Beauty Pie Reviews
Experience
Had I reviewed the company when I joined Beauty Pie 3 years ago this would probably have been a 5 star review. The products are (in the main) excellent quality & deliver on their intended uses. The Über Youth Probiotic Serum mist, Triple Hyaluronic Acid eye cream, Dr Glycolic foot peel socks and the nail polishes are all repeat buys for me. I loved the fact that when I first joined you had to be invited to review a product a couple of weeks after you received it - I felt this made for true & accurate user reviews. The customer service for my first 18months was pretty good. Now, sadly, not so much. Whilst I realise that due to circumstances beyond their control certain ingredients are either in short supply or no longer available so formulations have required changes. But these changeshave not been communicated well & items such as the Healthy Skin shower gel are now a totally different product to the one I used to love. It’s a shame that the ethos of a “buyers club for members” and letting members & the products speak for the brand has been eschewed for ads & influencers because that’s not what I signed up for.
Feedback
Communication with customers needs to improve massively - if a formula changes send out the info in an email. The products are good & competitively priced but not the steal they used to be.
Experience
Amazing products at fabulous prices. Shopping their products is like being a kid in a candy store! You want to buy it all. Each item is high quality and you cannot beat the prices. So worth becoming a member.

One improvement would be to accept all types of credit cards. I had to use my debit card which I don’t like to use because they didn’t take my usual card.

I LOVE Beautypie! Every product that I've tried has instantly become a staple. I especially like their affordably priced fragrances that smell luxurious and last all day
Experience
I really enjoy the discounted pricing I get as a Beauty Pie member. So far, I've ordered sunscreen, neck serum, hair conditioner, hair oil, apricot cleansing balm, and retinol hand cream. I've enjoyed every product I've ordered but the cleansing balm has got to me my absolute favorite. It melts in like a dream, emulsifies easily, and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft.
Feedback
The website it easy to use, and I enjoy the occasional "member only" deals and alerts I get in my mailbox. Another reason I like the cleansing balm is its packaged in a glass jar (no plastic except the lid). I wish more Beauty Pie products had reduced-plastic packaging.
Experience
I've been a Beauty Pie member since 2017, I think. I've gifted memberships to friends, and gotten more than one friend started on skincare regimens with their products. It's a great way to introduce someone to skincare when they might be hesitant to spend a lot of money for a full regimen on more mainstream skincare websites like Dermstore. The Japanfusion cleanser is a major holy grail for me -- I'll never be without it! Their new products developed with their dermatologist are really nice too. If you're thinking about trying them, definitely order the Japanfusion cleanser, the candles, the vitamin c capsules, the concealer brush, the brow gel, and the eyeliners!

I love Beauty Pie’s membership pricing model. The annual membership fee is very reasonable, and you get a wide range of high-quality products at price points you normally see in drug stores. I have discovered some all-time favorites. The emails are informational and definitely a value add, and the in-house dermatologist provides great skincare advice.
Feedback
I wish the skincare products were fragrance-free, because they have really effective formulas, and to risk irritation by adding fragrance seems counterintuitive. Also, several moisturizers are in jar packaging, when airtight would be better. This may be a matter of cost.

I've been a Beauty Pie member since I discovered it on Thingtesting in 2018. I love this brand so much - it's where I truly get all of my skincare, makeup and personal care products (and sometimes even a candle here and there). I love the subscription because of the price and the convenience of getting everything from one place. Coming from someone who loves trying new products all the time, it's a huge statement to say I switched everything over to one brand! I also love that they're always coming out with new products so it feels like a new shopping experience everytime I go to the website to stock up every other month or so.
Feedback
Some of their products are hit or miss but I have found such holy grail products that I'm willing to experiment to find my favorites. They can be also kinda unpredictable with inventory too - they always seem to have products out of stock so sometimes its hard when I'm almost out of something I consider one of my essentials. I also wish they were doing more to have more sustainable packaging or refillable product systems given that they are already on a subscription business model.

Experience
I simply don’t buy any products from anywhere else anymore! The value for money is exceptional

I wish they made a moisturiser with integrated spf

Experience
Interesting concept and affordable pricing. High quality products as well, and I tried a lot. I have found the absolute best brow product: Arch-ology, best brunette colour I’ve ever seen. I just don’t like how you’re put on a subscription automatically if you buy a one month access (I was suddenly charged the next month).
Feedback
Be more clear about how they produce, products are produced in different places. Are they the same products as from high end brands (produced at the same factory)? Also be more clear about the subscriptions that it continues.
Experience
Some really high quay things, some crap. Waaay too much fragrance. Packaging can be very non eco friendly.

The whole premise of their pricing- monthly membership and then lower per item costs- is a rip off.
