw in their commercial they use a sea plane to go collect the freshest ingredients. I understand now that the sea plane landers, have a second use for when they fly to heaven and collect the raspberry for their fever-tree raspberry. Thanks to fever-tree I get to taste heaven right here on earth. Thanks Mr Tree. You give me fevvvAaa

  • I keep our mini fridge stocked with the ginger beer flavor. I’ve also tried the grapefruit, which is probably made to be used as a mixer. The ginger beer alone is wonderful. It also pairs well with alcohol. I usually purchase two or more cases at a time. I highly recommend this brand over other ginger beers.

  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer is one of my favorite go-to products to use when making cocktails at home. It has the perfect amount of ginger taste & carbonation! I also love the size of the bottles.

  • Pretty decent ginger beer. I have had better but these are not bad. I like how fizzy they are. I would try other varieties

  • I am rarely a G&T girlie, but when I am, I choose Fever Tree. It's bright, it's flavorful, and it mixes well. Also good with bitters.

  • Absolutely love their ginger beer. It has a great strong taste and tons of bubbles. Perfect for a Moscow Mule!

  • Great cocktail/mocktail mixer and that's all I use it for. The size of them is typically perfect for topping off one to three drinks.

  • Fever-Tree is a classic! I've always kept their tonic on my bar cart for drinks. There's nothing quite as simple and they're just a staple at this point!

  • The highest quality mixers. You can definitely go cheaper but you won't get better taste. Has just the right level of fizz.

  • I know I'm drinking something fancy when it's made with Fever-Tree! The perfect mixer.

  • I use their drinks for cocktails, and they’re amazing. I love their ginger beer, all of the flavors are vibrant and refreshing!

  • Love their sparkling sicilian lemonade and definitely want to try more products from their lineup!

  • My go to brand for tonic for gin and tonics. On a recent trip to London, I noticed every time I ordered a GNT, I was served Fever Tree. Not too sweet. Good flavour. Easy to recycle bottles.

  • The best tonic to go with your gin of choice. Considering that most of the drink is tonic, worth spending a little more to really lift the experience.

  • High quality, delicious mixers and tonics with fresh flavors. Fever-Tree’s ginger beer is my absolute favorite!
